Found Bob the Plumber thru Nextdoor. Turned out all those positive reviews were spot on. Needed a hot water heater repair. Got a hold of Bob and set an appointment. Bob got back to me saying he had finished his other service call and could come early. He arrived when he said he was and completed his tapir in no time. Cleaned up as if he was never there. Bob and his wife were very polite and you can tell they are very down to earth sincere. I have found the plumber for all my future needs! Thank you!

Hi Yelpers,
Hoping your Christmas was a joy and that the New Year brings you everything you ask. Now on to the review: I had an issue with a Delta bathroom faucet and a leaking hose bib (for years). I went on the Nextdoor Neighbor to get recommendations from neighbors and Bob the Plumber came up with very favorable reviews. Next, checking the Yelp reviews, all 5-stars! Could not agree more! Called in the morning and Bob said he would be here at 3 pm. An hour later Bob called and said he was in the area and would be here in five minutes; no problemo. Retired navy CPO with a really cool belt buckle and his charming wife/assistant. The job was not as easy as I thought, Bob had to become a human pretzel to get under the sink and adjust the cartridge from underneath and on the top to properly adjust the cartridge. Done! On to the next project: fix a leaky hose bib. This was easy peazy compared to the cartridge repair. Remove the old hose bib, and replace with a new part that will last until h*** freezes over! All work was clean and the price was reasonable. Could not be happier. Thanks for your service (Navy), Bob.

Found Bob right on Yelp. Partner called another plumber way unreasonable. Called a second guy too busy to even pencil me in and not personable. Then came Bob, took my call, he said he had a couple jobs but can swing by after and to text him my details. He shows up, checks out the mess of a pipes we have, and said he'd have to come the next day after assessing the situation. We got good vibes from him, his estimate was reasonable and he did the job. Good experience from start to finish. Laid back and easy going, price was reasonable and didn't even tried to negotiate. He did a great job, thanks Bob

I needed work on my garbage disposal and toilet. Bob and assistant showed up same day for repairs. He was competent, efficient, honest, and reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

Bob deserves 10 stars! I wish all plumbers were honest and fair like him....He came out to our house on a Friday morning to fix a clogged sink and got to work right away. It ended up being a simple job, just under an hour but he stuck around afterwards to explain how to prevent this from happening again. His rate was a reasonable $85 per hour which is unheard of in this contractor's paradise. Seriously, stop reading and choose Bob.

The handle of our shower broke, so water wont stop flowing. I called bob in the morning and he came in really quick. He's with Sylvia so i felt more comfortable because the problem is in our bedroom bath. He was really fast in repairing the handle. He asked for a very reasonable price. The handle was very smooth when turning it, much better than the old one that broke.
I definitely recommend them.

Bob the Plumber helped us on multiple occasions on short notice. The first instance was when we had problems with our disposal leaking and it turns out the flip company that did our home cut corners and improperly installed the pipes underneath the sink. The second time was an issue with our bathroom; the valve under the sink split causing water to spray everywhere almost flooding our bathroom. Bob was at our place within 20 minutes. Not only did he fix the issue but kept the water damage to a minimum and installed a new valve that was much higher quality than what the flippers used to install the sink. Hands down a true pro and always has the customers interest in mind. My wife and I are continuously grateful and refuse to use anyone else.

I sent a request to four or five plumbers over the weekend due to a leaking shower cartridge. I wanted to get it fixed, but didn't want to pay a huge premium for weekend work. A previous local plumber I've used (and like) wanted a major premium to come out on a weekend.

Bob was quick to respond and came out within an hour. He quoted a reasonable rate and stuck to it. He didn't complain when the screw to remove the handle was stripped and just handled it, only adding $10 to the bill to cover the replacement handle. He cleaned up after himself and was on his way quickly. I'd definitely use Bob again.

Responded quickly to my request to have my toilets repaired. They arrived the next day at their stated time (on the dot!), and worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards Bob explained everything that he fixed, in detail. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.
