I used Bob the Plumber for a dishwasher valve repair, and a toilet installation. Their pricing is fair, and the two different plumbers that came out for the different repairs were both great! I can't remember the first guys name because I didn't think I would need to use them again so soon, but he was excellent, and Matt is Excellent and the one I will request. He was very thorough, and helpful with searching for best price in the type of toilet I wanted to install. But you can't go wrong with either guy!

I have more plumbing work needed on my home, and I will definitely be calling them for a quote. (I still like to make sure I am getting the best price), but the service is excellent. I am pretty sure that if it is only a few dollars difference in pricing, I will still use Bob's because I trust the service and the plumbers.

I called on a Sunday thinking I was going to leave a voice message, and was surprised to reach a Live person to handle my request.

I am very Happy with the office staff and the plumbers....and the PRICE!

dealing with a clogged kitchen sink is a complete headache. i tried to contact roto-rooter and they kept giving me the run around, they canceled on me 2 days in a row. finally i ended uo contacting bob and this was the greatest blessing. jason arrived to the house and was verg professional and honest. nothing but great things to say about this company and the staff. thank you for being reliable and trustworthy. definitely keeping you guys in my tool box.

Called in the morning and had my bidet in before 1. Jason went above and beyond removing an old toilet seat that was stuck, before finding out the bidet wouldn't fit. Installed it in the other toilet. Thank you for the help.

We walked into our bathroom on a Sunday evening and the vinyl planks were squishing with water seeping through the grooves. We turned water off to house and contacted Bob the Plumber.
Matt came out first thing Monday morning. We had our tub spout replaced the prior week and the pipe was broke off.
In order to make the repair a small area of drywall needed to be cut out. The pipe was repaired and a new tub spout installed. The section of drywall that was removed was put back up. ( We will have someone come patch and paint)
Matt did a great job and the cost was very reasonable and fair.
We will definitely use Bob the Plumber for all our future plumbing issues.

Our water heater tank started leaking and was due to be changed . We got a very pricey quote from Home Depot that was completely unreasonable. I called Bob the Plumber , they arrived immediately and was able to install it on the same day . The service and labor costs were fair . I am so thankful for this amazing service . As a homeowner , it's so stressful when things break in your household . Also it is even more stressful to find an honest company that will not rip you off . I highly recommend Bob the Plumber.
