My home warranty company assigned Boone Plumbing to come and fix my garbage disposal. They called me the next day and were able to fit me in that day. David and Kelly came out and diagnosed the problem and replaced my disposal. All of this was within an hour time frame. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Call someone else as Boone provides VERY SLACK CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have tried unsuccessfully to obtain receipt of bills paid and documentation of services provided from Boone Plumbing, 600 Territory Cv, Austin, TX 78613, 512-577-6833.
I called Boone Plumbing on Jan 18, Feb 4, Feb 5, Feb 6 to obtain copies of bills ($1K+). John Boone has informed me that a) his wife is behind on her paperwork and/or she was out of town, and b) it would be a week to get them to me (on Jan 18). I do not have them as of Feb 22.
I filed with the BB - no activity as of yet.

I called Landmark, our home warranty provider, to fix a leak under one of our bathroom sinks and John from BPS gave me a call first thing in the morning (I had called on Christmas Day and this was not an emergency). It was quick and easy to schedule with John and he gave us a four hour window.
David and Jason called before they showed up and when they got here they were quick to diagnose the issue and figure out the correct parts needed. After a quick trip to get the parts and installation, the leak was no longer there! Everything was covered under our home warranty as well, including parts and labor. I am very satisfied with the experience I had with BPS and would highly recommend using them!

Boone Plumbing Services was one of the vendors recommended by Landmark Home Warranty. He came out gave and estimate that landmark said I would be responsible for 705.00 of the bill. I did some checking with out local building inspector, and one of the thing he said that needed to be done was not required in our area. When I questioned him on this he said he could not do business with me, he had the right to back out because clearly I did not want to pay. Not that I did not want to pay, but I did not want to get price gouged. I did tell him that I do check on people because my Mom was taken advantage of in CA by a plumbing company that I went to the State contractors board on. He told landmark he was afraid he would be sued? Really for what? If you do quality work that does not happen. The ticket with landmark was assigned 5 times and twice to him. Finally they let me go out of network, and I found a local plumber who was a five star rating who explained and was not trying to over price us. Boone told me that if I got another bid I would see he was 25 - 30 percent less because he worked with landmark, and believe me that was not the case. I would not recommend him, and in reading yelp I noticed several bad reviews on him.

Never one to put down others who write bad reviews, but sometimes the responsibility of the homeowner has a lot to do with outcome. I own several properties, and while I'm not a big fan of home warranty companies, sometimes precisely for the reasons so of the folks state (bad contractors!), this was definitely not the case with Boone. Professional, courteous, quick - what more do you want? Would definitely recommend.

I had made a claim through Landmark Home Warranty. I have been paired with some awful plumbers before. This time I was paired with Boone plumbing. They called me within the hour. Said they were in the area and could stop by if I was at the house which I was. They came and fixed my leak in the sink and it only took them about 30 minute. They were professional, courteous and did a great job I would gladly use them again on any Plumbing project I have.

I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews on Boone plumbing first. I would never recommend this company due to the most HORRIBLE customer service. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company. We arranged for a date and time for him to show up (on a Wednesday between 1-4pm). That means someone will be there at my house between 1pm and 4pm. Prior to his arrival he did call however I was unable to answer the phone. In my experience with contractors this is a courtesy call to let the customer know they are on the way. I attempted 3 times to call back that afternoon and got no response and no call back. Boone never came to my house on the agreed upon day.
The next day he calls me and wants to reschedule. I told him that this should have already been taken care of the prior day. He told me "you did not answer your phone; we don't have time to wait around so we moved on". Regardless if I answered my phone or not an appointment was set-meaning someone would be at my house at the agreed upon time frame! Otherwise I would call and let him know that we need to reschedule.
I called my home warranty company to get my claim re-assigned to another contractor. Boone plumbing then contacts me to ask why I re-assigned the claim. I told him I did not care for the way he spoke to me on the phone. He literally laughed at me and hung up the phone.
Not one time did he apologize for his behavior and for not showing up at the assigned time.
Terrible customer service.

Was assigned to me through landmark. While fixing water heater put hole through ceiling, I understand accident happens and they fixed it, so 1 star for that. Kept storm crawler open and said need to get roofer to fix it since he couldn't climb and won't pay for it. Landmark is at fault as well since they didn't cancel his license.
Didn't give me idea that I have to pay for roofer thing before starting job or when I asked is there any other fee besides out of pocket cost.
Also needed to pay oopc right away when they fixed water heater and hole was still there in ceiling.
Was very rude when I asked him to pay for roofer, one more star for asking me to contact senator to get my money back! that's the first!
