I called Bob on a Saturday morning to install a kitchen faucet and he was at my house in less than 3 hours to do so. He was very professional and was done with the faucet within an hour. His professionalism and knowledge about the install was great and I can't recommend him enough!

the price was exhorbitant: $450 for 2 1/2 hours of work.
By my calculations that is $180 / hr.

Bob was super quick and very responsive. His prices were average from other quotes I received, but the reason I went with him was his response time was so quick. He and his wife showed up and fixed my bathroom sink in less than 30 minutes, even though it ended up being a bigger problem than I anticipated. This is the second time we have used Bob the Plumber and wanted to give him a Excellent review. We are moving and in escrow and needed some work done quickly before we move out. I called him in the morning and he was here by mid-morning and did the work quickly and efficiently. He also gave us an estimate for some more work that needed to be done, came back the following day and did it in less than an hour. Additionally that morning our garbage disposal went out and he replaced it with a new one in less than an hour. Bob is a true Professional and no job is too big or small for him. He is an absolute joy to work with and gets the job done, everything he did looks so professional. His prices are very reasonable and we are very grateful to him for getting the work done so quickly. We hightly recommend him for any plumbing job you may have, don't hesitate to call him and if it is an urgent matter he will more than likely respond the same day. We had an emergency last Saturday august the 6th. and had to shut off the water , we were in a panic , but I called Bob and he came within the hour like he promised , fixed the problem , reasonable rates , he does his own work , we were so satisfied and will use him from now on . I have used Bob a couple times in the last few years. He changed our water pressure regulator and helped with a couple other plumbing issues at the time. He returned just today to check on an issue. I thought it was going to be my water pressure again. He checked the pressure, made a couple adjustments, and then said that everything is fine for now. Who does that? And to top it off, he didn't even charge me this visit. I don't know if that's his protocol or if that is something you can expect him to do, but that is pretty much unheard of for me. I kind of feel bad just letting him go without paying him. I am paying him back the favor by writing this review, referring when friends are in need of a plumber and being a return customer when we do have issues. Thanks, Bob!
