I have included the links to my Ring Doorbell which shows the workman's arrival and departure. Bob's Plumbing billed for 3 hours at $130 an hour. I should have only been billed for 1 hour and 45 minutes and feel that I have been overcharged by $161. The videos showing the elapsed time of the workman's arrival and departure was 2 hours and 16 minutes. As part of that time, the workman had to go to the shop/store to pick up the part that was needed for the repair. Bob's plumbing was aware of the part needed before the workman came out. The workman said that that part was used for the prior customer that day and that is why he had to go retrieve that same part. The time it took for him to pick up that part was 35 minutes. In addition to the overcharge on time, the prices charged for the materials used were twice the price that Kohler, Home Depot and Lowes charge. A hose bib was replaced when all that was needed was a gasket. The repairman took 4 days to return to reverse the valve that was installed backwards. I've been living in hell for the last 3 1/2 years. Bobs plumbing is one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with. Mr. Blosser came every day to check on the job. The girls in the office are very professional. The guys on the field are very professional. I had doubled Christians and Frank other knownwise monk.Monk is my hero also. What a pleasure to deal with a company that has friendly, skilled technicians, responds promptly to your needs and charges a fair price for the work done. I had a mystery leak resulting in massive water bills and they were the only ones who could locate and repair it. I would never consider using any other plumbing company. Ignore the nasty receptionist who answers the phone, these guys are very good. Mark is exceptional and as nice as the receptionist is mean. I've used them for years and their prices are fair and they come quickly . Once you get past the phone, you won't regret that you've called them

Bloody rude and defensive, nothing is their fault. They left me with a leaning toilet which they claim is not their issue. never so they not have an excuse for someone not being able to come out to your house. They over charge. Never an apology or professional conversation.

I used Bob's for a major job (and then a few smaller jobs) and they were wonderful. The price was reasonable, their workers very personable and knowledgable and they completed the job well and in timely fashion. Another plus for the gringos in the community is that they all spoke English! My experience with construction and repair companies in this area has been pretty dismal, so to give a 5 star rating really means something; I highly recommend them.

I'm surprised by the negative comments on here. This company has been hands down the best plumbing company we've worked with. We've had them come out to our home various times for multiple issues. They are always responsive, prompt, and fix the issue perfectly. The guys that have come to help us out have been beyond nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.
