Bob responded quickly (1.5 hrs) to my initial service request, and accurately diagnosed and repaired a couple of stubborn leaks in a shower and toilet. After discussion, also rebuilt the aging main valve and standpipe leading into the house. Very happy with the work and is now my 'go to' guy for any future plumbing needs.

I contacted Bob during the recent ice storm. He replied that an appointment had just opened up and said he would be on his way. He provided some feedback on what I could do to expediate the repairs and got to my house as soon as he could. He completed the repairs in about 90 minutes and our water was restored - it was much appreciated. Give the ice storm challenges, I could not have asked for better service.

I am surprised by the positive reviews. Bob was indeed prompt when responding to our call for a repair issue. He was in our house the same day and quickly "fixed" the plumbing problem with our bathroom. The issue is that the problem came back within days. When I contacted Bob again to come back and fix it, he did not return my calls, voicemails, or texts. Mistakes happen, but I think it's unprofessional to ignore a client when the service that was paid for was not actually done properly. We ended up fixing the problem ourselves and will not be using this particular plumber again.

Absolutely excellent. I had a leaking shower valve, and the plumber my home warranty sent out said the could not fix it, and I would need to remodel my shower( it faces an exterior wall). I called Bob this morning after reading reviews on Yelp. I told him what was going on and he said he could fix it, no problem. Did I mention we had to turn our water off for two days! Bob showed up, and by god he fixed that shower valve. We are going to remodel, but on our schedule, and Bob will be doing the plumbing.

All I can say is thank goodness for Bob. We are in the process of moving into a new home and are unpacking. We show up at the house on Saturday morning to find water dripping from the ceiling. Just can't believe it. We don't know any service providers and here we are with an emergency. I zip out to Yelp and find a few options. Start to make calls and Bob, yes Bob, answers his phone. First I breathe a sign of relief that there is a person on the line. And then the big news -- he says he will be over in about an HOUR. Yes, about an hour. He arrived early.

Bob was a truly nice person and a professional in his trade. In short order he identified the problem and made quick work of correcting our leak.

Thanks to Bob our stress level went down immediately. Not only did he address our plumbing issue he was able to provide a referral for someone to handle the sheet rock repair we now need because of the water damage.

Truly an excellent experience and we are so grateful for the outstanding service we received. Wish I could give him 10 stars!

I called Mr DeShano because an outdoor spigot had ruptured at one of my rentals. He was there and had it fixed within the hour. Very reasonably priced and professional
