Horrible BUT HORRIBLE experience with this company, We have dealt with them for 2 years and they caused nothing but problems in one of our properties in the westchester area. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. their President and PLUMBER CONMAN John E Blosser, just wants your money in advance not to fix any of your problems but to create new ones and really BIG ONES. After they just destroyed our backyard ( to pressure me to pay them more money ) to the tune of $7k more than the $3k we already paid months back this was a total SCAM, but is fine as we will seek legal avenues to bring them DOWN whenever they less expect it. We are also reporting them with the bbb as companies like this are the ones that prey on honest people with PLUMBING issues and they simply take avanish of the TRUST we place in them, in the name of an IMAGE he sells very well OF BEING a FAMILY own business with over 60 years in the community and many unhappy customers. We were very naive by paying him in advance when they mislead us 100% by changing something that was never an issue in the property WE WERE SCAMED 100% DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER VICTIM contact me if you want to help us go after them and MAKE THEM PAY.

Bloody rude and defensive, nothing is their fault. They left me with a leaning toilet which they claim is not their issue. never so they not have an excuse for someone not being able to come out to your house. They over charge. Never an apology or professional conversation.

I used Bob's plumbing last week to fix a stoppage on the kitchen sink, which they did however in the process they cracked the water trap under the sink when introducing the snake from the top side of the sink, as this did not resolve the issue they had to introduce it via the air vent in the roof. I call that afternoon to report the issue, however since it was just after 4:30pm (when I believe they close) but before 5PM they did not answer at which time I left a message. I did not receive a call back until the following day after 3PM not to come and fix the problem but to make an appointment to come the following day to look at the issue. At which time I took the decision to fix the issue myself as we now had two days of leak. This weekend I noticed that the gutter where the plumber placed his ladder and lifted the equipment to access the roof was dented. on Monday I called the office to speak with a manager, who was not available so I left a message for a call back, as of today they still have not called me. Based on this experience, considering I had used them in the past, I am unable to recommend their services.

Just had Bob's Plumbing come out and replace my old water heater with a tankless. They arrived on time and did a great job. Very professional. Special shoutout to Mark who did the job. Great customer service.

Bob's to my rescue. After having a gas hot water heater improperly installed and no hot water for over a week and fighting with Mito Plumbing, the original plumbing co. Bob's Plumbing representative John was a breathe of fresh air. Very professional and polite. John came out to my house after explaining to him a county inspector would not approve the the original installation and the gas co turned off my gas, within hours. The original installation was done improperly and due to CO2 leaking, the gas company turned off my gas and the original Co. Mito's owner was very unprofessional and said we would have to pay additional charges for their mistakes and didn't seem to care that CO2 was leaking into my garage and that myself and my children were in a potentially dangerous situation. John at Bob's with his helper Scott got right to work. It was great because John asked me to send pictures of the faulty work before hand so he knew what to bring to the job, 2 hours later my gas hot water heater was back in action and had the proper installations in place. Thank you John for getting me back into a hot shower, but most of all Thank you for the proper installation and keeping me and my family safe!

Our toilet was leaking for a couple of days. I thought it was the flapper, so I bought a new one and installed it myself. Unfortunately, it continued to leak. A long story short, the entire toilet sort of mini exploded and stopped working completely. I called them on a very busy Friday morning, and they said they were going to try their best to come by on Friday. I really thought I was going to be without a toilet all weekend long, but Scott showed up! Thank you again for a job well done.

If you need a reliable plumber & a quick diagnosis to your plumbing issues this is definitely the company to call! They're an example of what every business should be like. I've used them twice now & was compelled to write this review. They're timely, efficient & kind. What surprised me the most is they even help you with the clean up. You would never know that a repair even occurred because they put everything back pristinely! No need to go anywhere else for your plumbing needs.
