A friend found a leak on the main water line outside of our home while we were on vacation. Called Billy's right away and communicated the issue and urgency of the problem. They dispatched an amazing technician ASAP to fix the issue. Had it not been for Billy's expedited and efficient work, we would have been in world of hurt. We will definitely be calling on Billy's for any future work needed. Look no further than Billy's for all you plumbing needs! Not only is there work top notch, but their customer service amazing!!!

We were referred to Billy's Plumbing through our Home Warranty service. Was contacted by Suzanne shortly afterwards to arrange appointment. Pedro showed up on the appointment date with the first 1/2 hour of my 3 hour appointment window. He appeared very knowledgeable and quickly moved forward correcting the issue. He also assisted with answering all other questions I asked. I had an overall very positive experience.

Some service person came to ""fix"" our toilet through First American Home Warranty. He claimed he didn't hear or smell the problem. He submitted paperwork saying he adjusted our toilets when they were exactly the same after he left. I'm so disappointed in this company.

This company took care of our plumbing issues in a very timely and efficient manner. The service tech came and diagnosed the problem
and gave us a reasonable quote, which we accepted. The work was done the same day, tech cleaned up afterwards and we haven't had any problems since. Very happy with our experience and will definitely use Billy's again should the need arise.

These guys are the worst! They were sent to me thru my home warranty company. The kid that they sent clearly did not know how to snake a shower drain. He was on the phone with someone who was walking him thru the process. When he couldn't clear it, he told me it had to be snaked thru the roof which was $550! I told him i couldn't afford that and sent him on his way. He left a huge mess in my shower. I called another plumber, who came out for $134 and was willing to clear thru the roof. He said it didn't need to be done from the roof and the other guy was inexperienced and trying to rip me off. I am so sick of this happening. What is wrong with you people?

This plumbing company is the best! I think the plumber's name was Bill. He was very competent and fixed my plumbing problems quickly. I highly recommend Billy's plumbing to everyone.

Great job today! Called Billy's on suggestion from a friend. I had another company quote me at least $1400 to fix a shower fixture leak and that doesn't include the wallboard work and painting that was to be required. Leo from Billy's came out the next morning and quickly determined that the previous plumber had the wrong size part. After a quick trip to the supply house he was back with the correct part. It took a little plumber magic to get the worn threads to work, but he got it done. No wall damage and no major headache like I was looking at with the other company. It really pays to get a second opinion. Leo was excellent and I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Oh yeah, and the total cost was $310! Thank you Billy's !

Worst service ever! They are really unprofessional. Their Plummer Sebastian lacks so much communication skills. Just told me it doesn't work call the number on the water heater. Was not helpful nor told me what was wrong with it. Never again.

Billy's plumbing was dispatched via Home Warranty service and they have absolutely no sense of customer service. They don't read the problem reported and argue with the customers. The person comes into fix the issue is very arrogant and has weird response back. By choice I would never call Billy's plumbing and next time when hole warranty assigns them I would take their service.

Similar issue was with a company called Contractor Connections and it looks like they renamed to Billy's as the phone number is the same. Worst service
