Wow ! An emergency on Thanksgiving Day :(
Called several plumbing firms and got the run around from them, outrageous quotes or vague
arrival times. Once I contacted Terry at Bluewater
Plumbing and Drain I knew my problem would be solved in short order and at a reasonable price.
Kudos to Terry for coming out on a holiday and doing such a great job. Saved our Thanksgiving
from a nasty flood. Highly recommend his company.

The owner, Terry, was very responsive; returned my call this morning requesting service within 10 minutes. He was able to fit me in to clean out my washing machine drain within about 1 1/2 hours. He explained the short term and long term options to deal with the problem. I was particularly impressed that, when I suggested that perhaps the main drain should be cleaned out too, Terry explained that it would not be useful for this problem. He also lowered the price he had quoted when he was able to clean the drain more quickly than he had first anticipated. I am definitely putting this business in my contact list to use for future plumbing or drain needs. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Bluewater Plumbing. A homeowner insurance carrier required us to install an Auto Water Shutoff Valve to write our policy. Terry helped me find the most affordable solution and installed the device in a clean and professional-looking manner. He is very knowledgable and took time to explain the ""what"" and ""why"" of everything he was doing. We were so impressed with his honesty and quality of work that we also had him do the annual maintenance service of our tankless water heater and replace a faulty pressure relief valve. With every visit Terry was very respectful of our property, always wearing booties in the house and thoroughly cleaning up after his work. We are very pleased with Bluewater plumbing. They will be our first call for any future plumbing needs.

Terry did a fantastic job installing a whole home water filtration system for me. I met with several companies and instantly felt that he was knowledgeable and could tackle the job.

My situation wasn't as easy because I had to run water lines into my house in order to install the filter. Terry was very thorough in planning everything out and he did a great job of keeping me posted throughout the process which lasted a few days. When you meet with Terry you'll notice that he really takes pride in his work and has a passion for delivering a quality product. He also went above and beyond by going to Lowe's to pick up some lumber for me to build a platform...something he absolutely didn't have to do.

All in all, I would 100% recommend Terry for all your plumbing needs.

Terry at Bluewater plumbing is the best! He is very professional, kind, respectful, and treats your house as if it were his own. He is very educated on the subject. He did so much for us and has been our plumber for our apartment building for over a year now. He not only does a great job, but he educates you while he is doing his job, if you want. When a separate construction company of ours, cemented over our clean-out drain he advised me and educated me on replacing it with a double-combi clean-out, versus the old one which was a one way clean-out. I did what he said and he put in a double-combi cleanout so now, and in the future, the sewer will never be backed up under our building because we have a double-combi cleanout, which can make it so we can reach under the building. Additionally, we asked him to come to our house every year and to do a cleanout and he agreed that it's a great idea. While doing this he also showed me the old types of pipes that are underneath all of our cities and how much metal or iron (I forget what type of metal) has made the inside of the pipes rusted and narrower inside. We totally trust and choose Terry at Bluewater Plumbing to do such an invasive, sensitive, and critical job, which is plumbing. He is very friendly where you can text him anytime if you have any questions, or need advice or a second opinion, at no extra charge. He just wants to help and deter future major plumbing problems from happening to you and your house. He is a family man in about his thirties or late thirties. He is a very smart, considerate, and well mannered man. He was referred to us by a friend who owns apartment buildings.
