Wow!!! I love Bobby Blue Plumbing! I am a new home owner and we encountered a leak using our guest bathroom tub/shower which seeped into the adjacent bedroom. I went through a total of 5 local quotes to fix the problem. All gave possible solutions which would fix the problem from $7-$10K to fix by installing a whole entire tub/shower combination. Bobby came in to my home professionally and examined the possible causes. Bobby gave my issue great attention and explained the whole process with me and allowed me to watch the process. He noticed that the drain was loose which no one suggested in fixing first. So Bobby wanted to see if the leaking issue could be fixed with plumbers putty to tighten the drain. With one small fix, the shower/tub stopped leaking! Bobby also added some caulk to some trimming as well in case water was going through there as well! My only regret is that I wish I got Bobby FIRST before going through the other competitors. I will be using Bobby Blue Plumbing for future plumbing needs! Bobby and I were able to strike a conversation too and found out he was a fellow Christian as well. Bobby is an honest guy who could have easily charged thousands but I only paid a very very small fraction of that amount! Thank you Bobby for helping us. We highly recommend him to EVERYONE!

They came out on time and were very professional. The work they performed was exceptional and I appreciated their honest and willingness to make sure the work was done correct and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. They even had another individual come with his expertise on a repair we needed and we definitely appreciated all they did for us. I had an issue with my water heater pilot went out. Had a plumbing company come out and couldn't diagnose the problem. Called Dean, he showed up professional and got my pilot lit, fixed the problem. Was so impressed and will use Dean for all my water heater needs. I recommend them for ANY AND ALL your plumbing needs!!!

He went above and beyond to make sure the toilet was running properly. He was courteous and professional and explained everything. Unlike the other company, he was understanding when we wanted to see how it went before moving forward with other repairs. Very satisfied with Phillip's service and Bobby Blue Plumbing!
