I am going to keep this review quick and honest; which was the exact service I received from Terry today.

I had multiple sinks and pipes clogged at my house and called Terry at 11pm at night he walked me through a few steps to make sure I would make it over night so as to not cost me an extra fee having to come so late. Not only did he save me money but gave me peace of mind which we all know is priceless!

Next day he was here at our scheduled time and made quick work of the issue. I would highly recommend anyone looking for efficient trustworthy plumbing to look for Bluewater Plumbing and Drain!

Contacted Terry late Wednesday evening regarding a leaky hot water heater via the Yelp messaging system. He was very quick to respond and scheduled me in for the next morning.

Terry arrived on time, looked everything over thoroughly, and have me a clear and easy to understand breakdown of my situation.

Despite the short notice I gave him, he then spent the vast majority of his day along with a fellow plumber friend of his taking care of my water heater situation. Fortunately, my unit was still under warranty so the cost of the water heater itself was covered. Terry took care of coordinating the warranty coverage with the manufacturer, removing and disposing of the old broken unit, and cleaned up after completing the replacement.

Friendly, professional, great communication, very knowledgeable, fast, and pristine workmanship. Bookmarked and stored in contacts for my future plumbing needs.

Wow ! An emergency on Thanksgiving Day :(
Called several plumbing firms and got the run around from them, outrageous quotes or vague
arrival times. Once I contacted Terry at Bluewater
Plumbing and Drain I knew my problem would be solved in short order and at a reasonable price.
Kudos to Terry for coming out on a holiday and doing such a great job. Saved our Thanksgiving
from a nasty flood. Highly recommend his company.

The owner, Terry, was very responsive; returned my call this morning requesting service within 10 minutes. He was able to fit me in to clean out my washing machine drain within about 1 1/2 hours. He explained the short term and long term options to deal with the problem. I was particularly impressed that, when I suggested that perhaps the main drain should be cleaned out too, Terry explained that it would not be useful for this problem. He also lowered the price he had quoted when he was able to clean the drain more quickly than he had first anticipated. I am definitely putting this business in my contact list to use for future plumbing or drain needs. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Bluewater Plumbing. A homeowner insurance carrier required us to install an Auto Water Shutoff Valve to write our policy. Terry helped me find the most affordable solution and installed the device in a clean and professional-looking manner. He is very knowledgable and took time to explain the ""what"" and ""why"" of everything he was doing. We were so impressed with his honesty and quality of work that we also had him do the annual maintenance service of our tankless water heater and replace a faulty pressure relief valve. With every visit Terry was very respectful of our property, always wearing booties in the house and thoroughly cleaning up after his work. We are very pleased with Bluewater plumbing. They will be our first call for any future plumbing needs.
