Gutter tier communication from this company. In April of 2021, I asked for a quote to have an Electric Vehicle Charging Station installed. They were quick to come out and give a quote. That's where the good experience ends. The quote was OK so we scheduled to have the work done. After waiting a week for our scheduled install, we were informed the employee who originally gave the estimate ordered the wrong parts. For context, our house is only a couple of years old (3 years at the time), and all the conduit for the wiring was already installed by the original home builders as well as the receptacle for the 220 volt outlet. All that was necessary was a new breaker, the wires, and the outlet itself (as explained to me by the electrician who later actually installed it for us). So after telling us the correct parts would be ordered, we were also told to call again to reschedule the install. This lead to us being told parts would not be available for a month and they would call us when they got the parts in to schedule the install. I understood that the pandemic could lead to scarce parts. After a month, we never received a call to update us about our parts, so we called to check in. We were told it would be another month. Again, did not hear anything for a month, called again ourselves to see if our parts were in. Nope. We were told a couple more weeks for parts. So we decided to get more quotes for getting the job done. Another local electrical company came out, gave us a quote, and installed all within 24 hours. Still to this day, 10 months after starting the process, Bonney never called us back to tell us our parts came in or to reschedule our install. Obviously too late now.

Terrible. I payed them 9 months ago for a repair that they did incorrectly. They have failed to show up to 4 scheduled appointments. I payed for repairs in May ,it is now February and they still can't manage to keep an appointment.

I've used them when they were Boyd's and now with Bonney. Excellent customer service, neat, clean and professional. Responsive. Doing a remodel and they've done all my plumbing and will do HVAC as well.

Great, reliable service! My renter called me to advise that he noticed that the lights in his bathroom were flickering on and off. He is only home after 5pm during the weekdays, and Bonney was able to quickly schedule an evening appointment, and even come out that same day! The technician called me and my renter when he was on his way, and then sent me detailed photos and a full report on the issue. I was able to quickly understand and see the problem, authorize the work, and get back to my day.

Bonney has always been helpful when I've needed Plumbing or HVAC service. They just replaced my Electrical Panel on this last visit, and I am very pleased with the work.

I had sewage backed up in my tub. I called Bonney to resolve the issue, here are the pros and cons:

PROS: The representative to came to my home was professional and very nice.

CONS: He claimed I did not have a cleanout and one needed to be installed for approx $2800 but offered a reduced price as if they were doing me a favor. I asked him to mark the pipelines for me and I would get a second opinion because all of my neighbors have cleanouts and I was sure I did as well. The next plumber found the clean out, which coincidently happened to be where the guy from Bonney dug up my yard. The cleanout had been covered by grass that the previous home owner installed.

I honestly think Bonney was going to charge me to install a cleanout when I already had one. Women be careful, always get a second opinion and if you can, watch them do the work.

We have been loyal customers for 15 years. All of our HVAC, water softening system and water filtering system were installed by them. We are also BAM customers. We have been happy with the service until 2021. Since then, it has been HORRIBLE. This will be a long and negative review. I hope the owner of Bonney reads this review and responds to me personally.
1. Since November, they have been trying to fix one of our HVAC units. They came out 5 times already and they still can't resolve the issue. I am not sure whether the staff can't figure out the problem or is trying to hide something from us or is unwilling to replace the unit which is under warranty. We have been extremely patient with them but it is absolutely unacceptable to wait this long. No heat in the master bedroom for over 3 months, during winter.
2. Every time they came out, they said that they will call us the same day or the next day to give us an update. It has NEVER happened. We always had to call back more than once to get an update or make another appointment.
3. When I called them, the person only can relay the information to the technician. They can't contact the right person directly when we are on the phone with them nor can they escalate the issue to someone who can help us promptly.
4. This is NOT Five Star Service as they say when they answer the phone. I can barely give them one star at this time.

From the time I called in and talked to a knowledgeable friendly person I had high hopes. I was a little worried who would show up to my house until I answered the door to Milton and Blake. These guys are great. Whatever they are being paid, give them a raise. Fixed my drainage issue quickly and got my house working again. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. Thank you for the great communication and service. 5 stars and awesome!

I was having issues with my water heater. And they were just not helpful. The plumber they sent out did the bare minimum. My water heater started messing up again after he left! I called and the customer service rep was very rude. I eventually spoke to a manager who faked like he cared but never actually fixed my issue. I ended up having to go through a different company who actually fixed the issue. Bonney was just a waste of my time and money!

We scheduled and appointment with them and gave me a 12:00 to 7:00 window
Called at 4:30 checking any updates, I was told after next job I'd get an update
I asked can I get a window, they we not able to provide any time, I wait at my site until 5:00, my office said the got a update they would be there between 5:30!an 7:30 called my office at 8:00 pm and no one ever showed up, no call nothing, waited for the office to call next day, received at call two days later saying the could come out, good thing it wasn't anything major !!! Won't be calling or recommend them to anyone
They also wasted my time getting payement infomation on file

The customer experience is very good: you can call 24/7 and they respond quickly. However the prices are are rip off. My HVAC unit failed and The first thing I told the technician was that the circuit breaker seemed bad. He didn't think so and instead changer the controler. The fix (~$1000) lasted less than a week. When I called again, the same tech found that the breaker was bad and quoted almost $600 to get it replaced. I found another expert that did that job the same day for $145. The heater is working so far.
I found their prices outrageous!
