We've been using BMP for about a year now for both our primary and rental house. They have helped us with numerous plumbing related items from clogged sinks, fixing our smart toilet, installing new sinks, and installing a whole house filtration system. They are reliable, get the job done correctly, and always very professional. We trust them with all of our plumbing needs.

I can't say enough good things about Solomon Nwosu. I called 5 plumbers and Black MTN was the only one to respond! Yes, it's a Sunday, my kitchen sinks we're backed up and flooding over into my cupboards and across my wood floors. I bailed water out over and over and it just kept coming back up. Solomon knew exactly what to do and took care of it, explaining everything to me. If you have an emergency need for a plumber like I did today, I highly recommend this company.

Called to have a broken top mount sink replaced. I provided the same sink. Just remove the fixtures and drain plug. Cut the grout, remove the sink. clean up the edge. Drop in new sink and put pack the fixtures. Re-grout.

Seems simple 1 maybe 2 hour job. One new pop up plug would be needed.

They came in an told me $750.

We had a leak inside our garage wall that was causing our stucco to get wet and turn green. The tech that came cut 3 openings in our drywall and still could not find the source of our leak. He even called his dad, the owner, for guidance. I was disappointed he made us pay for him cutting holes and not finding the source of the problem. If he could not properly diagnose the problem, maybe his dad should have come to determine the cause. I've left a message regarding this issue, and they did not return my call. We thought this was a reputable company, but maybe I was wrong.

Preface - I have not paid for any services from Black Mountain Plumbing - this only relates to my experience in trying to get a quote.

I was looking for a quote for a main line sewer replacement. Like others whose houses were built in the 60's we have a cast iron sewer line than is reaching the end of its usable life. I have 4 other vendors coming out to take a look - all to bid on the job. Only Black Mountain Plumbing said that coming for an estimate was billable work at $230 per hour. This fee, they said could be applied to the work if we chose them as a vendor.

They were cordial and friendly but happy to pass on the potential work. I was happy to pass on paying a vendor who charges service fees to create a quote for a multi-thousand dollar job.

Biggest ripoff company I have every Dealt with, We had our upstairs bathroom toilet and bathtub back up, so they came out and said they needed to pull the toilet to snake the drain, we ok them to fix it, they charged $450 to do this, well not even 5 days later and it's plugged up gain, this time they want to charge us again to clean the same pipe, but this time they wanted to charge us $550 to pull the same toilet and do the same thing again, I told them they have to be kidding me, they told me that their is no warranty on brain cleaning, ever other Plummer I call couldn't believe they wanted to charge us again to do the same thing again 5 days later, I will never us this company again would not recommend anybody using them ever, please pass it on to everyone, this kind of business should not be in business
