I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews on Boone plumbing first. I would never recommend this company due to the most HORRIBLE customer service. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company. We arranged for a date and time for him to show up (on a Wednesday between 1-4pm). That means someone will be there at my house between 1pm and 4pm. Prior to his arrival he did call however I was unable to answer the phone. In my experience with contractors this is a courtesy call to let the customer know they are on the way. I attempted 3 times to call back that afternoon and got no response and no call back. Boone never came to my house on the agreed upon day.

The next day he calls me and wants to reschedule. I told him that this should have already been taken care of the prior day. He told me "you did not answer your phone; we don't have time to wait around so we moved on". Regardless if I answered my phone or not an appointment was set-meaning someone would be at my house at the agreed upon time frame! Otherwise I would call and let him know that we need to reschedule.

I called my home warranty company to get my claim re-assigned to another contractor. Boone plumbing then contacts me to ask why I re-assigned the claim. I told him I did not care for the way he spoke to me on the phone. He literally laughed at me and hung up the phone.

Not one time did he apologize for his behavior and for not showing up at the assigned time.

Terrible customer service.

Was assigned to me through landmark. While fixing water heater put hole through ceiling, I understand accident happens and they fixed it, so 1 star for that. Kept storm crawler open and said need to get roofer to fix it since he couldn't climb and won't pay for it. Landmark is at fault as well since they didn't cancel his license.
Didn't give me idea that I have to pay for roofer thing before starting job or when I asked is there any other fee besides out of pocket cost.
Also needed to pay oopc right away when they fixed water heater and hole was still there in ceiling.
Was very rude when I asked him to pay for roofer, one more star for asking me to contact senator to get my money back! that's the first!

Avoid at all costs. I recently bought a house and the previous owner had Landmark Home warranty. During the sale it was noticed that the hot water heater was leaking. The sellers called the warranty company and had Boone come out to fix the issues. I closed on the property and 3 days into prepping the house to move I realize the water heater is leaking again. I had kept Landmark as the home warranty and called them to tell them about the issue. They send Boone out again, who has already been at the house for the same issue 2 weeks ago. I get a call telling me it will be $600+ to replace my water heater. Had Boone fixed the issue when they first came to look at the water heater, I would not be paying out of pocket. I ended up getting it replaced with a completely different company and not using the home warranty because they also said I could only use Boone to do the repairs. NOPE! I refuse to have them do terrible work again.

Thank you John for saving my family $70 on costs for our garbage disposal! Our home warranty company put us in contact with Boone and within 4 hours we received a call from John who was already willing to help. With just a few simple over the phone instructions we were able to get our garbage disposal working again! Thank you again John. Let's hope we don't having another plumbing crisis, but if we do we'll call Boone!

Had water leaking from wall. Was told on Wednesday that they would be able to take care of the issue the next day on Thursday. When Thursday came, they told me they would not be able to take care of me until Monday! The gentleman on the phone was very rude/indifferent in telling me. Lost a day and had to find a new plumber after waiting for them. Also, they don't answer their phone. Had to leave several voicemails before getting a call back several hours later. Don't waste your time with these folks.

David with Boone Plumbing Services was assigned to us today by Landmark (our home warranty company) when we called about no longer having any hot water. David called us to schedule a time for him to come to our home to look at the problem within the time Landmark said he would. He followed up and arrived during the scheduled time period that he said he would. He figured out the problem very quickly, went to retrieve a new hot water heater for us, and installed it as efficiently as he possibly could. He was very polite and helpful and we very much appreciated his courteous and prompt service today. I would highly recommend David for any plumbing needs.

Avoid! Had a leak at a property i had just purchased. I was not in town for awhile and asked them to check it out. They couldn't find it. I paid for their time. Asked another company to check it out and they found it right when they got in. Just like an earlier review not sure if they know what they're doing.

David & Mike just came by my house to look at a few slow draining sinks and an in-wall pipe that was loose. Both David & Mike were great in their ability to correct the issue and answer any questions I had. They were also courteous and willing to help with anything they could.
