In 2001, I took my first steps in the plumbing industry as a Plumbing Helper. My first job was with a local company in Cambridge, MD. I gained hands-on experience from seasoned plumbers. Soon, I was managing my own team and performing tasks solo at that company. Since this company focused mainly on residential service, I sought to expand my knowledge of the trade. I decided to move on to a larger company that specialized in new construction. I continued my journey with that contractor for several more years. Despite my experience, I felt there was much more to learn. I discovered a position with a major contractor based in Wilmington, DE, that offered everything the trade had to provide. I felt this was the best decision for my professional growth. I joined their Commercial Division as a plumber, and within a year, I was promoted to Foreman, managing large-scale commercial job sites. With 15+ years in the field, I made the decision to open my own company in 2016.
