It's real simple. You wanted to charge $3,026 for a $1,063 dollar job. Your plumber bid $1,400 of labor for a job that took another plumber less than an hour to complete. No way you cannot explain that away by telling me about your training and how you charge by the job or your warranty. No one year warranty of a job would be worth 200% of the fair market value of the job. For that price I could have the other company do the job three times so why would I need your warranty? The result was price gouging, no way around it. As I said the only question is whether your plumber was dishonest or incompetent.

This place rocks. Matt came by to fix our RHEEM HVAC (heating system portion) that was installed by Bonney a little over a year ago; after some diagnosis, noted that a relay in the heating coil section of the air handler failed for some reason. Matt installed a temporary relay until the OEM part arrived so my daughter could have heat as the evenings are getting chilly now, very much appreciated. Bonney worked with us on scheduling the followup visit and that was very much appreciated. In parallel, we also decided to get a Google Nest Thermostat - Matt discovered that the existing wiring had a 'C' wire that was shorted out. Pulling a new 5/wire thermo cable was not practicable because the existing wiring was apparently stapled somewhere along the run and there were also bends in the constuction of the home that made pulling a new thermo cable not practicable without tearing out sheetrock, etc. Matt suggested the use of a Google Nest C-Wire Adapter - which Bonney ordered for us and Matt installed. The Nest thermostat has been working great (no error messages). Thanks for thinking outside of the box Matt! Excellence in action and knowing why! Being able to control the temperature via WiFi is a big deal, incrediible Customer experience in all regards. Keep up the great work folks.

We started out happy to use Bonney, even though they were more expensive compared to others, because we believed they were a reputable local business. We ended our experience with Bonney feeling like we had been overcharged for probably unnecessary services, and very misled by their ""membership"" program. Probably won't use them again because of the bad feeling it left us with. Be careful.

VERY MISLEADING website. I've used Bonney in the past and paid around $100 to have my kitchen sink unclogged and today I had to have it done again and they are telling me that it cost $300, I have been given a run around them trying to tell me I am having it done a different way this time, THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING DIFFERNET then they have done in the past but trying to tell me that they are. Unfortunately my sink is clogged and I have company coming so I have no choice but I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE !!!!
Oh and I forgot, for the $97.00 clean out they advertise, you get a 97 day guarantee but with the $300 charge you get 30 days, WHAT A DEAL !!!!!

So...just got off the phone with this ""company"". The toilet at my rental property is still backing up. This would now be the fourth time of having them out. They want to charge me again to have this original issue resolved. Have left a message for the ""plumbing supervisor"" that will get back to me within 24-48 hours. Meanwhile having to have another company come out to have this original issue resolved which was less than two months now.

Recap-

So after $2200.00 to have them come out and fix it, which is still not done, they want to charge me again.

DO NOT have them to your home unless you have a lot of money and patience to have an issue that never gets fixed.

It has been years, but my husband was replacing our gas line and called to see if they could consult/advise on something he was doing. When he made the appointment and spoke with someone he explained the situation and told them he was willing to pay the basic fee just to have them come out (I think it was like $50 at the time, but again this was quite a while ago!) and then any additional costs/fees if needed, assuming said fees would be ""reasonable"" (within reason, not just cheap). The guy they sent was nice, but brand new, and had no idea about how to help. To his credit he offered to call his boss who was quickly able to advise him. All tools and supplies he used were ours and he was done in a few minutes. My husband then asked if there would be any additional cost to which he replied that he didn't know, but that we could call the iffice to find

I have used this Company on and off for many years. And, although I DO find their prices quite high ( I don't use them for plumbing), they absolutely back up and guarantee their work. The technicians are always super polite and helpful. I have actually asked for a particular technician to be my "" regular"" guy ( his name is Chris S.)...
On the whole, if you need some serious work done in your house, I would definitely recommend them, because of their willingness to back up their work and technicians.

I requested a tune up, but instead got an up sale report from the technician that serviced my unit. The first clue was regarding the claim that my 20 year unit was incorrectly designed to handle the air flow for my home (original duck work and smart vent are inadequate) and required new blower and fan motor. I spent the extra money to get a second opinion and found that system is working functionally for a 20 year system and needed no change to any of the fully functioning equipment. They further found that the high and low pressure coolant service line was not tighten down by the Bonney technician which would have allowed the coolant to leak out over time. I was extremely disappointed that a tune up service call was turned into an open invitation to suggest my 20 year old system is fully inadequate and needed replacement. From now on, I will take my business elsewhere.

We chose Bonney for a completely new HVAC system. The technicians who installed the system had no clue what they were doing. It took them twice the amount of time to complete the job. Even then we had to call after a few days when it didn't work properly. Techs who came out to repair the system admitted they had no idea what they were doing. After several visits from various supervisors and the manufacturer rep we had a system that worked. Also, after 4 months of waiting Bonney has yet to process our $3k rebate. Stay away from these losers.

HVAC was having issues, not cooling properly. Got a late night diagnosis from Another Major Company that didn't give me a lot of answers, and didn't feel trustworthy.

Went to Bonney, got same-day service from their guy, Matt Henshaw. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Repaired, up-and-running, and Matt gave me a lot of explanation through the process too. Thanks man!
