Duane installed a new hot water heater for us. Same size as the old one. But now, we can only get two showers of hot water if we're lucky. Or one shower and a dishwasher load, and we're out of hot water. I explained our problem to Duane, and his response was for us to get new (low flow) shower heads. That doesn't add up because we didn't have this issue before with the old tank. Since the new tank is under warranty, I asked Duane to please come and investigate if there was a potential issue. He came once, after many, many phone calls and texts asking him to come, and left without a clear explanation of anything, only saying he was going to check with the manufacturer. Haven't heard from him since (months ago) and he does not respond to calls, voice mails or texts. Service after the sale = 0.

Shower knob valve stem exploded in my shower while I was trying to fix a loose handle and had to shut off water to the whole house. I called a couple of plumbers, but Bond responded quickest and came highly recommended. He came out same day to help me get it fixed and get my water back on. Fast and efficient. Fair price. Great communication. Very satisfied!

Duane did a great job replacing our water heater. He was very responsive and charged 1/3 the price of others.

Really sloppy work and could not properly install a water softener even though we had a prior water softener with all connections in place.
He is also very bad in communication and scheduling. Takes weeks to schedule or hear back

I would never recommend Duane Bond or Bond Plumbing!!! He installed a bathtub and shower for us in our master bathroom several years ago. Last summer 2018, our master bathroom flooded, so I naturally called him back to fix whatever was wrong. Duane Bond came out and jackhammered a huge hole in the corner of my brand new bathroom travertine tile floor and unbeknownst to us at the time, hit a main line in the process. He left that day with the huge hole in the floor saying he didn't have the correct parts. The next day we followed up with him and he just left us hanging with a huge hole jackhammered in our tile floor. We never heard from him again!!! After having several plumbers come out to look at the new mess Duane Bond created, and his initial work of the tub installation, we were told that he used the wrong pipe fittings for the tub install a couple of years before which is what caused the leak/flood. We were also told that he never should have jackhammered through our tile floor after the flooding. He should have rerouted that entire line, and the fact that he jackhammered the floor, he either didn't know what he was doing, or he was intentionally trying to cover up his first mistake of using the wrong fittings. He hit a main line with the jack hammer!!! So, after paying him $1500 to install our tub/shower, then him causing us an additional $5K in repairs to fix the flood he caused, but then jack hammering our travertine tile and just leaving it, and us, with no response, I cannot recommend Duane Bond and Bond Plumbing at all!!!

Kept forgetting to call back and respond to either call or text messages. finally gave up.to schedule service.

We hired to Bond Plumbing to do some work for our company. We accidentally overpaid them. When we brought this to their attention they first they avoided contact with us. Finally they contacted us and gave a personal reason they could not pay us their overpayment. We agreed to wait for a few months. Now we cannot get a hold of them and they have dissappeared.

I would recommend to stay away from this company due to their ethics.

I can't speak to Mr. Bond's plumbing expertise. I can say that he was extremely frustrating to communicate with. I left a voicemail and texted him. He said he was interested in the job. I submitted a form on his website, he emailed back to say he would call me the following Monday. He never called. I texted again; his reply: "I thought I emailed you."

I have subsequently called and texted him on several occasions without any response.

I am seeing a similar trend with other reviewers. If you're able to get him out, he may be great. But good luck with that.
