I could not have asked for a better experience with a plumber! I know the basics but i had some serious questions. Don came out looked at my problem and just recommended a new toilet for a slow flush problem. My house was built in 1969 so i was expecting big problems. Don lifted a big weight off my shoulders with out over charging me. I can't thank him enough.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with these guys. Called them and they were able to accommodate my schedule quickly to get a new toilet installed and replace some of our kitchen plumbing. They were very thorough on the job and did not leave until the issues were addressed to my satisfaction. They were extremely courteous of the house and were very diligent in keeping all things clean while working. Have to say they were a great duo to have come fix some of my plumbing issues in the new house and I will call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

They arrived promptly, were very courteous, worked quickly and competently and left the area perfectly clean. I got a written warranty of 2 years for work performed - I'll certainly use them again.

I had Bird Dog out over the weekend to change out a Faucet and install a drain. He was on time courteous and clean. He showed up in a nice company van Fully stocked and had everything to complete the job. There pricing is very fair And work performed was excellent. Responsive to my quote request and questions, arrived on schedule, charged what they quoted. Two guys working so the 5 small plumbing projects I had in different parts of my house were completed in half the time it would have normally taken. They left each area clean.

I actually had them quote a few preventative repairs to replace old cheap shutoff valves under 2 sinks and a toilet 5 months ago. I hesitated at the very very fair cost at the time and decided to wait since nothing was actually broken or not working at the time. Well, fast forward to now and one of the old valves started leaking so I dug up the old quote and told them how embarrassed I was that I hadn't done the preventative service and it was now a must-do repair. Not that I would expect anyone to honor a quote that old, but they did charge the same as they quoted earlier. They knew I was now in a situation where I had to have it done vs wanting to have it done and did not take advantage of me. They also didn't make me feel $#!++y about my embarrassment of being a big dummy that didn't take care of something I knew was bad before it became a problem.

Don is awesome and these are guys that not only will treat you fairly they will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Seriously...a plumber that does that? Yep. Could not recommend anyone higher. Integrity and kindness. Pretty great pairing!

My three year old nephew recently tried flushing his toys down the drain. Let's just say it turned into a really bad day. I was able to call Bird Dog Plumbing and after explaining the situation they came out to the house immediately.

It was hilarious when they were taking out that rubber duck, her little stuffed bear and hair clips amongst other things. It seems like anything she found, she flushed.

I am happy that Bird Dog Plumbing didn't judge me for that. The plumbers that came out were awesome and they even found it hilarious. Not to mention that they gave me a break and the bill for the time they spent here wasn't expensive.

It'll be a day that we remember for a while.

Best plumbers in the valley! We highly recommend them and couldn't be happier. They came to fix a broken vent line in wall that roof rats were getting in through. They also fixed our slow draining kitchen sink and installed a new garbage disposal. They did this all in less then a day and came just an hour after calling them! They even rematches the wall. We found them to be extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. They even kindly worked with our home warranty company and we were able to get my company to pay for the repairs with ease. Our kitchen sink and dishwasher has never drained better. They actually moved our drain connection down to be more accurate for how drains should flow now on our 1940 home. Not only did they become best friends with our dog but they cleaned up after the work and did a great job. I highly recommend working with these guys. They are honest, reliable. And knowledgeable!

We highly recommend Don and his team at Bird Dog Plumbing. Don is responsive, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. He brainstormed with my husband on how to reroute an outdoor gas line for our grill and together they came up with the optimum solution.

As an added bonus, Don noticed water running steadily out of two drain pipes on the side of our home. He pinpointed the problem as a broken TDR valve from our water heater when other plumbers had passed it off as condensation from our roof. He replaced the valve, said we'd see lower water and electric bills as a result, and we haven't seen a drop of water from the drains since the repair. AMAZING!!!
