I hired Bluefrog to fix a valve leading to my sprinkler system and they did not disappoint. I was contacted promptly after contacting them via Yelp and was able to get an appointment the next day. The plumber they sent, Brennan, arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem, and gave me an estimate. I liked the price and he fixed the problem in less than an hour. Overall, a very professional experience and Bluefrog is definitely a company I'd do business with again.

Bill from Bluefrog just left our home after unclogging a kitchen drain and we exhaled a relief of gratitude for the service he provided. We also value Bill's educational information about our plumbing system and will purchase the product he recommended to avoid potential future problems. That kind of advice coupled with service offers such a blissful peace of mind. Going forward if we encounter any issues, we will only call Bluefrog because everything needed, we received and was happy to pay in full before Bill left. It was a very good experience. Bill, again, ""Thank you!""

I had a kitchen drain behind a wall that was leaking. The tech had to cut out the basement wall to repair the pipe. He (Brennin/?) was able to isolate the source of the leak and make the repair expeditiously. We are pleased with the outcome as it was believed that this leak was probably occurring since the home was built in 2000...

I posted on Yelp for someone to replace my hot water heater. Within I am guessing about 2 minutes Blue Frog (Tom-Owner and Jerome) responded. They gave me an estimated price which was a normal amount and turned out to be lower in the end than it was supposed to be. Set up an appointment for the next day at the time I preferred. The office (Amanda) also reached out to me to acknowledge the brand of water heater I preferred first thing the next morning. Zach showed up at the exact time I was scheduled for and man was he nice. Respectful of our home, answered every question we had, replaced many parts with copper, used a metal not plastic pan underneath, added an expansion tank on top that the last plumber should have done and didn't, was done with everything in 2 hours, also told us to have the anode rod (sp) replaced every 2 years (we had never been told that before), make sure we flush the sediment out once a year and even gave us a senior discount. I have never been this happy with a company before and I am 70 years old! If I EVER need a plumber and want not only great work, good prices and great people and most of all that I trust I will call Blue Frog.

Bluefrog did a good job, they completed a hard job of cutting through a led drain pipe along with a giant cast iron pipe as well. Replaced with ABS plastic. No leaks! Definitely would suggest.

Ryan and Matthew came out to move some drains and upgrade some of my existing plumbing. Both were efficient while still making sure everything was done properly. I'm Very happy with their work and will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs!

Amanda who answered was extremely nice, but this is a high end company. If you can afford it, go for it, but for someone on soc sec, they were the highest price estimate I got. Very professional, I'm sure.

I have some mixed feelings about my experience just yesterday with Blue Frog. I would give five stars based on my initial contact where Amanda went above and beyond to get someone out to the townhome we had just purchased. We had a bit of an emergency on our hands in that a flooring installer did not correctly install the new shut off valve nor the wax toilet ring and it resulted in a water leak from the upstairs bathroom to the down stairs bath. Unroot, fortunately work was being done at the townhome and we could not afford to have the main water line shut off all day long.

Based on yelp reviews I called Amanda who could not have been more helpful, concerned and pleasant. She arranged to shift some things around and had a plumber at the property early that same morning. Brennan the Plumber, arrived promptly, seemed diligent enough and ultimately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Unfortunately, he had to cut through the drywall to diagnose the problem which was about $180 and we still have a hole to repair after. Nobody's fault but it contributed to the total cost of the repair adding up very quickly to over $600. I didn't complain, I was just grateful for the prompt assistance and to have it done.

Being that the Plumber was already there, I asked for an estimate on three other items. I thought it would be a good use of his time and mine and I really wanted to show my gratitude and give them more business. These were small items; Replacing a cartridge in the tub handle, replacing a worn kitchen faucet with the exact same faucet, and fixing a small leak under the bathroom sink that ended up being nothing more than replacing a rubber seal.
EACH estimate he provided to me was $350 . $350, $350 , $35O. I laughed, and commented I don't understand. Is it $350 day? I knew from experience that these were all simple repairs and parts were minimal. I told him I would love to give them the business while he was there, but there was no way I could justify paying that much. The plumber explained that the prices were set by the office and were based on their hourly rate. I could have fallen over when I learned their hourly rate was $323.

I of course declined the additional repairs, thanked him very much for his help and sent him on his way.

All this aside, I am not a business owner nor a plumber. I am just a careful consumer and homeowner who would have loved to felt like this experience left me having found my plumbing company for ALL of my Plumbing needs big small and in between.

Amanda and Tom who I dealt with over the phone are certainly wonderful, respectful and professional individuals. I would love to do business with people like that all the time, but unfortunately, this business model is a little too inflexible for my more frequent homeowner plumbing needs.
