Ling story short had a major blockage at home and they came out, late at night had to dig, cut and grind to get to my main and get it all cleared out. Yes it cost but considering the amount of time and hard work these guys had to put in it was more than worth it.

They were great from start to finish. They replied immediately to my Yelp quote request and was proactively offered to come out the following day, which was the day after Thanksgiving. The day of the appointment I received a text that included a picture of the plumber that would be sent out along with a brief description of his experience. Really impressive. Jimmy came out and was professional and got the job done quickly. He even offered a 1 year warranty. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We had a leak from our garbage disposal, called Bobby Blue Plumbing and Jimmy came out and explained in detail what was happening and suggested the disposal be replaced, we had it since 2001...needless to say we got our money's worth, he also showed me the pipe and thought it best to rootered it out because more than likely this was part of the issue too. Well it started with bath and shower fixture replacement got a good quote.
Bobby came in quick time stated the leak from the handle needs inner cartridge changed. We paid little more. Next day we noticed a nail sticking out and a crack on bath spout which was not there before. We called again, they were very responsive send Bob again. Changed the whole fixture without extra charge. So we are happy with the service. It seems like company is all about good customer service and keeping their promise. So I will recommend them.

I called to have a kitchen sink unclogged. When the technician Jimmy showed up, he established that the ENTIRE house needed to be hydrojet!!! Initial price.. $1350... I said no thank you. Then he said $1100... I said no thank you.. he said $900... I said maybe but give me an estimate in writing for the entire job.. Jimmy said he would return the next day .. the estimate in writing but was never given. So when I said no thank you the next day, then I got a bill for $400 for ""Remove P-trap and clear out rice from drain and snake out line"" with a 14 day guarantee... My complain is for the ridiculous price for the removal of the P trap. In addition, how can a company just change the price for a service from $1350 to $900??? Why not start at $900 if that's the real price?? It makes me wonder how the prices are established... including the $400 for 15 minutes of work. Live and learn!!! Never again!! By the way a second company came and established that THE ENTIRE house did not need to be hydro jetted!!!.. in fact none of the drains needed to be!!!! Shady???

We had David come over to fix our leak in the backyard. He came on time as scheduled. He was nice, funny and very knowledgeable. He gave us some advice and was honest about some other things that should be done. We will be using him again for another project!

He did a thorough inspection of the garbage disposal that was not working. He then explained the problem to me in a way that was easy for me to understand, while demonstrating his extensive knowledge of these sorts of appliances.
