They came out today to help us solve a leak... Brent said they'd sealed it improperly the first time, so the fixed it and did not charge us. On the jobs they've done for us in the past, they worked fast and well, and they charge fairly. All their people and nice, and knowledgeable. Five stars!

812 F88 plate number was driving dangerously on beavercreek in Oregon City and nearly swerved into my car. Thankfully the van has their phone number and business logo all over their vehicle so the others on the road can see how irresponsible a driver they were being.

My contractor had hired these guys as subs on a project at my house but when I wanted another job done I was referred to another group. That group told me they won't do ""small jobs"". I tried again only to be told no work on Fridays. I am an essential worker & days off are nearly impossible to get & I happen to have off a Friday in September & another in December. 4 weeks notice would have been plenty for the job but this variable makes working with them impossible. If you have a large scale job & work from home they might be a resource but for everyone else, forget about it.

We had a great experience with BlackCat Plumbing. They came out promptly and gave us an excellent quote. In addition to being a competitive price, they made suggestions for our home that made our full repipe a better experience, including relocating a new hot water heater that better fit the layout of our home. The actual work was scheduled quickly and completed ahead of schedule. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a repipe.

This company is top drawer! We have dealt with a lot of service providers, and they surpass all of them in every category, from timeliness to service to quality of workmanship. They could have charged us tens of thousands to repair our main water line, but, instead, they were honest and told us that our irrigation system had a leak. Very honest, loads of integrity.

Black Cat Plumbing was great! My 13 year old water heater started having issues. Mike from Black Cat responded quickly to my e-mail and sent out people to replace my water heater within 24 hours. Once it was replaced, it had issues with the pilot light later that evening, and he sent people out at 8pm to look at it and fix everything. Everyone was also wearing masks and very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a great experience with them fixing a semi-urgent plumbing issue when the cable installer drilled through a drain pipe.

Black Cat was able to squeeze me in for a next day repair, the repair man, Darrin, arrived on time, and hustled to get the job done as quickly as possible to minimize the labor costs.

Overall we were very happy with the whole experience and would recommend them to others.

We were super fortunate to have Black Cat plumbing work in our basement during our finishing project. Our goal was to add a bathroom, a laundry sink, install a new water heater, relocate clothes washer and replace water supply line. Highly recommend! I live in the neighborhood and stopped in to ask if they'd give me a quote to fix a leaky pipe under my bathtub. I showed them a couple photos of the pipe setup. The manager (Mike) said their morning project was delayed and could do the work right then. They completed the job in an hour!
