Incredibly rude customer service. Plumber told me he was going to show up and then the next day he didn't. When I called their office they told me they'd call right back, then they didn't call back , so I had to call a third time and they told me it was my fault for assuming that they would come. Horrible.

Tony has never failed at fixing any plumbing related issues we have had. Working with him for two months now, I see why they are the only plumbing company on our vendor list. Top tier service, with a breakdown explanation of all issues and different options to relive the issues. No better plumber servicing the LA area. If that's not enough, he has Cindy as his right hand, taking care of the scheduling of emergencies, work, bidding, this amazing duo makes me look forward to any call I make for our many properties.

I don't often write Yelp reviews, but after three excellent experiences with Tony and Blue Drop plumbing I have to make sure to give credit where credit is due! Tony is a true professional who makes sure to do an excellent job. He shows up on time and offers fair prics relative to comp pricing I have seen. Good communication too: Cindy managed to schedule us for a last second water heater installation that really helped us out in a pinch! Whenever I have a plumbing need in my condo (including for our entire HOA) we call Blue Drop. Highly, highly recommend.

Tony was great in helping my daughter out with two trips late at night. She had no functioning bathrooms and had four little girls to get ready for school the next day. I've dealt with plumbers where they want to more than necessary for the biggest financial hit. Tony wasn't like that.

I came home after dinner and found that my kitchen sink was almost completely filled with water. I made a distress call to Blue Drop Plumbing at 10:30 pm and Tony got to my condo in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, snaked the main line and saved the day. I was given the estimate at the very beginning and then Tony got right to work. I was impressed with the expertise and diligence he displayed with this job. He also made recommendations for the homeowner's association to maintain our main line pipes and keep sinks from backing up in the future.

Great Service!
The drain in one of my units was overflowing at 11:30pm tonight. I found Blue Drop Plumbing online and called them. Tony answered the phone and was there in 30 minutes. Gave me an estimated price upfront. Snaked the main drain and found the clog. Finished quickly. Gave me instructions on how to avoid this in the future. Excellent communications. Glad I found them!

I have dealt with many plumbers throughout owning several houses over many years, but Tony is the first one who I feel that I can trust to give me the kind of professional service that I need. While installing a sub-meter at my current residence, we noticed a sound in the laundry room pipes. After crawling underneath the house, he found the leak and repaired it, but also discovered a gas leak. After getting a third party to inspect the house for other gas leaks (at Tony's recommendation) we realized we needed extensive repair to our gas lines. Rather than try to up-sell us, Tony helped us find a company that was able to handle large jobs such as ours at a better price and with a more honest approach than any of the other companies that I interviewed. While I can understand some customers' irritation with getting ahold of him (he is usually in high demand), I have found that when he gets on the job, he sticks with it until it is resolved. My wife and I will not hesitate to use him again for my home and my rental houses.

As far as I'm concerned, there is only one plumbing company in town. Blue Drop is the best. They get the job done at a fair price, with no fuss and great expertise. Tony is the equivalent of a surgeon in his field and a star personality. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for someone to tell you all of the obstacles involved in your repair, inflate the number of times he has supposedly gone to the warehouse to get supplies, and, when you question how a job is to be done get that good old fashioned ""I have tons of experience and know-how"" as your answer, then get put on hold for 10 minutes, to take another call, by all means give these guys a call...Or you can call a company that solves problems.

I had the best experience I've had with a plumbing service. I own a carwash. The city of Santa Monica and my sewer line backed up on a Sunday which is the busiest day for me. I called Blue Drop Plumbing
And Anthony responded to my emergency call within a minute, and he showed up 30 min later.
He couldn't fix the problem with the tool he had, so he went back and brought a hydro jet to open the line. He was patient and diligent and after couple of hours he was able to completely fix the issue.
He is the guy I'll be calling if I have a plumbing problem anytime.
