Had all my house plumbing replaced by Bob's Rooter & Plumbing about 4 years ago. Now I got this pipe leaking so bad it's causing damage to my house flooring and frames.
Called them up to fix the problem, an operator told me a plumber will take care of the problem the following day between 3 - 4 PM. Waited and waited ... Nobody showed, no calls from them either. Comes the second day, still no show.

Can you trust their (Bob's Rooter & Plumbing) workmanship and service? You decide.
An all-around Handyman can do way better job than Bob's, and a lot cheaper, too.

We had this company come out to check on a slow-running drain and a garbage disposal. They fixed it but said more work was involved and left us with a $800 estimate. A week or so later we called them to get the work done. Our schedule allows only Saturdays. We waited almost three weeks for a Saturday appointment, then sat at home for 5 hours and Bob's Rooter & Plumbing was a no-show! We called them every hour and only got a service - apparently there's no way to get a real person on the weekends. We were VERY VERY UNHAPPY to have lost an entire Saturday waiting for Bob's Rooter & Plumbing when they did not even have the courtesy to call us and cancel. We would NOT recommend their services.

Lets start with Bob's having a dumpster dropped off at 5:30am - that is concrete on steel -loud as hell - at 5:30am waking the entire street up. Pretty sure that is not even legal to have work starting before 8am in residential neighborhoods.

Follow it up with them blocking the front door to our property with their truck so I had to go speak to the foreman to move the truck. This would be repeated half a dozen more times over the course of a day. No regard for anyone. We were stuck standing in our yards attempting to yell over power tools for them to hear us and move their truck. Talking to their foreman does nothing, talking to their guys does nothing, they then just piled tools in front of our front door and left them so we could not enter or exit and again had to say - move it! Every time no consideration. No professionalism. We should not have to ask 7 times. We should not have to ask twice.

Did I mention they were supposed to be fixing a sewer line on our street and not even working specifically at our house?! If their people are so unprofessional and clueless as to block front doors, driveways and garages - I don't think they should be driving and parking trucks at all. I certainly won't ever hire them to fix anything and neither will any of our neighbors. They are a nightmare.

You suck Bob's, you really really suck. 5:30am start time? Would you want me to do that to your family? Would you want a bunch of guys to block the front door to your house? RIDICULOUS.

These guys are awesome! Jason -- Bob's kin -- drove from Santa Clarita to Hollywood on a holiday night to help with a leaky faucet that was on the verge of exploding. Total bathroom lifesaver! Will never call anyone besides Bob's again for future plumbing issues. Thanks again, Jason!

Glad we found this plumber. He's local, too. I called 4 plumbers late in the day...around 5:30 PM. Bob's was the only one who said they could have someone come take a look at my non-emergency situation that evening. The others were scheduled to come to give me an estimate the next day.

I had two problems. One problem was much simpler than we expected. Jonathan (from Bob's) took a look at the pipe and basically corrected the problem right there at no charge. Apparently, it was just a loose screw (or something like that).

The second problem was a slow draining sink. Initially, Jonathon thought he just needed to clean out the pipes and garbage disposal, however, the disposal ended up needing to be replaced or removed. We decided to remove it. He provided a fair priced estimate and said he would come back another day to finish fixing the problem.

In the meantime, I continued to get estimates from the other plumbers. Bob's was the most reasonably priced estimate and Jonathan's customer service was excellent. He did all his work on a work blanket. When he was done, he rolled up the blanket and took all his trash/debris out to his van. He left my kitchen clean. He finished the job in 1 hour and invoiced me for the exact estimate.

The process was so smooth. I recommend using Bob's Rooter & Plumbing.

Honestly, a really good plumber, hard working, dedicated to doing the job right. I had them in for a few repairs. They were on time, and did a first rate job. Also, a nice bunch, really went the extra mile to get it right and make me happy. It's nice to see a real professional doing his job. This is no fly-by-night company. It's a Dad(Bob) and son (Shane) and they really take their work seriously. You won't be unhappy with them. They're my plumbers for life!

Bob's grandson, Shane, gave gave me a detailed estimate to replace incoming pipes on my 100 year old house. The price was fair and the estimate included several extras, like securing my gas line and re setting my sprinkler valves more attractively. The work began and was completed the next day. Mat oversaw the work crew with supervision from Shane. Everyone was polite, neat, and professional.
The work was completed after dark, but Shane didn't ask for payment until he returned the next day so that we could both check out the job and the cleanup and trouble shoot water pressure etc.
I am so glad to have found this fine company. It is good to have a company I can trust.

What a pleasant surprise I had. Finally, a friendly professional plumber - who is really knowledgeable, and shows up and gets the work done exactly when promised.
Plus - at a fair price.
This is a long-time family owned business that has the best customer service I've seen in years, and leaves everything clean and neat.

I requested a call on the website on Saturday morning. I was a little anxious, so when I did not get a call in 45 minutes, I called. They told someone would be out in a few hours. Just like they said, Donny showed up and worked 7 hours straight. All plumbing clogged up and needed to be snaked to the street. Donny and Armando came back today (Tuesday) as promiced, installed a clean out valve, poured new cement and finished the job. Luckily it wasn't as big a problem as it could have been. We worked out a payment plan. Easy, super nice, clean and efficient. I found my new plumbing company! I would HIGHLY recommend them without any hesitation.

I called on Wednesday and they were here Thursday. Very professional and fair prices. And I thought it was so cute that they put everything neatly back under the sinks when they were finished! :)
