Bird Dog Plumbing came out to my house on the same day I called, and fixed my leaky toilet. What I really liked about them is that they were extremely friendly and had great customer service. They showed me exactly what was wrong and exactly what they needed to do. Quickly worked on it, gave me advice and were on their way in about 30 minutes.

They showed up on time and worked efficiently which allowed me to get back to my day without missing a beat.

I couldn't be happier with the service the birddoggers did on my leaking house! Woke up this morning and my shower would NOT turn off. I called and they were able to come to my house and fix it in under and hour, in what world does that usually happen and on a Saturday no less? Their price was fair and reasonable, I would highly recommend them and will call them in the future if I have another plumbing crisis!

I can't recommend Bird Dog Plumbing enough, these guys were fantastic in every respect. We had a backed up kitchen sink, and exhausted our DIY options before placing a desperate call to Bird Dog. I was told that they were quite busy that day, but could come right over and take care of it now if I was at home. And he wasn't kidding, Rob and Don were at my house in no time at all.

The clog turned out to be much farther down the pipes than I expected, and they worked through every inch thoroughly. They took the time to answer any question I threw their way; these guys were total pros. They cleaned up meticulously when they were done and you wouldn't even know I'd had major drain clearing done, except for the fact that the sink now drains faster than it ever has the whole 6 years I've lived in my house! The price was also very reasonable, and less than what I was quoted on the phone by the first plumber I called.

Not that I want to need to hire a plumber again soon, but when I (inevitably) do, I think I've found the best ones in town!

Called don from referral of my daughter who used bird dog for her gas line install. Don came over within the hour and pinpointed the problem right away. Came the next day and fixed the problem and rates were super reasonable. I will use this company forever for all my plumbing needs! Super!!

Had a real nice experience with Don. I was traveling and had a toilet break. I didn't like the rstimate I got from the first plumber so I looked on Yelp and found Don. With his high ratings I thought I would give him a try and I was glad I did. He explained to me thr situation and came up with a much more cost effective solution. He got it done that day and tthe problem was history. I'll be using Don from now on.

Hire these guys. There's nothing better than working with good people. Bird Dog Plumbing solved a problem I couldn't handle, gave me a solid estimate, it was really fair, and they explained what they did. And they're a couple of guys I'd go have a beer with. And dog lovers, like myself.

I wish I could say my sewer backup was the result of the recent storm, but it wasn't. For lack of a better phrase, I was literally being inundated with s(^t. I called Don at 4:30 and he originally said he'd come tomorrow, but sensed that I was a little desperate. He came at about 8 PM as soon as he was done with the job he had already committed to. He was fast, pleasant, efficient. I'll admit that I did not get any other quotes, but what I ended up paying for an emergency snaking was way less than I anticipated. I would not hesitate to use him and I would not hesitate to recommend him. As an added bonus, he pet the dogs! TWO PAWS UP!

Summary: prompt, fair pricing, doesn't oversell. A friendly, honest one man show. So much less expensive them the big plumbers and doesn't try to sell you a bill of goods. Hire him.
