Had a bad experience recently. Miguel addressed the complaint, he stood by his promise to replace, at no charge, the new toilet they had just installed because it kept clogging. Thank you Miguel. You are an honest businessman. I'm even more impressed with Yukio. He did his job efficiently and with a smile. He is an asset to his company.

Called Blue Planet to install a new pilot light assembly on our 50-gallon water heater that had a dysfunctional thermopile. Our pilot light was erratic and would shut down at night, so we had cold water in the morning. It was only 2 yrs old with a 6 yr warranty. Called the mfgr, Rheem, and they sent us a warranty assembly for free. Parts and shipping are covered by the warranty but not labor. The original installer wanted $350 to install a simple pilot light assembly. And $200 more to order parts! Another company wanted $279 just to install. Blue Planet sent Yukio here, who arrived in 40 minutes. His quote to just install was far better with a 90-day warranty. And he was already here! Took him a little over an hour to install, and it's now working fine. We saved up to $350 by ordering ourselves and doing it this way! Yukio was very pleasant and respectful. If you have water, sewer, or drain issues, they're certainly worth getting a quote!

I needed someone to come out and clear a sink drain. I called and was immediately scheduled the next day. Technician named Moy came out on time and immediately got to work. He kept me in the loop and asked pertinent questions in order to be successful. Moy was confident and completely cleared the drain. Thank you!

The job he did, you can tell he spent time to do everything very carefully. I wasn't able to be there so he sent me photos of how the job was and the final work. If you want a knowledgeable, reliable, timely and friendly plumbing company then Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing is for you. This is the second time I've used them and been completely satisfied. First time I had Moy who quickly found the problem was the toilet. He got a new toilet and installed it in no time. Today I had Yukio and he obtained and installed a water pressure valve very quickly. Best part is they explain everything to you, they are friendly and do it with a smile. They know what good customer service is. I've had several plumbers this year and spent a lot of money and still had issues. This is the company I will continue to use in the future.

Today I had clogged pipe in the main line. Once again Yukio came to the rescue. It was not an easy fix as this is an original cast iron pipe from 1959. Yukio has the knowledge and experience fix this. As always Yukio. Yukio is friendly and does his job with a smile and gets the job done going over everything with you as to the problem and the options to fix it. he is very hard working and dedicated. This is the 3rd time I have used Blue Planet and will continue to use them. They always give me an estimate that is reasonable.

I received three estimates . Except for Blue Planet's estimate, the others were sky high to have one toilet and a kitchen sink installed. The estimates were well over $1000, and the plumbers all had attitudes as if they were doing me a favor. When Yukio came to provide my estimate he was matter of fact and extremely polite and professional. His estimate was hundreds lower. I am very glad that I selected Blue Planet and will be using them again. Yukio did an amazing job. He ran into some road blocks but stayed late to finish the job and stuck to the estimate. I would recommend Yukio whole heartedly for any plumbing needs.

We had water dripping in my garage and there's a condo unit above my garage, i had 3 Plumbers in a matter of 3 days to detect the leak, it turns out, none were able to find it, and i dont have my unit's Blueprints, I did some research Sunday afternoon and called Blue Planet on Monday morning, they sent me a ""Miracle worker"" Mr. Yukio in less than 1 hour! he showed up on my door smiling and prepared to face unknown situation, and didn't know what was ahead of him. the problem, took a little while to diagnose as it's a multi-unit and my neighbor had to also get his unit inspected, all the plumbers who came here said it was a pretty challenging job, but Yukio troubleshooted and persevered, it looks like he found the main source, we're hiring him to fix it, he is knowlegeable, honest, optimistic and quick-thinking, I'd like to keep this company to take care of my Plumbing needs for the future, thanks so much Yukio you made our day better, Happy Halloween!

Called Blue Planet Drains and Plumbing Inc for a clogged drain and water leaks in the kitchen and bathroom drains. Yukio Tamaura came out and assessed problems, gave me an estimate with an Angi discount, obtained parts and repaired the clog and leaks. The work was done the same day. The area under both sinks was left clean and all parts and trash was removed by him. I am happy with the repair and would use this company and this service technician again.
