I just can't recommend Duane enough...I've now used him three times in the last year and am always very happy with his service and rates. He's professional yet very friendly, just an all-around good guy! I plan on Duane being my go-to guy for as long as he's in the business!

I had a similar experience as one of the other reviews on this page. I called and talked to Mr. Bond who was polite and friendly. We made an appointment for him which required me taking a day off work. Mr. Bond never showed, I have left multiple voice mails but days later still no response.The only reason I am leaving 1 star is that Yelp won't let me leave less that that.

Duane is the best!! I have used him on 2 different occasions and he was extremely professional, friendly and very affordable. Has done some plumbing work to move the washer and dryer into the garage and just today replaced my water heater. I am so thankful for his hard
work, but also for rearranging his personal schedule to help me out on a weekend. I can not recommend him enough! Also, I was referred to him by a friend that had a major remodel done and Duane did all the plumbing. I know they were also very happy with his work as well.

Have used Duane twice on two different houses. Hot water heater in one & moving the laundry room in another. Both times he earned 5 stars. Recommended him to two close friends & neither have had anything bad to say. I'll call Duane for any plumbing needs in the future.

My hot water heater went out. I called Mr. Bond based on yelp reviews. He returned my call promptly and got me on his schedule the same day. He was polite and cordial and said I'd be his last stop of the day. He stated that would be around 4pm. I called him and left him a voicemail at 5pm stating I had to step out but my wife would be home to let him in.

And that's the last contact I had with him. He did not call me that night nor the next day. I hope he's ok , but if he is I cannot recommend him.

I cannot say this enough and it goes for many businesses; it is ok to reschedule or run late but you must update the customer. I had other things to do at 4 but I canceled my plans to be home. Another plumber called me back that morning and I told him I already had an appointment with Mr Bond and to disregard. Wish I hadn't told him that.

Duane is both a pragmatist and a life saver. He is dependable, professional and a good value! He diagnosed an under concrete leak exactly where it was in my garage. I needed a small area jackhammered and he found the exact place. I wanted him to fix another place outside of my house and he said to wait and see if the garage issue fixed the problem. Well it did. He saved me some money as I was pretty insistent. Big fan!!!!!!

I called him on a Friday afternoon for a water heater issue and turns out we needed a new water heater. He let me know it was still under warranty and he took care of it for me - bought, delivered and installed the new water heater on Monday.

I've already recommended him to someone else.

This guy needs six stars---he charges a very reasonable fee and gets work done fast and professionally. I needed the sink replumbed due to some flex tubing that shouldn't have been installed in the first place, and he did it in no time. I will call again!

I found Duane to be an excellent plumber and an extremely nice guy. I really enjoyed having him around. He was more than willing to answer questions and give advice. He did a great job at communicating if there were any delays in his arrival. Of course with us delays are not a big deal as things cause delays all the time in every day life and sometimes things are beyond your control. None the less, Duane was reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and above all else HONEST! I consider Bond Plumbing to be an upgrade to my world and I will not hesitate to contact him again. Overall he delivered a stellar performance and I was completely satisfied. Thank you Duane.
