Job well done. Plumber came within two hours of me calling. He found and fix the problem that another plumber did poorly. The problem was a leaking sink drain pipe inside a wall which had already caused water damage to kitchen cabinets. Their timely response prevented furthur damage from occurring. ​ In order to do this repair, holes in interior and exterior walls had to be made. The next day another man sent by Bob's Plumbing came and patched the holes. The patches were done with skill and look perfect.

We used this company for total pipe replacement in our home. This was from the inside all the way to the city line outside. Not only were they very professional and quick but they also passed inspection with flying colors. The price was comparable to others. Definitely recommend them.

Our toilet was leaking for a couple of days. I thought it was the flapper, so I bought a new one and installed it myself. Unfortunately, it continued to leak. A long story short, the entire toilet sort of mini exploded and stopped working completely. I called them on a very busy Friday morning, and they said they were going to try their best to come by on Friday. I really thought I was going to be without a toilet all weekend long, but Scott showed up! Thank you again for a job well done.

I have included the links to my Ring Doorbell which shows the workman's arrival and departure. Bob's Plumbing billed for 3 hours at $130 an hour. I should have only been billed for 1 hour and 45 minutes and feel that I have been overcharged by $161. The videos showing the elapsed time of the workman's arrival and departure was 2 hours and 16 minutes. As part of that time, the workman had to go to the shop/store to pick up the part that was needed for the repair. Bob's plumbing was aware of the part needed before the workman came out. The workman said that that part was used for the prior customer that day and that is why he had to go retrieve that same part. The time it took for him to pick up that part was 35 minutes. In addition to the overcharge on time, the prices charged for the materials used were twice the price that Kohler, Home Depot and Lowes charge. A hose bib was replaced when all that was needed was a gasket. The repairman took 4 days to return to reverse the valve that was installed backwards. Ignore the nasty receptionist who answers the phone, these guys are very good. Mark is exceptional and as nice as the receptionist is mean. I've used them for years and their prices are fair and they come quickly . Once you get past the phone, you won't regret that you've called them
