Tony from Blue Drop Plumbing is the best! He's super smart, profession, and very skilled in tackling plumbing problems. I had to call on the Sunday, of Memorial Day weekend! I am small business owner in the restaurant industry. Needless to say, affordability and timeliness is crucial when working with my vendors. I came across Blue Drop and Tony after disappointing experiences with other plumbing company. Unlike other companies, Tony is the consistent technician that comes out and actually remembers his customers. Other plumbing companies have a call service and source out the job. Regardless of the work these ""other"" plumbing companies will try to charge you a minimum because these plumbers have to share their revenue with the call center. Since Tony doesn't do that, he is very fair with his pricing and does give credit/discounts to returning clients. Unlike other companies I never know whose coming to service my establishment, with Tony's Blue Drop he is aware of the history of the service and stands by his work. I strongly recommend trying Blue Drop out. Feel free to reference Scott from Koreatown. In addition, he works around the clock and doesn't try to justify and charge an exorbitant fee because he knows problems arise at all hours of the day.

Blue Drop Plumbing turned out to be the right people to call. Tony the business owner arrived quickly and responsively. My wife and I had a clog in our main line, which began to back up sludge into our shower. After trying snaking out the tub drain 3 times; Tony quickly diagnosed us and told us to wait until morning where he could come first thing to fix us up. Before he left he vacuumed out our shower, and headed out. The next day Tony arrived only 15 minutes late, no big deal. He let us know he was sorry for not arriving on time.

To sum it up, Tony and Blue Drop is a solid choice for all of our plumbing needs. He answered all of our questions, and was very up front about what needed to be done. If you are looking for an honest, hard-working guy with the energy of a freight train look no further! blue-drop is the team for the job!!

We had a late night emergency toilet clog and Tony the owner came over personally and fixed the problem. In an industry where you don't find too many honest companies, We found him to be super trustworthy and he didn't try to Upsell us when we told him about our sewer line problem.. a problem another company quoted us $12,000!!
I also called him when a tenant property needed new toilet and repairs.. his office called the tenant, scheduled an appointment, and they called me regarding every issue to approve the repair.

On time, trustworthy and excellent service! Wouldn't use anyone else.

I have had two plumbing emergencies in the past few months. One on Thanksgiving Day and the other last weekend.

In both cases, Tony, the owner, responded immediately and set up time to come over ASAP despite it being a holiday in one case and a weekend in the other.

Tony is a methodical, professional plumber who takes his time to properly diagnose an issue and then finds the best, most economical solution. He is considerate, leaves absolutely no mess and is accommodating beyond expectation. And even when he has fixed the problem, he stays a bit longer in order to recheck his work. He takes great pride in his service and knowledge and it is well-earned.

If he does not answer the call himself, his receptionist / office manager, Cindy, is just the best...sensitive, effective, professional.

I cannot imagine using any other company for plumbing issues.
