Bluefrog is the best. Ryan came out a week and a half ago. They had a time slot earlier than scheduled and fit me in a day sooner. Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate - which I approved. He rebuilt the laundry standpipe (which had been leaking), rebuilt the T that joins the laundry drain and the main line which drains half the house. Then he snaked the 50 feet or so all the way to the street. I had washed an old blanket which disintegrated and created a clog in the cast iron beneath the basement concrete. When he left, everything drained perfectly and I was completely satisfied. Ryan also suggested using Bio Clean drain cleaner which is an excellent product.

We used Bluefrog to install our new gas heater. Blue frog was considerate of our time with sending updates by text and email for tracking the arrival. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He installed the new gas heater in a reasonable amount of time with attention to detail. The price was fair. Blue frog. came out to provide a quote on the installation of a bathroom in our basement. It currently has rough in plumbing only. The technician was knowledgeable and obviously loved his trade. He provided recommendations and courses of action on how to get the project done most effectively. He then provided a quote within minutes of completing our estimate. We haven't moved forward yet on hiring but this company is currently at the top of our list.

We had a pipe / ""bib"" get damaged over winter due to the hard freeze. Didn't know it until we tried to use an outside spigot. Luckily was not leaking. Bluefrog had it fixed within a week even though the replacement part we needed was obscure and hard to find. Ryan was our plumber/service agent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I will totally be using Bluefrog again.

We had a shower clog with standing water. Called Bluefrog based on their yelp reviews - a real person answered the phone (no machine) and they had me scheduled for the next morning within minutes and confirmed the appt via text. The next morning Ryan (the tech - nice guy) showed up right on time, assessed the situation, provided a fair quote, and did the work. Problem solved - easy - and no ""surprises or gotchas"". Ryan even looked over my 20+ year old water heater and provided me with his opinion on it - without any BS or high pressure sales tactics. THIS is how customers want to be treated - other companies should take note - I'm looking at you Rooter Town (see my review on them - quite a different experience). Next time I need help with a plumbing issue, Bluefrog will be my first (and likely only) call.
