We had leak in the Kitchen sink and called BM Plumbing as we have used them multiple times. The schedule was easy and efficient. The problem was the plumber they sent us. He was Daniel. A very unprofessional and rude service man. He didn't want to answer any of our clarifying questions on the issue and seemed to take offense on the questions we asked. We mentioned to him that the finish on one of the replacement parts did not match what we had on the rest of the sink. He brazenly said it matches and that's all he had.
The work was done ok. But he way Daniel talked was not welcoming. I wouldn't want him in our house again. To BM Plumbing, please teach your technicians basic etiquette on how to talk with customers.

I highly recommend Black Mountain Plumbing! I could not be happier with their customer service and professionalism. They are extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They are always able to diagnose the problem and determine how to fix it. You can't go wrong with Black Mountain plumbing!

I had a clogged drain in one of the bathrooms on my ground floor condo. I actually called a different plumbing company initially, but was referred to Black Mountain Plumbing for this particular job. Very glad to have been given the referral, as I was impressed from start to finish with Black Mountain. Called Tuesday afternoon around 3, and the scheduler set me up with a 8-12 timeslot for the following morning. Received an electronic confirmation of the appointment via text and email. Very smooth process.

The technician (Dylan) called me the following morning and gave me a 15 minute ""heads up"" to arrival. Dylan was punctual, polite, professional, and very candid about pricing. He thoroughly explained how the work would be performed and completed the job very efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and even wore protective shoe coverings and a mask prior to entering my residence. I received an electronic invoice shortly after my CC payment was processed. Black Mountain Plumbing has certainly earned my future business, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends or family.

I can't speak about the personnel or quality of work. I contacted them for a quote to replace my leaky water heater. this was all done over the phone. the price I was quoted was $1,400 more than the other 4 quotes I had already received and they were not going to be able to do the job for 4 days which was 2 days longer delay than anybody else I called.

Maybe they were busy and just threw out a high quote but if you're busy, just tell me. I have no other experience with them so maybe this was just the anomaly and the quote was high for some reason but I obviously went with another plumber who addressed the problem the day I called and charged quite a bit less.

Thank goodness for Dylan Rose at Black Mountain Plumbing. We have been experiencing a nagging leak in our bedroom bathroom for years. My husband and his friend took out the shower pan and sealed it tightly, re-tiled and re-plastered the kitchen ceiling, but the dreaded leak marks showed up a month later in the ceiling. Dylan listened to our saga, thought about where else the leak could be, explained it to me, wrestled off the fused brass pipes, and FIXED the leak behind the shower water fixture. The next morning, I thought the leak had not been fixed because water started dripping through the ceiling, but two days later all of his hard work paid off and the leak was fixed. Price gouging alert !! A person named Solomon called and was very courteous, but asked for 3 times the market price for the work. Knowing that plumbing and water issues are critical for anyone , could have been easily fooled.

We are very happy with the work done for us by Black Mountain Plumbing on a number of occasions. This is a company that has it together from start to finish. They are very good at what they do. They are hard-working and knowledgeable. Recently I provided a list and each item was quickly addressed. I would call them again for future work, and I definitely recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give a lower rating I would. And keep in mind I don't Yelp often. Scroll down and see what others have written. Had Daniel Kent of Black Mountain Plumbing come out to the house by SERVPRO and was very unprofessional. Couldn't tell me what was leaking or what I needed to buy to get a new hot water tank. Looked at me and then went to the hot water tank and said it's 12 years old, that's why your hot water tank doesn't work. Told me isn't there to educate me and that he is only there to move it and put temporary lines up while the demo work is being done. Very very unprofessional. He will not ever get to come out here again. Scott the owner isn't any better, as when I called him, he wanted to educate me on his credentials and tell me that they aren't there to inform the client what has happened or why it happened but only to do the job and that's it. This company is a joke.
