Definitely provided EXCELLENT customer service and quality work. We are very pleased and satisfied with the job and repair that Bobby, Jimmy and their crew did on our house.

Bobby actually did come back for follow up checks, just like he said he would. Bobby really showed that he cares about the quality of his work and about his customer's satisfaction.

Honest and hard working team. Most of all, we are really thankful that Bobby was willing to take our call so early in the morning, on a saturday for that matter, and sent Jimmy to the rescue.
After figuring out the issue, Bobby, Jimmy, and the crew got to work and finished the job as soon as they could.

We now have found our plumbing guy and will definitely be calling Bobby for future repairs.

Service was great....prices not so much.

First off I do have to say the service was excellent, call early in the day and had someone at my house within an hour or so and everything was done pretty quick. The representative was great and professional and kept everything clean.

I called them to finish off my kitchen sink. I went from a 2 bowl sink to 1 and had to have underneath re-piped. The issue I had and why I'm giving a 3 star is the price. I paid almost 900 for that conversion and a new garbage disposal. At first I thought it was the garbage disposal that made the price so high but then found out it was only 100 difference. I'm not one to haggle on price, I just don't personally like it and only do when I have to (buying a car) but man I'm sure material only had to cost about 100 dollars which includes the garbage disposal, that kind of mark up is just outrages. I get I could have just declined and went with someone else but I was to the point of where I just wanted it done. And for that I appreciate how quick they were.

I call them and they were honest and thier quote was reasonable compared to another company. The other company was upcharging 30% or more on all services to fix, but suggested replacing a 3 year old water heater. Yea...replace?

Very punctual! Arrived an hour early for the estimate and the actual repairman (Tony) was right on time. Fixed our leak very promptly and total was exact amount of estimate. Also one of the only plumbers we could find that was available on a holiday weekend and didn't add a ""holiday fee"" just for showing up.

Ryan came out today to fix my front bathroom. He fixed the shower, the handle was stripped and he fixed the toilet it was constantly running and last but not least he tightened up a pipe underneath the sink. He is a great guy and is very nice and professional. The only thing that bothered me was the price. I think it was too high for what he did. Thanks Ryan
