Duane is an awesome guy. He installed a hot water heater at our rental house and didn't try to upsell me at all. He's what you call wysiwyg: what you see is what you get. Honest. Straightforward. He's in it to make a living, not a fortune. And to top it all off, he's super nice and one of the most affordable plumbers out there. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Duane is awesome! Had a pressure reducer go out and killed the water pressure to my home. Called Duane and left a voicemail and he called me right back and worked me into his schedule the next business day. Called a bit before he left for my location so I would have time to get home to meet him.

Work took about 45 minutes to excavate and replace the valve and prices were very reasonable. I would certainly recommend Duane.

Duane installed a dishwasher, kitch.sink, several water valves lst year, on time, good work, fair price, ***** stars. A few mths ago my Fri.afternoon DIY #$@!*&^!! disposal attempt fell on my hand with a nice deep cut requiring stiches. Who did I call 1st, ...doctor ?? NO !! Duane scheduled a cross town stop & installation for minimal $ in 45 mins. Then I call my doctor who was also good enough to stitch me up @4:30pm Fri.aft. Thanks to both; wouldn't use anyone else, ...ever.

I used Bond Plumbing twice to install new water heaters in my home. Both times he was very responsive and quite reasonable. The work was always done quickly and he was very pleasant. Unfortunately, while installing the second water heater the individual assisting him put his leg through my ceiling. Duane was very apologetic and told me to get it fixed and send him the bill. My issue is not that he put a hole in my ceiling, accidents happen. My issue is, once I got the ceiling repaired I contacted Duane to let him know the cost but never heard back from him. I have contacted him at least 5 times trying to get reimbursed but he simply won't respond. He seemed like such a nice man, I am very disappointed to find out otherwise.

I just can't recommend Duane enough...I've now used him three times in the last year and am always very happy with his service and rates. He's professional yet very friendly, just an all-around good guy! I plan on Duane being my go-to guy for as long as he's in the business!

I had a similar experience as one of the other reviews on this page. I called and talked to Mr. Bond who was polite and friendly. We made an appointment for him which required me taking a day off work. Mr. Bond never showed, I have left multiple voice mails but days later still no response.The only reason I am leaving 1 star is that Yelp won't let me leave less that that.

Duane is the best!! I have used him on 2 different occasions and he was extremely professional, friendly and very affordable. Has done some plumbing work to move the washer and dryer into the garage and just today replaced my water heater. I am so thankful for his hard
work, but also for rearranging his personal schedule to help me out on a weekend. I can not recommend him enough! Also, I was referred to him by a friend that had a major remodel done and Duane did all the plumbing. I know they were also very happy with his work as well.

Have used Duane twice on two different houses. Hot water heater in one & moving the laundry room in another. Both times he earned 5 stars. Recommended him to two close friends & neither have had anything bad to say. I'll call Duane for any plumbing needs in the future.
