I don't tend to go out of my way to write a review but I felt like I needed to because Andrew did a great job with the repairs to our faucets and shower head. Not only did he fix 3 faucets and 1 shower head under an hour... he helped repair the cover to our tankless water heater that wasn't covering properly that I did not mention before. When it became time to pay Andrew tacked on 10% off because he said the repairs were easy... I didn't think so but then again I am only good at replacing light bulbs.

We had some work in the bathroom and kitchen and Gilbert was quick and efficient and his pricing was similar to what you expect from a local Master Plumber. The thing that impressed me most was he made a mistake and cracked the sink and he told us about it, there was no argument and he simply offered to pay to have it replaced. Often times the best way to tell you're dealing with a professional is how they handle their mistakes. Hassle free!!!!

A second 5-star experience with Gilbert. I had a water heater break and leak at one of my rental properties and was quoted $1800 by a local "all-in-one" company that could do emergency repairs. I remembered about Blue Dragon and so I gave him a call - it turned out he had some availability. He quoted me ~$1200, which was way better than $1800, but the kicker was that the final total was $700. He's an awesome, honest, and I would hire him again in a heart-beat.

The house we bought had low water pressure in both showers, and the kitchen sink sprayer was not working. We reached out to Gilbert and he was lightning fast in responding and scheduling a time to come by to take a look. He's got a great sense of humor, friendly and gave practical advice on how to tackle the low water pressure. He also made a suggestion for us to get an S-shaped shower arm when he noticed how long the current shower head position was. He was very fair with his fees and efficient in fixing our issues with the water pressure and kitchen faucet. We've definitely found our regular plumber for any future plumbing issues.

These guys are the real deal.... I picked them due to the overwhelming number of reviews and it was a great decision. Gilbert was fantastic to work with and set up our appointment very easily. Andrew came out and is a very knowledgable plumber that's been in the business since he was 5 years old, when he learned the trade from his dad. Reasonable pricing, honest work ethic and showed up exactly when they said they would. I've already referred them other business before they even did the work because I was impressed with the communication and follow up from the initial call. That about says it all.... Hope I don't need them soon, but they will be my first call when I do!!

I called another plumber to come out and take a look. It just required some tightening. Luckily he didn't charge me.

This whole situation could have been avoided if Gilbert wasn't so defensive and rude. For the record, he did not offer to send anyone out. Me: it wasn't leaking before
Gilbert: We didn't do any work inside the walls. I'm not going to honor that.
Me: So I should take my business elsewhere?
Gilbert: Yes

Update: At no time did he offer to send anyone out let alone show up himself. It makes no sense for me to refuse that offer. I did hang up in frustration due to his rudeness.
