I needed help installing my gas range. After trying myself on a Friday night, I realized it wasn't working so I called Bird Dog Plumbing at 8:30pm. To my surprise, they answered the phone and agreed to come out the next day (Saturday)! They were easy to work with and very communicative, texting me updates on when they'd arrive.

They came in, quickly installed the range, and made sure everything work. I was very pleased with the service I received and would gladly call them again. I plan on reaching out to them soon for future plumbing questions!

I called Bird Dog Plumbing because we were having some problems with two of our toilets and one of our sinks. They came out to the house and looked at all three, telling us that basically we just needed to replace the toilets (they were both older - in the home when we purchased it) and that the sink handle needed to be replaced as well. They told us how to do it and didn't charge us a cent, not even a fee to come out to our home! All three workers were extremely nice and helpful - we will definitely be calling them the next time we need a plumber!

Don and Rob did a great job replacing my old bathroom faucets- in fact Don saved me from paying more than necessary on the fixtures!!! They were punctual and did a great job- super nice guys. Plus they put up with my not-so-little monsters (dogs).

I'll be calling them in a heartbeat for anything plumbing related.

Don and Rob are not only dog lovers, but also excellent plumbers. They are friendly professionals. I had a broken shut off valve and had to shut off my water to my home. They came quickly to my assistance. They were incredibly prepared with all of the necessary parts. They were kind enough to repair a few more plumbing issues which I had ignored for years. They exceeded my high hopes. Their prices are very fair. A good and trustworthy plumber is hard to find and if you are reading this post, believe me you have found the right plumber. You won't be disappointed.

Our kitchen sink and garbage disposal was having issues so we called Bird Dog and they were available to come that same day. They were in and out in about an hour and resolved the issue. We're going to have them come back and check on some other things too shortly. Very professional and quality work.

I was very pleased with the service I received this morning from Bird Dog Plumbing. Last night, our Kitchen sink drain got plugged up pretty badly and wouldn't drain. As an awesome (gross) bonus, there was just enough room for sewer gas to seep through - making our house smell like a cesspool.

I called the guys at Bird Dog simply based on their proximity to my house. The 5-star rating was a bonus. They were very pleasant on the phone, and were able to slot in a stop at my house to fix the drain. Their team of 2 was fast, efficient and very friendly. They rooted the plugged up drain and checked all my connections to make sure I was good to go.

Bravo to Bird Dog. Will definitely use them again. Hopefully, I won't need them too soon though!

These guy's did did great work! Living in downtown Phoenix condo, which lacked a spigot to water plants. These guys spent no more then an hour making it happen. Worth every penny.

Bird Dog Plumbing is exceptional. They arrived at my house promptly, did an outstanding job cleaning out and snaking the kitchen pipes in my older home, and did a very thorough job cleaning up when they were finished. They also went to my rental property the next day and did a great job diagnosing issues with the plumbing there, and replacing the garbage disposal. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Called Bird Dog a couple of weeks ago for a leak in my rental unit garage. I chose them because of the good reviews and they were located very close to my condo. They said they would be at my place in about 30 min. I did ask what their rate was and was told it depended on the job;so not really told.

I began my half hour drive over to the condo. They then called & told me the problem was my toilet. Then I was told of the service fee which was around $95 plus it was about $95/hour to repair. I agreed as I was already enroute and didn't want to inconvenience my tenant any more.

Upon my arrival to unit, a hole was cut in the drywall ceiling and my toilet was removed. They said they couldn't do anything more right now because it had to dry out. They recommended another company to help with this process and even called in a referral. The reason for the lower review is that I thought $200 was very expensive and I didn't really even have any plumbing done; only a diagnosis.

Bird Dog came out the next day following my initial phone call. They were on time and went immediately to work, very friendly and happy to share information about what they were doing. I had only told him about my water heater needing replaced but he was happy to look at some of my other plumbing problems and advised me on setting up an in sink sprayer for my utility sink. First time Ive used a plumber in the valley and I would happily recommend him to anyone. Thanks again for the great work.
