I very much appreciated the kindness and professional service I received, everybody was great and made my plumbing situation less stressful for me. The technician was super nice and professional, he explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. Great fast service!
I would definitely call Bonney Plumbing again!

I called Bonnie, spoke to a real nice lady about the trouble I was having with a few electrical issues and she scheduled an appointment for the following day which was great and she stated it would be a charge of $88.00 for coming out. This is where the problem started two gentleman came to my home and find the problem immediately and one came and told me it would be $200.00 + more. I gave him permission to do the work and then afterwards he showed me the circuit breaker he found in my garage that I didn't realize was in my garage and he actually hit the red button to reset everything for my three bathrooms. The other gentleman did the very same thing with my lights right inside my front door away. They come to you explaining a difficult problem and hit you with an outrageous bill and then they follow-up with something for less concerning or difficult. I was very unhappy with Bonnie services and way of doing business. Buyer beware with this overcharging establishment. This happen in Antelope Ca, not San Francisco

I just had an AC unit installed on my house that I just purchased a few months ago. No I wasn't expecting to have to do that but like life ""things happen"". My initial call to Bonney was because my thermostat was not working correctly. I called in the morning and they sent a tech out the very next day. He not only looked at my thermostat but viewed the unit on the roof and also went into the attic. Very thorough. He provided photos of what the unit looked like and what he found in the attic. Needless to say I was mortified. I knew the house was old and I'm okay with that as I love my home but in looking a the photos the AC unit was on it's last leg and I had the option to just fix the thermostat or look into a new unit. I don't have plans to sell anytime soon, I thought it's probably the right time to get a new unit. As soon as I made that decision someone was out the next day to walk me through a new unit and answer any questions I had. Hector was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, patient and funny and at no time did I feel rushed or taken advantage of. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap and so I was prepared for the price I was given. It happened to be pretty much where I thought it would be, but for me it wasn't about the price. For me it's about customer service and trust. Starting with Steve (technician) and then Hector, Michael, Nick and the crew what was supposed to be a two day job was done in 1/2 day. I have never had the pleasure of working with a company with such phenomenal customer service. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. That is very important in a world that is so out of wack these days. It restored my faith that there are companies out that that care about their customers. It wasn't all about making money, but let's face folks, that is why they are in business and remember, you get what you pay for. So cheap isn't always the answer. I don't feel I was taken advantage of at all. I think I was given a fair price and even if I wasn't the customer service and the attitude of all of the gentlemen that were at my house was enough for me to know that if I ever need anything Bonney is who I will call. Thank you Steve, Hector, Michael, Nick and Crew. You have made this Old Lady very happy.

BEWARE: We had an issue over a weekend recently. The water heater went out and was leaking we needed to get it replaced right away. When we contacted Bonney they were super friendly and helpful and got someone out to do an estimate right away for $49.00 that was reasonable. When we were contacted by our renters we would need to sign off on the estimate we headed over. When we arrived we learned the estimate was going to be well over $4000.00!!! Wow this was just unbelievable. The average cost of an electric water heater in the state of California ranges from $600-$1100 plus installation. We figured we would have to pay a bit more due to last minute and on a weekend and we would of been ok with that. But over $4000 is just really unbelievable. We asked for a brake down of cost. All they could state was a cost to pull a permit of $250.00 and could not show or explain the exuberant cost . They stated they go by a pricing chart and that was the standard rate and total cost for this job. This was completely unexpected and ridiculous and to be unable to show a cost brake down is completely unacceptable. They even tried to pressure us by giving us a scare by stating it was dangerous to let it go as it could explode due to dry firing. By Monday morning we had 2 other quotes under $2000.00 Do your home work before using their service.

This company used to be on point. Lately the customer service has diminished. They gave me an appointment on a Saturday, yet failed to give me a window of time. On Both calls (initial and reminder) I asked for an appointment window and was told they could not give me one. Then on the day of appointment I am called just before 8am to be told a technician will call 30 minutes before arrival. Of course I was still in bed and missed the call. I finally reached someone who said a tech would be out between 8 and noon. This service is not free. We signed up to get a discount on a prior service. So we are now being told we can't get a refund. STAY AWAY FROM BONNEY. their reputation has gone downhill. They suck as a company and are non- apologetic about it.

Bonney Plumbing is great!! My husband and I were so pleased by the two plumbers Bonney Plumbing sent to help us. They were excellent and fixed our clogged sink and kitchen disposal quickly and efficiently. They were also extremely nice and courteous. We are so happy to have a reliable plumbing company we can call whenever we need help!!

We have had Bonney do several plumbing jobs and have always been 100% satisfied. Recently we had them do some electrical repairs. They came the same day we called. They did a great job!

Three months ago Booney installed. HVAC system. At the time they promised to replace the whole house fan. We're still waiting. The the last communication with Bonney was two weeks ago. ""Having trouble getting a replacement will keep you posted "" since then silence.
Now today we were informed that Bonney has not completed work required for Certification of the system.
This may related to a ""reorganization "" that I am informed is under way.
Regardless this is moving from the sublime to the ridiculous.
I don't know in light of above if I a recommend Bonney as reliable. All indications are that Bonney may either acting in bad faith and/or incompetent.

We needed electrical work and they were prompt and professional. They were courteous and on time. They kept area clean .

Around 10 on Sunday night we had water leaking from the top of our electric water heater. We shut off the water, cut the power and used our hose to drain it.
Called Bonney, spoke to a real nice lady. They have a 24 hour number - but no 24 hour technician. She took down our info and said someone would call us back Monday.
Around 9, someone did call us to set up an appt ... for Tuesday ... from 12-7.
We were happy they could get us in, but wished it was sooner!
We got a call about an hour before our technician arrived on Tuesday so we had time to move our truck out of the garage, open the side gate by the electrical panel and open the garage doors.
Anthony, a nice and polite guy, showed up in a mask. He listened to what happened and then started his inspection.
He told us it was beyond repair due to its age and corrosion.
He gave us the price for a new tank, new ball valve, new expansion tank, new water supply lines, new earthquake straps, new drip pan/drain line and permit.
He was able to do all of this within a few hours.
He cleaned up and went over our new water heater. Then he emailed us before/after pictures and our receipt.
Thanks Anthony!
