Needed to have a leaking hot water heater replaced, called the on Friday for a quote was told they would have to call supplier, no call back. I called again on Monday and was told I would have a quote by 5 pm, no call back. I called again on Tuesday and Alecia told me she had to make a call first. More than an hour later I finally got a call back and it was the highest bid i received. If their customer service is so poor I can only imagine what their service is like. CG

We used this company for total pipe replacement in our home. This was from the inside all the way to the city line outside. Not only were they very professional and quick but they also passed inspection with flying colors. The price was comparable to others. Definitely recommend them.

I'm surprised by the negative comments on here. This company has been hands down the best plumbing company we've worked with. We've had them come out to our home various times for multiple issues. They are always responsive, prompt, and fix the issue perfectly. The guys that have come to help us out have been beyond nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Bloody rude and defensive, nothing is their fault. They left me with a leaning toilet which they claim is not their issue. never so they not have an excuse for someone not being able to come out to your house. They over charge. Never an apology or professional conversation.

What a pleasure to deal with a company that has friendly, skilled technicians, responds promptly to your needs and charges a fair price for the work done. I had a mystery leak resulting in massive water bills and they were the only ones who could locate and repair it. I would never consider using any other plumbing company. We once again, frantically, I called Bob's Plumbing (toilet tank had cracked and spewed water all over our house!) Within the hour, we had a plumber come and assess our needs, then come back and installed a new toilet. He was so polite, efficient, and worked so quickly. The new toilet was installed in a flash and works GREAT. We have used Bob's Plumbing for years, and will continue to do so. All good!!! :)
