This is a long overdue thank you for awesome work. Jonathan replaced our kitchen faucet and did great plumbing last year. He helped again with the laundry's sink and faucet today. And it is during his vacation! I contacted Jonathan without hesitation when we needed to fix our toilet and garbage disposal. Friendly, professional, and thorough. Jon helped to replace my old water heater with a tankless system. He made sure that tankless was the right choice for me and went over all of the pros and cons. The install went smoothly, and he was quite flexible for scheduling and was very reasonably priced. He even followed-up to make sure that not only that the new unit was working, but also that everything else was up and running after the water and gas was turned back on. Highly recommended, and I will definitely contact him for any future plumbing help.

Fantastic Service. We had a faulty water heater. Blue Dot came out and checked it out. Age and problems indicated a replacement. It was all done within three days. Saved us MUCH worry. John was great, called him out to replace a screaming valve in our shower, he came out promptly and did the repair. The valve seemed to be defective and he came back out promptly and replaced it at no charge. Then I asked him to adjust the main water pipe for some irrigation work, again, he came out and did the work quickly and was very reasonable and very responsive when I had a question. In Calaveras county where getting somebody to actually call you back or actually do any work without having to chase them around John is a fabulous anomaly.

Within hours he was underneath my house surveying my old water heater. Within minutes he came up with a solution and good estimate. Within days he came back, prepped the location and installed an 80-gallon electric water heater within 4 hours. He also fixed my water pressure which has been HUGE! Blue Dot guarantees its work for 1 year. Blue Dot takes all forms of payments including Apple Pay, Venmo and Checks. Excellent service and very professional! Highly recommend if you have a plumbing service issue.
