The one in Pompano Beach is horrible. It took the guy six weeks to fix my kitchen sink issue, so six weeks without the use of my kitchen sink. He would show up hours late and then have to be there later at night. He lied to me about what he was going to do and when he found out he had to wait for my condo board to send him a check, he walked off the job and left a giant hole under my sink. It was a mess. I would NEVER recommend them. They are banned from being used by our board and rightfully so. Please do yourself a favor and don't call them!

Beware. Had them come out to snake a main sewer line. They stated the main sewer line needed to be replaced. The issue was only three feet from the clean out. They wanted $4400 to replace and they were totally wrong in where they said the sewer line ran. Stay away

This company charged me for a quote. $125 to be exact. I could have lived with that if they would have allowed me to use that money towards the actual work. However, that is not their policy. To make matters worse, they could not give me an exact quote because they sent a service repair man to my home instead of a qualified project manager. The service man called the project manager on the phone while he was in my home to discuss my needs. They determined that the best quote they could give me is """"time and material"""" Without letting me know how much time or material it would take to do the job. Unacceptable.

Very professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable! Came home from work and had no hot water! Googled plumbers and they answered when I called after hours! Erik and Wenzel came that evening and replaced my water heater! Was very happy with them and have used them for other plumbing issues as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

If I could give zero stars I would. I didn't even have the displeasure of working with this company. They are doing work at the house next to mine. I asked one of the guys out there if he knew who had moved my water hose and caused a leak from my faucet and he bit my head off and reacted like a child. Rude, disrespectful, and crappy customer service skills.

Blue Frog installed a garbage disposal unit but will not honor the warranty on it. They scheduled a tech to come out and repair the unit but their tech never shows up.

Blue Frog Plumbing was an awesome experience they came out last night on a emergency leak that we had at the house. It's feels good to know that they're still contractors we could depend on!! Five stars these guys are the best

THE WORST. I work for a property management place. I had spoken to Abby. She set me up for a Friday 12pm-2pm so they can come inspect and provide me with a quote. Nothing. I called A LOT of times zero answers to 3 different numbers. Sent her a text like she had asked before. NOTHING, ZERO RESPONSE. Very Unprofessional company. I wouldn't recommend them, even if they were the last plumbing place in the WORLD. They'll just leave you hanging.
