Great customer service! Bob kept me in touch from the moment I called with a time, a technician's name, and picture. The technician, Lorenzo, came out and was able to replace our hot water heater that same afternoon. Lorenzo took the time to answer all of our questions and cleaned up everything after he was done. Bob and Lorenzo are both liars!! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE!! Called them to do a routine snaking of our drain. Water was backing up in our bathtub from the kitchen sink and our washer. We have an older home so when you snake the drain you have to go on our roof. Lorenzo went on the roof to snake the drain and nothing happened. He then said that he'd be back the next day with a longer snake. Bob tells me that they do not have a longer snake, that they would need a high power pressure washer. Lorenzo tells Bob that the high pressure washer would not work. They then tell us that they will bring a camera out to find where our line in the pipes are broken. They say they find a broken pipe in our lawn and fixing that should fix the issue! So for $5300 they will install a clean out so you can snake our pipe from the ground and fix the broken pipe. So they do the repair and nothing changed our tub was still full of dirty water! They said that they can't do anything else and that it would cost a lot to fix it!! Lorenzo didn't even try to snake the tub or snake the vent up on the roof! So we called another plumber out that wasn't trying to screw us out of money and he took care of the problem within 45 minutes!! All he did was snake the vent on the roof and charged us $120! Bob plays this nice guy roll so you trust him and think he's being honest but he's just trying to FUCK you out of your money. I've never felt so betrayed by a contractor!! I hope karma comes to bite you in the ass bob and lorenzo! Also, the REAL plumber that came out and fixed our problem for $120 said he would of charged $2500 not the $5300 for the same repair Bob""the liar"" plumbing charged!

I needed a faucet replaced and an air gap installed. I called Bob the Plumber and he sent out a guy the next day, Lorenzo. Lorenzo was polite, wore a mask, and went right to work. It was clear he knew what he was doing! Super fast, clean, and efficient. The charge was reasonable and the work was perfect. I will call them again and I would recommend them to my friends with no reservations. Thanks Bob and Lorenzo!

this company installed a new sewer clean out line and also ice maker box. estimates were timely and service was scheduled quickly. Gilbert is an excellent employee and offered great advice. I still have more plumbing projects and will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommend them!

After having just hired this company to fix my kitchen sink leaking so badly I couldn't use it, and them fixing it great, I ran it and the dish washing machine getting through all my backed up dishes, and killed my water heater.

I again contacted them, expecting to maybe have to wait until at least the weekend, but I was contacted back that they were in my area and could be out right away. Gilbert showed up and looked at the problem, explained to me my water heater was near the end of its normal life span, and the problem part was a majority of its cost (the gas valve/sensor control unit), he said he could just replace the part that is broken, or we could do a full replacement at this time.

I agreed to the replacement, again thinking I would be waiting a few days for such a large unexpected job, but Gilbert told me he would be back in an hour with the part and do the job, even in triple digit heat he worked quickly and efficiently and now I have hot water.

Highly recommend.
