I had the best experience I've had with a plumbing service. I own a carwash. The city of Santa Monica and my sewer line backed up on a Sunday which is the busiest day for me. I called Blue Drop Plumbing
And Anthony responded to my emergency call within a minute, and he showed up 30 min later.
He couldn't fix the problem with the tool he had, so he went back and brought a hydro jet to open the line. He was patient and diligent and after couple of hours he was able to completely fix the issue.
He is the guy I'll be calling if I have a plumbing problem anytime.

Outstanding service. The guy came out on Superbowl Sunday, when nobody else was even open. Modern equipment found the leak deep in concrete and the work was fast and kept to estimate. I am small business owner in the restaurant industry. Needless to say, affordability and timeliness is crucial when working with my vendors. I came across Blue Drop and Tony after disappointing experiences with other plumbing company. Unlike other companies, Tony is the consistent technician that comes out and actually remembers his customers. Other plumbing companies have a call service and source out the job. Regardless of the work these ""other"" plumbing companies will try to charge you a minimum because these plumbers have to share their revenue with the call center. Since Tony doesn't do that, he is very fair with his pricing and does give credit/discounts to returning clients. Unlike other companies I never know whose coming to service my establishment, with Tony's Blue Drop he is aware of the history of the service and stands by his work. I strongly recommend trying Blue Drop out. Feel free to reference Scott from Koreatown. In addition, he works around the clock and doesn't try to justify and charge an exorbitant fee because he knows problems arise at all hours of the day.
