Our toilet became wobbly and I had tried to tighten it down but didn't work. Thinking the flange was broken I didn't want to mess with it so I called Bob The Plumber. They were able to schedule me in with my schedule. Communication throughout the process was great, they sent text messages confirming and telling me who would be showing up and when they were on the way. Jason arrived on schedule and gave me a estimated cost range depending on what may be found. Once he got the toilet off, it was discovered that when the house was built, they didn't have enough cement around the drain pipe for the flange to mount properly, it was barley hanging on & over the years, it finally broke loose. I approved the repairs and Jason got right to work. He filled in the area with cement as needed & installed a new flange. Overall very happy with their service.

I was having trouble with the pilot on my water heater. They responded immediately and were very friendly and professional. Brian arrived in the time frame promised and I was texted updates in regard to the arrival. Brian was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Rick came to fix a leak in the ceiling between floors of a 2-story house. He was able to fix leak and get water turned in less than an hour. A prior quote from another plumber wanted 2x his price and said he would have to come back and it would take 2-3 hours plus water would need to be off for 12-24 hours to cure. Very happy with results

Just had Ric S out for a plumbing job and couldn't be more happy. He was prompt and very upfront about the scope of work that needed to be done. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me some great advise on how to avoid issues in the future. Today the main lines to our house got clogged and the water got back up from the toilets and showers. It's Christmas Eve and I called a few places and they were closed. A friend recommended that I call ""Bob The Plumber"" because of their past experience with them. They were very nice and the Plummer that came out Ric Singer was very professional and knowledgeable. We knew that being a holiday weekend that it would be expensive and when we got the final price, we were surprised at how low the price was. Thank you also for giving me the Military Discount.
