Ben's workmanship is excellent! I hired Ben to reset all of the footings on my home, in addition to, replacing all of the posts and braces, to include formwork with concrete below grade. My home is situated on a slight slope and this was a fairly big project, but Ben completed it on time and his work is outstanding! He even added an additional footing with post and braces to make my home even more secure, and did not charge for it. Ben's pricing is also super reasonable. He is very easy to work with, trustworthy, and he more than met my expectations on this project. This is the second home repair job that Ben did for me and I will definitely call him for all of my future home repairs or remodelling projects.

BLS carpentry helped me install a broken hallow wood interior bedroom door in my apartment complex and what a wonderful experience it was. The gentlemen was very friendly and told me everything he needed and the price range about that it would be about. He did not cause any issues and told me honestly everything that was wrong with the door and any adjustments he would have to make if necessary. This is the kind of service i enjoy getting and not being surprised! He was very helpful and I had found him searching for the best carpenters on the island. Would recommend to everyone!!!!

I called all handymen here on this side of the island early this morning to have someone fix my garage wall that I reversed into, and no one answered or called back, only Ben replied and came to my residence quick and gave an extremely affordable price. I called to ask if he could come and take a look at my door and he was asking me questions about it like I was a handyman and as if I would know how to answer them. Then I asked if he could take a look at it as it would be better if he can see how to fix it and he said he charges to come to waipio??? doesn't he service Ewa beach and the surrounding area? isn't waipio the next exit?? I just didn't feel like he wanted to help or took the time...maybe he's so busy with his 5 stars and all but I wouldn't hire him if he can't even get here without charging.

I recently had Ben do a bunch of much needed repairs and upgrades to my home, including installing barn doors on a couple of doorways, new vinyl plank flooring in both of my bathrooms, and some electrical work that was long overdue. Ben is very exacting and precise in his work, and the pride he takes in what he does is evident. You can trust him to get the job you need done right, with honesty and a fair price. He showed up on time and worked hard through the heat of the day nonstop. I wish I had found him sooner!

What a gem of a find on Yelp! I was in need of a handyman for several repairs to my home. I emailed two but one was not taking new appointments till January. Ben from BLS Carpentry & Handyman Services contacted me by email right away and scheduled the estimate. After quoting me an estimate, he went in search of the materials he needed and called me back later that day to say that he had found the siding for my carport wall and could come the next day (Saturday) to do the job. He and another guy worked on the three repairs and I was so excited with their workmanship! The pictures show before and after. Ben and his partner were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. Ben was also very courteous and contacted me when he was going to be a little late to the estimate appointment when his earlier project took additional time; and when he was at the hardware store picking up the supplies. I also need to give a shout out to Robert Baay Painting Services who did the painting after the repairs were done. I will definitely call Ben again for future work on my house!
