Thankful for their emergency services. The tech was nice and polite. Three stars for price. $225 for a snake? Yes, it was after hours but it was only 7pm. Not 2am. Also feeling like I was charged higher cause I'm a woman and my husband was out of town at the time. Wondering if I still would have been charged that if I were a man.

Called few plumbers an liked this company. Gave me good apt time with only 2hr window. Darryl showed up on time and nice smile. I received info on my water heater that was leaking a 12 yrs old tank. I was able to have it replaced by him. Darryl left and came back with new 50 gal tank. Installed same day in about 3hrs. So happy I called Bobby Blue Plumbing.

Steve is Awesome! He's very knowledgeable and very profesional. My water heater suddenly stopped working, I called Bobby Blue for help, they were willing to come in the late evening, but we wouldn't have been able to find the spare parts at that late time of the day, so they came in the next morning, Martin Brody and another person, they were so informative and helpful and also fast. I called to get my shower faucet fixed because it was leaking and I had the worse experience. All we asked for was an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. I understand you have to look at it and maybe take off a few things for an estimate, but he ended up breaking an important part of the faucet which made the problem worse (sorry, not well versed in plumbing parts). He continued to say if he were to fix what he broke he would have to charge us $300 and there was no guarantee he would not damage the valve which would cost even more to fix if damaged. I do not believe it was right to charge us for something that he broke so we told him not to touch anything anymore and now we are left with a broken faucet and having to call someone else to fix the new problem.
