In 2001, I took my first steps in the plumbing industry as a Plumbing Helper. I was employed by a small firm in Cambridge, MD. I acquired practical skills from some truly knowledgeable plumbers. Before long, I was leading my own crew and handling jobs independently within that company. Since this company focused mainly on residential service, I sought to expand my knowledge of the trade. I decided to move on to a larger company that specialized in new construction. I continued my journey with that contractor for several more years. However, I still felt unfulfilled with what I had learned. I discovered a position with a major contractor based in Wilmington, DE, that offered everything the trade had to provide. I believed this was the right move for my career. I started in their Commercial Division as a plumber, and within a year, I advanced to Foreman, running large commercial job sites. After more than 15 years in the industry, I decided to launch my own company in 2016.
