I found Bob on Yelp and was very impressed with how quickly he could come. And he not only showed he came early! Had his wife with him and I really liked that it was a husband and wife team. He was thorough, professional, and he cleaned everything up when done. I will definitely keep his card and use him again.

Bob the Plumber is incredibly nice and professional. He was able to come to my house within 1 hour of my call. I had a clogged toilet, and unfortunately, his 6-ft snake could not fix the problem. He suggested I call a company which specializes in drains and did not charge me for the service call.

Bob the Plumber is great! Scheduling an appointment with him was easy. He answers his own phone, which is great. He and his wife arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon. They were both friendly and he was certainly knowledgable. He knew exactly what the problem was with my sink and shower and fixed them both in about half an hour. Amazing! The price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using him in the future for any additional plumbing needs.

I think the common denominator is most of the reviews here are from people who yelped this guy before-hand...hence the ""great"" service vs yelp results. first, i found bob to be non-friendly upon entering my girlfriends home; as i was there to give him the check since she was un-able to be there when he came. after he finished, he said he replaced the main floor seal of the toilet and there was a clog in the mail line. (the toilet had been backing up and leaking through the floor as well) he was there about 30-40 mins and charged $105.00 after quoting my GF 85.00. but he said he quoted her an 85.00 minimal. a couple of days later, the toilet backed up again and he said it would be another 145.00 to come back and snake it 100 feet. shouldn't he have done that in the first place? i called another plumber i know, but was not available. he told me that if bob was going to remove the toilet to change out a seal, he should have went ahead and snaked it at that time.... in order to really do the job right. anyway, we got another plumber through my friend, who did the work for 120.00. also, he made note that the seal bob replaced was of low quality and put in another higher quality seal. so besides the fact this guy not having the friendliest personality, he doesn't stand by his work either. i was going to call him and ask him to justify his work but why bother?

Called two of the most highly rated Yelp plumbers -- sent them same picture of the regulator to be replaced -- Bob knew exactly which one it was and quoted me with labor cost -- he was 50% of the other quote -- both with the exact new replacement part -- he was here in 30 minutes and finished in another 40 minutes with testing and adjusting the pressure. Anytime I get a quote 50% of another I am suspicious of add-ons but he was right on the money! Nice guy also.

Ok, I've hired Bob about 4 times now and I've finally gotten around to a deserving review for him. If you want very responsive & professional plumbing service for a fair price, then this is the guy to call. I've always been able to reach him immediately and schedule within 24-48 hrs for a non-emergency plumbing issue. Fast, efficient, no-nonsense, straightforward work. He's my one and only plumber.
