I just wanted to give a shout out to this company for their amazing customer service. I called on MLK day and they were unable to help. They were already booked for the next week - 2 weeks. However, they recommended another plumber in my area and gave me his number. I was able to get my problem fixed that day by an amazing plumber all thanks to the recommendation that Blue Dragon gave me.

Gilbert is as good as it gets for a plumber. He takes his work very seriously and does the job right. He goes out of his way to get you the best price too. We have been working with him since 2014. He has installed 2 water heaters- the second one he had to make slight modifications with the new regulations on water heaters (no prob). We had a gas leak scare last week - he came and made the repair the same day (on the weekend)!! and didn't mention cost. We highly recommend Blue Dragon- he will do it right and treat you like family.

If you want quality, competitive prices, and fast, friendly service you want to hire Blue Dragon. I needed 2 toilets serviced. New tank bolts and a new 1/4 turn cutoff valve on one. A new flange and flange bolts on the other. Requesting bids via Yelp rocks. Gilbert responded quickly and his pricing was fair and his billing and scheduling process was up front, clear, and easy to grasp. True to his word he called in advance of showing up and he showed up on time. He did all that work in an hour. It would have taken me all day. He had all his parts, tools, and stuff needed to avoid making a mess all with him. He moved through each job so fast i actually missed his putting in the new valve and I was standing right there to watch and learn and lend a hand if needed. He's a plumbing ninja. Thumbs up for his killer truck. Spotless, well organized and well stocked. None of the bogus I don't have that basic, common part in my dirt wagon truck that looks like a family of possums live in and set a bomb off inside it and now I need to drive to the plumbing supply and I'll be back in an hour BS I had with Johnny Rooter's so called plumber the last time I hired a plumber. Enough with me bad mouthing what I mistakenly thought was the competition. Gilbert J and Blue Dragon live up to the reviews and exceeded expectations. Oh and thanks for the solid recommendation to try the Puerto Rican chicken fricassee at Chago's on N Lamar. It was great.

Had a leaking drain valve on a water heater that dripped every 3 - 5 seconds. In the process of explaining my issue to several plumbers, over the phone, most said its either a replacement of the heater or replace the valve which may or may not work. Most wanted a trip charge ($$$) to come out and look at it plus parts etc.

Gilbert gave me a call back and over the phone said your best option is to just put a hose bib cap on it-- $2.40 my issues was fixed over the phone. He was very informative and honest! I will be sure to use his services in the future due to this experience.

I had a major water leak at my house, and for the life of me could NOT figure out where in the world this leak was coming from. I had used three previous plumbing companies to try and find it, with no luck. Then Gilbert came along and it was a beautiful thing to see. He came to the house, on a mission to knock out the problem. He had to dig in the ground to find the water line and it was a very difficult job that took a lot of work. Finally, Gilbert found it, he explained that the pipe work originally done by the people who built the home had been done incorrect. Gilbert installed a swing joint and patched it right up.

What is awesome about Gilbert is that he is just wonderful guy, he takes the time to not only do the job correctly, he takes time out of his busy day to explain what he is doing. I'm the kind of person, I like to learn about what is happening (in case it happens again,) so that I can speak the language and be able to communicate. After spending a considerable amount of time trying to find the right plumber, I was referred to Gilbert. I am so grateful that I was. He is one of those rare folks you meet who you not enjoy having help you with your plumbing problems, but you just enjoy their company because they're such good people. Gilbert is that and more! He's a family man, he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and funny as hell. He also gave me a GREAT quote on a job to replace my water heater. I will be using Gilbert from now on, I suggest you do the same. All I can say is, Blue Dragon Plumbing is one of the best investments I have ever made. Gilbert rocks!

I have been in touch with Gil at Blue Dragon a few times in the past couple of years for some plumbing issues. Previously, he has been booked and referred me to plumbers who have got the jobs done, but I recently got to work with Gil and learn why he has the reviews and ratings he does. He is one of the best. I had an issue with my disposal following disposing of a homemade mac'n'cheese rejected by toddlers. Thought I needed a whole new disposal. Gil was available, quickly came by and fixed the issue, and educated me on the easy fix that I was unaware of. Wouldn't take a trip fee. Just volunteered his knowledge and expertise, solved my issue, and left. He is a man of integrity and I am grateful for his expertise and passion for his work. ABSOLUTELY USE HIM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Just another review to confirm that Gilbert is a person that knows what he is doing and can be relied on. I had him over yesterday to replace a toilet that I had discussed with him by phone. He picked up the toilet that I had paid for and came prepared to replace it. However, upon removing the existing toilet he told me that it did not need to be replaced. Then he pulled out one of the biggest roots that I have ever seen from the drain pipe. He said that previous plumbers should have found it but he was very familar with that problem because of his experience. He replaced the existing toilet with a new wax ring and it seems to be working fine. Highly recommend him as a very knowledgeable and reasonable person.

Fantastic service from the initial contact to completion of job! When I initially contacted him he was booked.. of course.. but he referred me to another quality plumber. Soon after he contacted me and said a spot opened up! Gilbert called before to let me know he was on the way and while on site he worked quickly and efficiently and answered any and all questions. Great guy all the way around. Definitely would recommended him to anyone in need of a master plumber.
