Johnathan came out on a Friday afternoon and replaced the leaking drain under my kitchen sink that the previous plumber had totally messed up. He was on time, courteous and cleaned up when he was done. The next morning I noticed something else was leaking under the same sink and called back only to find out they were closed on Saturday. So I left my message with their service and expected a call on Monday. 30 minutes later Johnathan called me back and said he would be right over to see what was going on. He was here in 30 minutes, fixed the loose air vent to the dishwasher and was gone in less than 10 minutes.The best part of my experience was how friendly and efficient Johnathan was, (not to mention good looking too). The second best part was there was no charge for the Saturday visit! If you are looking for a local family run plumbing business that you can depend on to do a great job, I highly recommend Bob's Rooter and Plumbing of Santa Clarita.

WOW! Finally, a plumbing company that takes the time to investigate the problem and then solved the problem. My problem. My pool. I lost suction to clean out the pool with the pool cleaner. I had 16 people look at the pool, all had various ideas about the problem, but were not absolutely sure. Bob came out with his efficient and proficient crew to do the job. Bob is an on site supervisor. He does not drop off the guys, and come back later, when the job is completed. My problem. He had to break up concrete, dig up the pool pipes, and found, the mystery. Apparently, my pool had two pipes laid together, but never soldered together. Amazingly, my pool didn't start malfunctioning for 20 years. Good pool. The bottom line is Bob and his company are knowledgeable, experienced, over 40 years experience, and know what to do in difficult, what seems impossible odds to the final solution. I now have a completely repiped swimming pool, that is no longer sucking air. Thank you Bob's Rooter & Plumbing company, for a job done in the 100* July summer, and done with a smile.

Very unprofessional, deceitful, and no customer service. They charged me for work that wasn't performed and didn't actually get the job done. They recommended something that was not necessary on my sewer lines. I reached out directly to them and got nowhere.

After a bathroom disaster, at my daughter's home in Saugus, my choice was Bob's Rooter . I left a message with the receptionist and received a call back within a few minutes! Then Shane, Bob's son, showed up and ta da, the problem was fixed. He explained what else could be causing the issue and all was well UNTIL two days later when - embarrassingly - the same issue reared its ugly head. Time to call Bob's again. Shane came back, greeted me at my door with a heartfelt smile and a ""no worries"" empathetic manner. Much needed. Let's face it, ""bathroom"" emergencies are humiliating. It's something we don't talk about. So, I'm ""yelping"" about it! Call Bob's for any plumbing issue, not just the one's we don't talk about. ;)

I am a real estate sales person in Glendale and I have been using Bob and his sons for years not just for sewer line camera inspections but for actual repairs and upgrades. They are personable, honest and efficient.

The housing stock in my area is pushing a century old. These homes weren't built with the foresight to anticipate a lot of the issues homeowners face today. I have learned to give all tradesmen work on these properties a lot of respect and patience. Code requirements, technology and home fashion change over time and these guys all find themselves having to be very creative in their pursuit of customer satisfaction.

Bob's did the sewer line re-pipe on my house 8 years ago and I've had no problems. All of my clients have been impressed with their service and work. We use them on our rental properties too.

I highly recommend Bob's Rooter & Plumbing and if for some reason they have to push your appointment or reschedule, I can promise you it's not because they're off having a beer somewhere. It's because the client before you has a way bigger mess on their hands than they thought they did when they called in. Just use that time to pray to the heavens that you won't be facing the same darn thing.

After many years of service, Bobs Plumping broke through an upstairs pipe above the kitchin.The result was 3,500. and for a new pipe, we then paid another 2,OOO .
To replace the downstairs kitchen ceasing .

Two months later it rained and the patch that was done on the outside of the house leaked badly!!! Thats when our ceiling had to be replaced. We hired a reliable contractor to find out what caused the leek and it was traced to the plumbing that was reported to be incurectly done. Bob would not return my calls when I asked that he pay for part of the repair work which had to be redone.

If you want a company that stands behind the work...""go elsewhere "". What a nightmarish experience .

Bob and his family have done work for use for years - in our home in the valley and at my mother-in-laws' in Los Feliz. They are extremely nice people, very knowledgeable, able to do underground sewer jobs that most other plumbers can't do, and they don't try to oversell you.

In early September Shane came to snake my sewer line and had the camera in the truck to view this ongoing and bi-annual problem. Roots from the tree on adjoining property had finally taken their toll on the sewer line and it needed to be replaced.
Because my mother, who is 94 years old, recommended Bob's plumbing 10 years ago I knew they were the go to guys.
Shane gave clear verbal description of the sewer problem of my 90 year old house. At the same time he also gave a clear description of the remedy for the problem. He gave me a written estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. After checking with alternatives on line and with friends with similar friends, I decided to proceed with Bob's plumbing.
Shane promised 2 days for the trenchless, pipe reline with pvc and epoxy. His crew was spot on. Clean up and minimal concrete replacement was without flaw. Price was completely fair.

Would recommend Bob's to my best friend!
