I've worked with Bobby at Bobby Blue plumbing for a few years now on small residential projects and have recommended him to some friends as well in his service area. He's always come across as honest, trustworthy and dependable. This time around I needed some major plumbing work done for a commercial job that involved cancelling out cast iron vent pipes, re-working water for new sink and toilet, cancelling out water pipes that criss-crossed all over the place. Bobby came in a few days prior to the job to do a pre-inspection so he can plan out the work and figure out the best plan of action. On the day of the job he came in as promised not a minute late and he immediately went to work. upper impressed. He did not even take breaks he just kept going and going. It was super impressive to see him tackle all the problems with such ease. It might look easy to the naked eye but it really wasn't. Part of the job was to bring back older plumbing alive (it was capped off for years) - after opening it up Bobby realized it was all clogged up. The hydroject came out and off he went cleaning out that line and then snaking it. He continued doing that until he opened up 2 additional lines that were completely clogged up. Toward the end he ran his camera through and proved to me how they were all flowing properly. This job involved cutting cast iron vent pipes, capping them off, concrete cutting to smooth out the iron vent and drain pipes that were capped, hydrojetting, removing all unnecessary copper and installing new water pipes. So if you have commercial needs and need complete reliability from a professional this is who you need to call... period...

Called Bobby because my water main in the backyard broke from prior shoddy work. Previous owners of our house put galvanized pipe directly on copper pipe which corroded the pipe until it was paper thin and broke.

Other plumbers wanted to come out three days later. (No way we could go that long without water hah)

Bobby came right out and was very fair with his estimate and didn't upsell. He even dropped the price when he saw we already cut away all the concrete surrounding the pipes.

The work done quickly and properly. He fixed it and added a shut off valve so we don't have to shut off the whole house water again if something happens.

I used this guy for almost fifteen years on several of my rental houses things were going pretty good until he changed his plumbers over to commission only now his prices have gone out of sight I was quoted $1,000 to install a water heater when I provided the water heater myself Home Depot charges $175 for the same thing I don't know what's wrong with this outfit anymore but I refuse to use him on my 20 plus rental houses and word is spreading like wildfire Among Us landlords with the same problem he needs to restructure his business back to what he had before this is ridiculous Bobby I hope you dont lose your business.. over this new found greed!

Excellent service! I called in because because we had a problem with our washer when it drains the water. Anthony came in and fixed it, he was very courteous and took his time to make sure there was no more leakage. He gave honest advice and was seeking to help fix our problem.
