This review is specific to Marcus at Billy's Plumbing. I had the good fortune to have Marcus come to my home to address a garbage disposal that stopped functioning, a regulator that needed replacement and some other miscellaneous minor plumbing issues. Marcus is a stand-out in being an ETHICAL technician which is a quality sorely missing in most professions and especially the construction trades. He was highly competent and honest in the work he performed and with a kind and personable demeanor. Other plumbers had insisted that the garbage disposal needed to be replaced at a cost of $650 whereas Marcus took the time to troubleshoot and resolve the malfunction. Other plumbers provided much higher quotes to replace the regulator over the phone and in person tried to ratchet up the price even higher. The fee that I was charged was very competitive and the work performed with competence. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon an ethical and competent plumber and glad to have someone to rely upon when another plumbing issue arises. THANK YOU, MARCUS and the apparent culture at Billy's Plumbing that fosters this type of service!

Frank came as a second opinion sent by home owners insurance. He fixed in 15 minutes what another plumber from a different company told me would require re-piping the house. He went out if his way to go buy a water pressure gauge since he didn't have one with him. Very nice guy (unlike the other extremely rude, sarcastic plumber). I'd request this company next time from home owners insurance.
