This company is wonderful. I've had them at my home multiple times in the past 2 months because of issues with our old copper pipes. We had one line rerouted from under the slab, then decided to do them all, and eventually chose to also get a new water heater.
They were always very helpful and thorough, being sure to check every possibility so we always knew what was really going on. They were very honest and didn't try to overcharge us for things, even when they could have. I had the owner in my home on more than one occassion, which was also nice.
Even today when I have a question I can text the plumber who worked on site (Dwight), and he is still very reliable and helpful. I will continue to use this company in the future and recommend them to others.

I had clogged garbage disposal I did my due diligence and tried to fix it myself.Oh well.David came out changed out the disposal unit. He was right.However it was a teachable moment.Now I know the do's and don'ts of what food items to avoid.

*He did do a good job on finding the issue and solving it but...

The plumber was on time (9am appt), however he didn't have anything to cover his shoes, and we have a baby so we didn't want dirt and mud dragging around the house. (Any other service/company we have ever had always offered to wear booties to cover their shoes). The plumber didn't have a problem with wearing booties to cover his shoes, but he didn't have any! He even said he's ran into this request before. So he told us he would go get some and be back in 30 mins....1 hour and 20 mins went by and finally he came back at 10:20am.

Bringing in his equipment...He stained our carpet and tiles while walking through our house. (See pic!) He acted like it was no big deal and even told me that he hasn't had time to clean his equipment. He said they would send a carpet guy to clean it up but I didn't want the stain to just sit there overnight and I don't have time to wait and make another appt for something that should have been avoided in the first place! It seems like this has happened before.

He did do a good job on finding the issue and solving it. But the wait before and the clean up afterwards was something that shouldn't have ever happened. They ended up not charging us because of the mess and time, which we really appreciated, thank you! So this is why I gave them 3 stars, otherwise it would've been a 0/1 star.

So glad we called them. Our laundry drain was clogged so we made an apt. Bobby came out an not only fixed it, he answered all my questions. If you want a company that has honesty, integrity, an a tool bag full of knowledge an skill look no further than Bobby blue. We will be using them from here on out. Thank u yelp!

I called Bobby Blue Plumbing this morning and they were at my house within the hour to give me a free estimate. Before the technician came out I received a text message with the picture of the person coming to my home. I thought that was awesome! The technician who came out was David and he was awesome. He was very professional and reasonable with the price. He was able to fixed a slow draining shower and 2 sinks in an hour. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again! Thank you for responding so quickly.

Seriously, a God-send!

My mom flushed paper towels down the toilet and clogged everything.

We called another plumber first and they told us that because of our lack of main-line access, they might be able to pull up a toilet and 50-50 unclog our toilet. But we probably have a flapper and it has/will go bad. They'd have to cut open our porch and add an access.

That's where David from Bobby Blue Plumbing came into the picture. David arrived at our home less than an hour from when we called Bobby. He came in, we told him everything that the other plumber said and David further explained what it may or may not be. He said that instead of a flapper, the other plumber could have just been hitting the clog.

David was professional, nice, and a dog lover. He treated our 3 dogs so sweetly and genuinely. He explained everything and went to work.

Within 15 minutes of working on it, my wife and I saw all of the stopped drains and toilets just completely flush! He had done it!

We will use Bobby Blue Plumbing in the future if anything should ever occur.

I have to say that i am very thankful for my experience. A needed repair on a gas line is always scary and Dwight showed knowledge and confidence the entire time. He definitely went over and beyond to help and quite honestly he was also a really genuine person. Thank you again Dwight. I would definitely recommend using this company if all employees are at or near that same level.

Unhelpful and just took advantage of the situation. My main line is completely blocked and cannot use our toilets/shower. He told us we need all new plumbing throughout the house and there's nothing he can do, mind you, he never even put a camera through the drain line to see the actual problem. Called another company and they are able to camera through the vent pipe. The guy seemed rushed and uncaring, he just wanted to make money off of me and write a quote of 20,000. Horrible. Also he called me and said he would be there in 30 min and showed up 2 1/2hours later. I highly DO NOT recommend.

I'd give em 6 stars! Jimmy got here quick on a Saturday!and new exactly what to do to help get our clog free, and did it fast. He gave a bunch of tips and advice also. This guys honest and true unlike other plumbers we've encountered. Definitely glad we went with bobby blue.
