In the past 2 decades, we have moved 4 times - Echo Park to Glendale to Pasadena. During all of this time, we have continued to call Bob's Rooter & Plumbing for every plumbing need. This is a very well-run family business with people who have a lot of integrity and are polite, extremely knowledgable, and dependable. From a complete repipe and sewer redo to simpler toilet clogs and leaky faucets they have never let me down. Let's face it, a plumbing disaster comes with a lot of stress and with Bob's, I always feel I am in good hands.

My landlords have been customers of Bob's for years. I called them over to check out a sewage smell and a leak under my toilet. I believe it was their team member Jon Lavoie who showed up. He was kind and patient, quickly identified the issues, and immediately went out to get the parts to fix them.

He replaced the wax ring under my toilet, got me a new sewer drain cap, and even advised me on other drains and plumbing elsewhere in the house.

If you need a honest an professionally plumbing this is the one to call. I call five plumbing companies today for inspection on a noise inside my house wall. This is the only one that charge based on what they do. Jonathan came within a one hour after inspected the problem he explained to me the cause of it and what needs to be done. Johnathan came out on a Friday afternoon and replaced the leaking drain under my kitchen sink that the previous plumber had totally messed up. He was on time, courteous and cleaned up when he was done. The next morning I noticed something else was leaking under the same sink and called back only to find out they were closed on Saturday. So I left my message with their service and expected a call on Monday. 30 minutes later Johnathan called me back and said he would be right over to see what was going on. He was here in 30 minutes, fixed the loose air vent to the dishwasher and was gone in less than 10 minutes.The best part of my experience was how friendly and efficient Johnathan was, (not to mention good looking too). The second best part was there was no charge for the Saturday visit! If you are looking for a local family run plumbing business that you can depend on to do a great job, I highly recommend Bob's Rooter and Plumbing of Santa Clarita.

WOW! Finally, a plumbing company that takes the time to investigate the problem and then solved the problem. My problem. My pool. I lost suction to clean out the pool with the pool cleaner. I had 16 people look at the pool, all had various ideas about the problem, but were not absolutely sure. Bob came out with his efficient and proficient crew to do the job. Bob is an on site supervisor. He does not drop off the guys, and come back later, when the job is completed. My problem. He had to break up concrete, dig up the pool pipes, and found, the mystery. Apparently, my pool had two pipes laid together, but never soldered together. Amazingly, my pool didn't start malfunctioning for 20 years. Good pool. The bottom line is Bob and his company are knowledgeable, experienced, over 40 years experience, and know what to do in difficult, what seems impossible odds to the final solution. I now have a completely repiped swimming pool, that is no longer sucking air. Thank you Bob's Rooter & Plumbing company, for a job done in the 100* July summer, and done with a smile.

Very unprofessional, deceitful, and no customer service. They charged me for work that wasn't performed and didn't actually get the job done. They recommended something that was not necessary on my sewer lines. I reached out directly to them and got nowhere.
