Edward provided great work for us. We have had some drain issues for a while and nothing seemed to do the fix. He was able to work fast and give great service.

We have used Ed a few times for our plumbing issues in the last few months and he was amazing all those times. The first time we met him was when we had a terrible leak in our dishwasher ( at night) -- his name came up as a referral from one of our neighbors and he came to our place the very next day. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and on top of that, charged us at a reasonable price. The next time we reached out to him was in regards to a clogged toilet in our kids' bathroom. He literally came that same day and fished out a gazallion clogged toilet paper! He then also advised on the type of toilets to get in the future (with better flushing capabilities and etc.). More recently, we had a leak in our kitchen sink faucet and instead of charging us for another visit, he was generous enough to FaceTime me and walk me through fixing it myself.

Just overall, a wonderful, trustworthy plumber! I have faith that not only is he super well experienced but will never overcharge us.

I would gladly be his reference or recommend him to any of my neighbors going forward.

I am planning to do an upstairs master bath remodel and move the existing toilet to another location. The contractor asked me to call a plumber to determine if it was possible and cost effective. I called Bonafide this morning and spoke with Edward. Although, Edward does not do this type of work because of the time it would take to complete the job, he recommended another plumber with whom he has the greatest confidence. Edward also gave me some helpful advice. Even though he was not able to bid/do my job, he went out of his way to be extremely helpful. Thank you, Edward!

Of course, 4th of July weekend our water heater broke down. The pilot light wouldn't work and it was cold showers for us. We called Eddie and he was able to fit us in due to a another customer cancellation. Very professional and started working to fix the pilot light box right away. Fixed and tested. I can't say enough good things about Ed. He's come out twice now. Once to fix an improperly installed wax ring under our toilet. This fixed the sewer smell that was in our bathroom. Most recently he fixed a water pressure issue which was, admittedly, user error. He even replaced the cartridge and handle in our shower which were on their last legs. He simply offered to fix it though it wasn't the impetus of my call to him. He then checked the pressure and water flow through the shower and showed various ways of configuring the inside parts of the shower head. He then answered my Qs about a tankless water heater and planning for a second bathroom. Each time he was early and most recently he didn't mind me standing there asking hella questions being curious. His prices are fair and he does quality work. He's shown nothing but exemplary character and for any plumbing projects in the future I'll be seeking out Ed first.

Bonafide was able to squeeze me in for a new water heater when my home warranty was going to need 72 hours to get a water heater in stock. I have hot showers again! They answer questions quickly, are super responsive and nice to have in your house for a few hours.

When he arrived he was all set to quickly knock down the existing sloppy, Tinker-Toy, home handyman pipe assembly and install a neat, tight, professional set of pipes. Did I say quickly? In and done in under 20 minutes. We listened to Johnny Mathis and had a nice chat during. A+

Edward is awesome! Fair, honest, patient, organized, and skilled. We hired Bonafide to underground a pipe which was previously dumping the water from our sump pump in our basement onto the front yard of our property.

Edward quickly responded to my request for a quote, walked me through the various options, and ended up delivering the lowest cost quote. We decided to upgrade the project to run the pipe under our house properly based on our trust in his ability.

Edward completed the work quickly and on budget. I will be coming to him for all future plumbing needs.
