This company charged me for a quote. $125 to be exact. I could have lived with that if they would have allowed me to use that money towards the actual work. However, that is not their policy. To make matters worse, they could not give me an exact quote because they sent a service repair man to my home instead of a qualified project manager. The service man called the project manager on the phone while he was in my home to discuss my needs. They determined that the best quote they could give me is """"time and material"""" Without letting me know how much time or material it would take to do the job. Unacceptable.

Very professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable! Came home from work and had no hot water! Googled plumbers and they answered when I called after hours! Erik and Wenzel came that evening and replaced my water heater! Was very happy with them and have used them for other plumbing issues as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

If I could give zero stars I would. I didn't even have the displeasure of working with this company. They are doing work at the house next to mine. I asked one of the guys out there if he knew who had moved my water hose and caused a leak from my faucet and he bit my head off and reacted like a child. Rude, disrespectful, and crappy customer service skills.

Blue Frog installed a garbage disposal unit but will not honor the warranty on it. They scheduled a tech to come out and repair the unit but their tech never shows up.

Blue Frog Plumbing was an awesome experience they came out last night on a emergency leak that we had at the house. It's feels good to know that they're still contractors we could depend on!! Five stars these guys are the best

THE WORST. I work for a property management place. I had spoken to Abby. She set me up for a Friday 12pm-2pm so they can come inspect and provide me with a quote. Nothing. I called A LOT of times zero answers to 3 different numbers. Sent her a text like she had asked before. NOTHING, ZERO RESPONSE. Very Unprofessional company. I wouldn't recommend them, even if they were the last plumbing place in the WORLD. They'll just leave you hanging.

Erik with Blue Frog Plumbing and drain saved the day for me last week and Really impressed me with his service. Even came out short notice for my leak on a weekend! He is Professional yet down to earth, honest about options, super nice man, and educated me about what was going on with my situation. Explained 3 options so i could choose the best for my circumstance. Will definitely be using him every time

Wish we could give a NEGATIVE 5-stars for this place. Unquestionably the WORST excuse for a plumber (I guess we're going to have to get the team 6 investigators after them). Their guy, HENRY, was hired by my mother (Donna) to replace the old toilet at my condo. First, he showed up, looked at the toilet (to know what kind), & proceeded to call & order the new one. He said 3pm, in the afternoon, was too late for him to go pick-up the new one & install it. Ok, fine. A WEEK later he called, & said he was coming. A couple of hours later, he called back & said the new toilet was broken during transport, he couldn't get another 'till the next day. He then shows up the next afternoon, & starts to install the new, new toilet. He also decides that a pipe needs to be cut shorter, & even tears out part of the bathroom wall (it is a in-wall toilet, not an in-floor) to see which way the pipe leads (left or right). Why that NEEDED to be done is questionable. He said he was just curious. Anyway, he decided that he had to cut the pipe in the wall to make it shorter, & that he didn't have the right tools with him. TWO WEEKS later he finally comes back with the right tools (this was his THIRD visit to my condo to replace the toilet! We are at the ONE MONTH point from his first attempt at putting in the new toilet!!!). This time he was also seemingly aggravated from actually doing some work (cutting the pipe). It's the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, at 4pm, & he's ready to leave. He tells me """"I'll have to come back next week & finish this. U SHOULD be able to use the toilet tho for a DAY or TWO if ur really, really careful (even tho he's not coming back until 4 more days???!!!). I'm putting in two screws so it hopefully won't move, & there's some cardboard under the bowl to help steady it."""" Honestly, I DID try to use the toilet that night, but of course the DIRTY pee water just sprayed out (left AND right) from between the bowl & back of the toilet. After calling HENRY nearly everyday for the next 3 WEEKS (""""yeah, I'll be there tomorrow morning."""" OR """"yeah, I'll be there later this afternoon."""") I finally called my elderly mother to let her know it was a good thing she never paid him the second half of the MONEY (half when started, half when finished), & to let her know we needed to hire ANOTHER plumber. Unfortunately, HENRY had told her he had FINISHED the job (& sadly, she hadn't called me to ask if HENRY had done a good job), & she had ended up paying him $1,600. -- SIXTEEN HUNDRED -- dollars (MORE than DOUBLE what should have been charged for replacing a toilet)!!! Its bad enough that HENRY left us with a NON-WORKING toilet, but he also charged an ELDERLY woman MORE THAN DOUBLE. Blue Frog Plumbing should have their license revoked. There is simply NO EXCUSE for what their employee has done. Oh, & they refuse to return the money because HENRY told them that he finished the job. I even said they should come see my DESTROYED bathroom & NON-WORKING toilet...but of course that didn't happen either.

Not Reliable!! Terrible service and left be high and dry. They confirmed my appointment at 9:00am and sent me a text that a plumber was on the way at 2:30pm. At 5:00pm I call in to see where the guy is and they inform me that he is not coming. No heads up call or text and the lady said """"Sorry we will try to send someone to help you tomorrow"""". When I threatened to write a Yelp! review she quickly told me that they were sending another van out to my location today. Its now 7:00pm and when I try to call nobody answers. Wasted my entire day. I wish I would have hired a reliable, professional company instead of this BULLfrog nonsense. Call anyone else. Stay away from these people.
