Ric showed up in a timely manner, accessed the issue immediately. He showed me the clogged pipe, and walked me through the fix. No more leaking under the cabinets, and the dishwasher isn't draining in my sink. I was extremely pleased with the professional service provided. Highly recommended.

I called Bob the Plumber because of his excellent reputation. There was a leak from an upstairs bathroom into the downstairs. Bob's plumber repaired what he thought was the leak. After he left it still leaked. The same plumber came back several times and even brought another plumber to help but couldn't determine the source of the leak. My daughter and I found the general area and then Bob sent a more experienced plumber who pinpointed the problem. I paid Bob the Plumber just under $2000 to fix something that didn't need fixing. Some weeks later, when I was balancing my checkbook, I found that my check to Bob hadn't been deposited. I called the office to make sure there wasn't any problem. The office manager told me that Bob said that his conscience wouldn't allow him to cash my check. If you want an honest plumber call Bob the Plumber. He is honest and has integrity.

Jason and Danny were great. The company was very responsive and was able to come the same day and provide the service. I usually do my due diligence of research and multiple quotes but my washer valves were both leaking and it was a bit of need to fix it now kinda situation. I don't know if the price was the best but they were able to do it the same day. Although they were not able to fix my dry wall Jason did recommend someone for the job and called them to get a quote for me so that was helpful. They know their stuff and I would use their services again if needed.

Ric from Bob the Plumber, diagnosed our water leak as a slab leak. He answered my multitude of questions completely and with genuine patience, as every answer brought forth a new question from me. Not once did he mansplain or talk down to me, so I completely understood his every answer.

Once the diagnosis was made and the quote was given, work was done immediately so we were without water for only a short time.

The is my 3rd time using this plumbing service... and believe me, they are the BEST in Inland Empire.

I decided to replace my entire toilet because several companies only did patchwork on the tank fixtures, so you could hear water leaking from the toilet/tank.

I messaged Bob the Plumber and he responded immediately... he was willing to send someone the same day! He worked with my scheduled, and two technicians came out, explained what they would do.

The techs took measurements, one tech went and purchased the toile while the other removed the old one. DONE and old one hauled away. I'm still blown away and smiling.

I wish all companies had this level of commitment... PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and DIDN'T WAST TIME!

Their technician Jason did an excellent job replacing our bathtub and bathroom sink faucets, installing a new toilet in our master bedroom and fixing a leaking faucet in our backyard. Our toilet became wobbly and I had tried to tighten it down but didn't work. Thinking the flange was broken I didn't want to mess with it so I called Bob The Plumber. They were able to schedule me in with my schedule. Communication throughout the process was great, they sent text messages confirming and telling me who would be showing up and when they were on the way. Jason arrived on schedule and gave me a estimated cost range depending on what may be found. Once he got the toilet off, it was discovered that when the house was built, they didn't have enough cement around the drain pipe for the flange to mount properly, it was barley hanging on & over the years, it finally broke loose. I approved the repairs and Jason got right to work. He filled in the area with cement as needed & installed a new flange. Overall very happy with their service.
