They were unable to do any work and the problem wasn't fixed. Complained about not wanting to open the wall up to check out the pipes. Ended up calling another plumber company. Wasted my money on this service call.

Very bad service..no update to customer..I kept texting and calling and finally got a dalayed response..no customer focus and ended up.laying $75 for nothing!! Literally nothing

I had to pay to another plumber to fix everything which only took 15 minutes total and costed the same $75

Shame on this company..Will never recommend to anyone

Had a toilet issue called Billy's whom I have used before for a water heater replacement. They sent their service representative ""Caesar"" what a professional. He fixed the problem quickly. I highly recommend both Billy's and Caesar. They are my go to guys for my plumbing needs.

I called these guys to deal with pipe damage on a water line break inside my house. Two tech arrived, very friendly and outgoing however didn't seem too experienced. One major red flag was when they told me that my water pressure inside the house was low yet adequate however I reminded them that when they arrived I had informed them I had turned off the water to the house to stop the leak. As you can imagine, the rest of the repair work and assessment was a bit off. I'd never call them again.

I decided to use Billy's plumbing because I consistently would see his blue and yellow company trucks driving through the neighborhood. Bill B. (Owner) ended up showing up and giving me a very reasonable quote for the work I needed done. I needed several exterior drains unclogged. Bill actually used a Hydro jet and unclogged all drains in a matter of no time the final bill ended up being cheaper than what Bill had originally quoted me. It was also cheaper than three other quotes i received from other plumbers! Bill showed up on time, and was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this plumbing company to others!!

Absolutely great guys. We contacted our home warranty service for a plumbing issue, and the claim was assigned to Billy's Plumbing and Router. They came when they said will come. The Plumber Gio was extremely nice, professional and clean. Gio did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them and will sure depend on them for my future plumbing needs.
