Cole C. and his crew did a bang up job for us today! We needed an old decrepit Zinsco panel replaced, house grounded and made safe, and a new 240v circuit yep the garage for car charging. Cole helped us throughout the process of defining scope through to final signatures. The whole crew was courteous, and the guys were kind to my inquisitive 6 year old.

I had a leak from the main waterline coming into my house. I called Bonney Plumbing and in less than an hour there was a technician on site. His name is Ariel and he was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, and not afraid of a little hard work. Because of the poor workmanship of the contractor who built my house six years ago, Ariel literally had to dig a very, very large hole to get to the entire pipe that was leaking in two different spots. if I had to guess I'd say the hole was 2' x 4' x 3'. He was very careful and took off the top layer of sod very neatly, put down plastic bags for the dirt/mud that he dug out of the hole and fix the water leak. he then filled the hole back in and put the sod back on top of the ground, watered it well and the lawn did not look like it had a hole dug! I was very pleased with the work! I was very surprised, pleasantly surprised, about how quickly they were able to respond to my call. It was not an emergency but it was troublesome. Michael did an excellent job figuring out why I had a leak in the kitchen. On top of that he had to install a garbage disposal and fix kitchen faucet. He was very knowledgeable and explained problem thoroughly. His professional customer service was very much appreciated!

I could not warn people enough to not do business with Bonney. They did a great job on putting in new plumbing and a main sewer line. The problems came after. They not only left jackets, used water bottles, a gas can, cut up lawn, and sand bags everywhere....they ghosted us when it came to the water lines they cut.

Mason came out and told us it was just a coincidence that our pool filler line is dead when the line goes past the main sewer line to the main water line. After a test from a pool company we confirmed it was cut.

Also two lines to cement planters where cut, obviously by them and they are very hard to get to. I called 4 times and asked to speak to a manager and never got one call back. Certified letter and no contact. We spent $48,000 with a company that won't return a call to fix things they broke.

Stay away, they are not to be trusted.
