Plumber was nice.. but his quotes were so ridiculously high... when I say ridiculously high we're talking 10,000$ over priced! they were very responsive.. just not honest with prices. Saw a young desperate female with major slab leaks and quotes astronomically high for a redirect.

They came and quoted $140 to replace the kitchen faucet. Showed up and changed to $277 (for 30 mins of labor). I accepted not realizing the first quote (my wife didnt tell me, assumed it was standard). Complained but no response. Leaving 2 stars b/c overall they did a very good job on installation itself.

The quote they gave us was excessive at best. To replace our leaking valve in the shower was $1,150. They even said it included the employee discount..LOL....
We called another plumber out. He replaced it for $400.
My advise...Get several estimates. Call independent self-employed plumbers....they charge less because they have less overhead.

I used them years ago to complete a bathroom remodel and they did a great job for a reasonable price.

However, 2 years later, I've gotten several estimates from them for plumbing and for HVAC and all of their estimates are at least 3xs as much as the next two estimates I've received. Their pricing is LUDICROUSLY expensive.

They wanted to charge me $30K to rough in a new plumbing/drain line for an addition including new gas line location (5' from existing location). The next 2 were for $9000 and $7800 for the exact same services. I mean they REALLY do try to gouge you.

Outside of their pricing, they're on time, professional and knowledgeable - but if you're looking to pay a reasonable price, look elsewhere.

Their assessment was $487.00 for a job I did myself for $23.00 in exactly 32 mins.

The 2nd star is because they had a really awesomely professional new guy who came to do the assessment (obviously he had no control over the price).

During the winter storm of February 2021, billyGo's team showed up at the scheduled day/time to repair our busted pipes (our water had already penetrated the house a couple days before and been turned off). However, billyGo's team also were also able to service several of our neighbors' homes that were experiencing immediate flooding (i.e., as temperatures climbed above freezing that day, pipes were busting all around us). It was a blessing.

And, in just a couple short days, billyGo's team came and installed two tankless water heaters for us, resulting in our pipes and water heaters being repaired before the week was over.

I highly recommend billyGo for any of your mechanical, plumbing or electrical needs.

They offer to send a person to inspect the damage free of cost and then quote 2X. Quoted me $800 for a simple replacement- got it done for $240. Stay away!!!
