Blue planet helped me out with a sink installation and the service was top notch.

I've noticed that when I've had plumbing issues in San Diego, it's difficult to get companies to answer the phone, let alone come give a quote. Blue Planet was immediately responsive, and sent one of their best, Abraham, out to my home first thing the next morning.

Abraham was very friendly and respectful of our desire to be masked in the home, and he helped us with a sink installation that, let's just say was best left to the professionals!

Overall I was satisfied with how everything went, and I will reach out to Blue Planet in the future for my plumbing needs. The reason I gave 4 stars is that I think we were quoted a higher price than the work merited. Long story short, initially it appeared that it would require 2 to people to get the job done. The second person that showed up was a trainee and mostly observed Abraham.

That being said, another reason I'm going to stick with Blue Planet is that when I noticed a minor aesthetic issue with the sink, I called the same night of the install to ask for help. Abraham came back first thing in the morning to make it right, no extra charge. I really appreciated that, and, I think it's indicative of the quality of work that Blue Planet does.

If I could give minus stars I would. I called them for a plumbing emergency. They fixed the emergency with my wife home, then quoted us $1250 for something else which may be cause of issue. We turmed it down. Got a quote somewhere else for the exact same work for $325. Stay away from these people that take advantage of women.

Our storm drains were clogged to the point where I thought the only way to fix them would be with a Jack hammer, destroying our deck together to them. We tried a regular plumbing company (Anderson) and they used a snake with no results. They said the roots were so bad that the drain was useless.

2 years later I called Blue Planet and they sent Abraham. He was polite and knowledgeable and he had the drains cleared within an hour. It was amazing. The hydro jet took care of it. No Jack hammering, no damage. It was a complete success.

I highly recommend Blue Planet and Abraham.

I was so impressed with this company! I was having issues with the water pressure at my house. They were able to send out a service tech the same day! The service tech Mike was very friendly and knowledgably. He clearly explained the problem, the work needed to fix it, and the cost. He was able to restore the water pressure in the entire house better than it has ever been since I've been living here. I would definitely use their services in the future, should I have other plumbing issues. Thank you Blue Planet!

Absolutely fantastic company when it comes to workmanship and customer service! We recently bought a house and found out our sewer drains were in much worse condition that we thought and all needed to be replaced. It was a big project and sounded like a headache as new homeowners but we are so glad that we went with Blue Planet.

Mike and his coworker Ricardo (?) were great the entire time. They showed up early each day, worked hard, made sure we had water connected by the end of each day, and always cleaned up before they left. They always gave us updates about what was happening and what they finished each day. One of the reasons we opted to use this company was because of the trenchless repair, which they did really well (and hauled away the extra dirt at the end too!). We had other work being done on the house at the same time which they were able to work their schedule around, which we appreciated so much. They were also very mindful and worked really well around our dogs, which was awesome!

All in all, both my husband and I highly recommend this company and wish we could give them more than 5 stars! They made a problem that felt like it was going to be awful dealing with pretty painless in the end!

Blue Planet Drain & Plumbing is a good choice for your water heater installation. Abraham arrived promptly to give me a quote . He looked and acted very professional, dressed in a sharp uniform, looking clean cut, respectable, and observing COVID protocols. Estimate was reasonable. Abraham was knowledgeable and importantly he did the work too, along with his very technically competent and smart associate Moses. They tackled the project same day and it was done on time, professionally, competently, with no delays and no hassles .
Unit works and runs great. They removed old unit and debris they created. They also check outside water pressure to ensure it was compliant with new water heater. Gave tips on operation of new unit too. Total install cost was about $2500 for a 50 g Bradly White ultra low NOx tank. I am pleased with these two guys and how professional they took care of this install. I give them to 2 thumbs up and 5 stars ! Very reliable and trust worthy team.

Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing did a great job for us! We needed work done on our shower/tub, and we needed it in a hurry. We were closing on a refi and needed to complete our bathtub/shower in order to finalize. Because of the timing with other contractors, Abraham (who did the work) had to comeback a few days later to attach the fixtures once the tub surround was installed. Awesome! Abraham was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He also arrived with the proper PPE (mask, etc) and was respectful with our house and, therefore, us. I highly recommend Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing-and if you get Abraham-BONUS!

Abraham visited our home to fix a blocked underground drain pipe . He was very friendly and communicative. He fixed the problem very quickly and kept me informed of the process along the way. He seemed to care about his work and cleaned up the area when he was done. The price also seemed fair. I would definitely recommend Blue Planet and Abraham in particular!

I highly highly highly recommend you use Blue Planet next time you need a plumber. As a business owner, the last thing I need is a plumbing emergency, but Blue Planet came through for me. They showed up promptly and took care of everything I needed. They even took the time to help with some unrelated plumbing issues I was dealing with. Not only was it cheaper than other companies, but the quality of the work was next level.
