I was in need of repairs to my toilets. I reviewed Yelp. I came across Bob DeShano. I contacted Bob gave him the information he requested and the next day Bob was out to my home. Completed the job and was on his way.
Bob did a great job. He is fair, fast, honest and most of all a nice man. I highly recommend Bob. Finally one word describes Bob. Great!!!!

I do not know why this company has not been reviewed yet! Bob came out to install some faucets and sinks after we installed new countertops in our bathrooms. He gave me an estimate on the phone and was able to come the next day. His prices are very reasonable and he did a thorough and complete job. He came into some problems with our old equipment, but gave me options on how I would like to fix them. In addition, he is a genuinely nice guy and pleasant to be around. We will definitely be using him again for any plumbing issues that arise! I would highly recommend.

My plumber retired recently, and I noticed that Bob came highly recommended. Bob responded with one day notice, was in and out in a very timely manner, did exactly what he said he would do, and charged what he quoted without any complications! Will I continue to contact Bob for my plumbing needs on my 25 year old home? Indeed I will, and I will recommend him to All my friends & neighbors!

Absolutely excellent. I had a leaking shower valve, and the plumber my home warranty sent out said the could not fix it, and I would need to remodel my shower( it faces an exterior wall). I called Bob this morning after reading reviews on Yelp. I told him what was going on and he said he could fix it, no problem. Did I mention we had to turn our water off for two days! Bob showed up, and by god he fixed that shower valve. We are going to remodel, but on our schedule, and Bob will be doing the plumbing.

All I can say is thank goodness for Bob. We are in the process of moving into a new home and are unpacking. We show up at the house on Saturday morning to find water dripping from the ceiling. Just can't believe it. We don't know any service providers and here we are with an emergency. I zip out to Yelp and find a few options. Start to make calls and Bob, yes Bob, answers his phone. First I breathe a sign of relief that there is a person on the line. And then the big news -- he says he will be over in about an HOUR. Yes, about an hour. He arrived early.

Bob was a truly nice person and a professional in his trade. In short order he identified the problem and made quick work of correcting our leak.

Thanks to Bob our stress level went down immediately. Not only did he address our plumbing issue he was able to provide a referral for someone to handle the sheet rock repair we now need because of the water damage.

Truly an excellent experience and we are so grateful for the outstanding service we received. Wish I could give him 10 stars!

Bob came promptly to repair a broken outdoor water faucet...on a weekend, no less....and his price was reasonable. To turn the water off at that faucet, which my Sweetie accidentally broke trying to change the faucet himself, the water had to be turned off in the entire house. Thank you, Bob! Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Needed gas stove installed; Bob was able to come to the house within 1-hour and safely hook up gas, test and get unit set back in place. Also gave good plumbing tips for a new homeowner--very much appreciated. Highly recommended.
