My rating will be 0. This is the mail that I sent them due to inefficient job.

I think all the situation with my claim  is disrespectful
I have the claim with you and the warranty since Sep 20. You can imagine the disruptions in my home.
I totally understood that we had to dry and clean the mold, just we did. The problem was last week.

- Monday: Clean company came and said that everything is ready. They and I sent the letter... I called Billys company , because they NEVER reached me out to schedule the appointment. I had to call

- Tuesday: The plumber came and as a ridiculous thing he can not open the wood, just the drywall. The client has to broke it down.. Ok we did it.

-Wednesday: My contractor came and opened the entire whole for this company can work at 6:00 am.. I send over the pictures and video by SMS and Mail. But, once again nobody answer me. I HAD TO CALL again and you answer me.... oh yes I just received, we have appointments on -Friday. With this situation, I tried to explain in the best words that I need your help since It will have been there for 3 weekends, so we can not use my kitchen and my master bathroom. And a lady on the phone told me ""I'm going to review, maybe tomorrow, i will call you back"" IT NEVER HAPPENED.

-Thursday: Nothing happened due to your lack of words and sense.  I think you take advantage of your clients. I called 3 times, at the end someone answered me and she told me.. OH You don't have any appointment neither for today nor friday...  Once again you will try to help me, but once again, ""let me to review with my supervisor and I will call you in 30 min"".. As usual it is not true.. YOU ARE LIARS.. I was waiting since 9 am for my call back with a potential solution..
Seriously, I have tried to contact you no less than 11 times.. AND YOU KNOW... AS ALWAYS... NOBODY ANSWER.

I called the warranty, and oh surprise.. and they tried to reach Billys company, and as always nobody answered them..

Finally, the warranty changed the vendor, they came on saturday and yesterday i had everything fixed.

Of Note, Billys company just answered and called me back when I wrote this message to their Gmail..

So, in conclusion Billys company are the worst company I have ever know1*-

We were having water heater issues. I called on Monday morning, they arrived late Monday morning and had the new water heater installed 24 hours later. Betty in the office is the BEST and Bill was super nice. It was a great experience and if we need plumbing services in the future, Billy's will be the first one that I call.

Billy's plumbing was assigned by the First American Home Warranty to fix 2 leaky faucets in our 2nd floor bathroom. Billy's plumbing sent Giovanni to fix the faucets and he was able to fix them without any issues.

I gave 5 stars to Billy's plumbing because they are on top of things and will fix the problem without any issues.

Some positive observations:
1. I like how they utilize sms and email for communication. Betty, the office manager is the nerve center of the operation. Betty is very good with providing notifications of service schedule and very flexible with scheduling.

2. Giovanni the plumber they sent, is a very nice young man. I can't believe he is already a very experienced plumber as his young age, but he knows his stuff. He is also very professional (first thing he did before entering the house is put on those covers for his street shoes) and very pleasant to talk with.

These people are first rate as you will find when you first deal with them.

Very happy with the service and hope the warranty company sends them again if ever I have any other plumbing issue :-)

My home warranty company sent these guys out when a pipe burst under my bathroom tub. This was for a second opinion because, as is usually the case with home warranty companies, the first technicians they sent out gave a bogus diagnosis in order to have the claim denied. Giovanni from Billy's was very prompt and immediately gave me the diagnosis that I expected (I.e., the tub waste & overflow & P trap needed to be replaced). After getting the approval from the home warranty company after 1 1/2 months of not being able to use the bathtub due to the first plumber's bogus recommendation, they came by to replace the tub overflow. There was some miscommunication & they didn't replace the P-trap as well so they had to be called back again , through the warranty company, to replace the p-trap as well. After over 6 weeks the bathtub can finally be used again. Gio & the other technicians they sent out were very quick & cordial & very respectful of my time & house. I would give them 5 stars but they rarely answer their phone & their phone system doesn't take voicemails. Texting is their preferred form of communication but even then they don't respond within 24 hours. All in all, i

They were unable to do any work and the problem wasn't fixed. Complained about not wanting to open the wall up to check out the pipes. Ended up calling another plumber company. Wasted my money on this service call.

Very bad service..no update to customer..I kept texting and calling and finally got a dalayed response..no customer focus and ended up.laying $75 for nothing!! Literally nothing

I had to pay to another plumber to fix everything which only took 15 minutes total and costed the same $75

Shame on this company..Will never recommend to anyone
