I've worked with Bobby at Bobby Blue plumbing for a few years now on small residential projects and have recommended him to some friends as well in his service area. He's always come across as honest, trustworthy and dependable. This time around I needed some major plumbing work done for a commercial job that involved cancelling out cast iron vent pipes, re-working water for new sink and toilet, cancelling out water pipes that criss-crossed all over the place. Bobby came in a few days prior to the job to do a pre-inspection so he can plan out the work and figure out the best plan of action. On the day of the job he came in as promised not a minute late and he immediately went to work. upper impressed. He did not even take breaks he just kept going and going. It was super impressive to see him tackle all the problems with such ease. It might look easy to the naked eye but it really wasn't. Part of the job was to bring back older plumbing alive (it was capped off for years) - after opening it up Bobby realized it was all clogged up. The hydroject came out and off he went cleaning out that line and then snaking it. He continued doing that until he opened up 2 additional lines that were completely clogged up. Toward the end he ran his camera through and proved to me how they were all flowing properly. This job involved cutting cast iron vent pipes, capping them off, concrete cutting to smooth out the iron vent and drain pipes that were capped, hydrojetting, removing all unnecessary copper and installing new water pipes. So if you have commercial needs and need complete reliability from a professional this is who you need to call... period...

David came out to fix a gas leak in my laundry room. He explained how out dated material may be convenient now, but inconvenient in the future. He explained why he used a particular part versus the current part I had on. Many people, like myself, aren't knowledgeable in parts and why it is important to replace them every so often. Needless to say, my gas leak was fixed very quickly and am satisfied.

I called these guys when my cold water valve on my washer wouldn't turn off. The guy on the phone quoted me a great price and they came out on time you do the work. It appears the price i was quoted was not accurate so the tech negotiated a fair price for me. They fixed everything so it's all good now. I would use then again because they were fair, quick and knowledgeable.

Thank you Bobby Blue Plumbing for saving my day! I called ""after hours"" last night and spoke with Mario who was very professional and patient with my issue. Since my ""plumbing emergency"" was not that dire, Mario offered to send someone early the next morning (today). He said between 7 am and 8 am and DAVE arrived right before 8 am (with a prior call that he was on his way). Thank you Dave! So professional, personable and patient. The estimates are free! It turned out my ""emergency"" was easily fixed and I was more than happy to pay the standard fee for coming out. It was worth the customer service and that Dave was so great with my wonderful ""barker of a dog Milo"" who barked the whole time he was here. Dave took the time to show me what and how he fixed the issue. In addition he answered questions I had about standard plumbing not related to the issue at hand. Dave also asked if I had any other plumbing issue he could assist with while he was here as it would be included with the standard fee already paid. Our usual ""family friend/plumber"" was not available so we now have a new ""family friend/plumber"". Thanks Dave! My holidays are saved!

Bobby Blue came highly recommended by a friend so I gave them a call. I was able to get an appointment that was quick and convenient for my schedule.

Our plumber was Anthony and he worked fast and communicated everting he was doing very well. He fixed our clogged kitchen sink and also adjusted some of the pipe work that wasn't secure.

It's never a good day when you have to call the plumber, and the clog in my septic line was making life miserable. Lucky for me the technician from the O.A. Roberts Pumping company gave me the card for Bobby Blue Plumbing company.

I called Bobby blue for a problem with my kitchen sink. He arrived at the time he said he would be here. It was a minor problem with a loose connection. He fixed it immediately and didn't charge me for fixing the problem. He drove to my house and took his time to fix the problem and didn't charge me for it. He could have easily charge me for the for the repair and his Time. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing problems.
