I've used Bob services on 3 different occasions.
1. I needed one of my showers adjusted since the hot water wasn't coming out hot enough.
2. He replaced my water heater and installed a water line for my refrigerator in the garage.
3. My kitchen sink was leaking.
Each time he was honest, had great communication, very prompt, and was affordable. Being a new homeowner I was worried about finding a good plumber for my home needs. But Bob is great! I would highly recommend him (and I have) for any plumbing services.

We are a repeat customer. Bob and his team are the most honest and trustworthy plumbers we ever used. Previously he fixed our kitchen sink and a ceiling leak in an upstairs bathtub. Previous estimate from another plumber was for several thousand dollars. Bob was honest and focused directly on the problem and the bill was only a few hundred. Amazing!

He also recently replaced our regulator which was causing water pressure to be high, reducing our risk of fixture leaks and slab leaks.

Most Recently Bob replaced our water heater. We found out Home Depot illegally installed it several years ago which put us at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Estimate from HD was nearly $1000 more than Bob. He made sure he ordered the right water heater. He installed the new water heater to code and we not only have a nice new water, but it is safe and he saved us $$$ over other estimates.

I highly recommend Bob and his team and will continue to use him for all our plumbing needs.

Bob is always readily available with quick responses to any problem. Bob communicates very well via text and keeps the customer informed throughout the process. On more than one occasion Bob has been to my house and refused to take payment due to my mothers illness. The second time I made him take payment, he would only accept a small portion. Bob comes highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

Bob the plumber is one of the most fairest/honest people I have hired. We had issues with our toilet on the second floor of our home backing up and leaking. It was so bad it leaked through to the bottom floor. Bob was able to isolate and repair the problem in a timely and efficient manner. Bob and his techs are amazing !! I was going crazy dealing with a water heater issue and a toilet leak . Had gone through so many plumbers and none seemed honest.
