Blue Planet is an outstanding vendor with whom I have had the pleasure of working with many times because of their exceptional work ethics.
Last Thursday and today, I had the pleasure of working with Yokio Tamaura and he was exceptional going above and beyond what you would normally expect now a days in my line of work. He delivered what he had promised and so much more. We need more hard working people like him around, making my job a lot easier and much more pleasant. Kudos to you Yukio for your high standards. You went above and beyond locking me in as a solid customer.

Im so glad my bf called Blue Planet for my plumbing issue that we could not figure what was going on Thank you for sending Abraham Horta ...he got the camera hooked it up and we could see what was going on WOW he knew exactly what he was doing , very respectful and professional as well We needed our sewer lateral power jetted it had not been done and let me tell you that was a process but Abraham was in control everything was back in business wish I had called Blue Planet two weeks ago 5 Stars for this company but 6 Stars for Abraham he did a awesome job Thank you again

I used them couple of days ago for slab detection. The slab detection device is old and inaccurate. The technician was talking a lot forcing us to use a restoration company ""he knows? very well"". The customer service were very disrespectful when we called to complain about the service.
Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Call another company.
I regret that I used them but... lesson learned.

Mike was extremely helpful. Not only did he unclog my toilet easily, but he was able to offer help to maintain my plumbing. He was very nice and easy to talk with. In addition, the charge for the work was reasonable. I highly recommend Blue Planet for your plumbing needs.

I called Blue Planet with a clogged drain. Yukio Tamara arrived promptly at 8:00 Am and delt with the issue,he did however think that the problem might not be as simple as just cleaning. He made a suggestion and an estimate. In a few days the drain started to slowed down again. I decided to call and move forward with a second visit that would clean the trap. Yukio return and when the trap was opened there was a mass o roots. The roots where removed put everything back in place and left the bathroom near and clean and he was a pleasure to have in my home.

The lower shower extension dial was stuck, resulting in no hot water in our shower. Mike came out on Tuesday & assessed that problem. The dial, which had been there for several years, was not working. He showed me the inner part: Cylinder? He told me he had to order the part, and would return the next day to install it. He did. The result was a dial that moved smoothly, providing the hot shower water we needed!
Next, the tankless water heater needed a yearly flushing. That took an hour.
Finally, my bathroom sink had a broken pop up plug. I was putting the plug in and prying it loose for every use. The new one: Push it down, it stays down. Push it again, it opens and drains. Problem solved.
Mike solved three problems for us today, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, 2023.
