I wish I wasn't in a bind when my septic backed up at a house we had just moved to but that was the situation. Called quickly because my wife was not amused that septic water was in our basement. My father & uncle were in the construction business & my son is in it now. I was in the remodeling business for 13+ years. These folks come out on an emergency charge. The two young men were nice enough & were able to locate the cleanouts for the septic & relieve the pressure. They tell me the lid to the tank had been tampered with. All fine. They give me a $400 """"emergency"""" bill for poking around with the poker into the ground & digging for maybe an hour tops. Again, I was in a bind so I guess I'll eat it. Then as Jarred Smith is leaving, he says it'll be $2250 to pump my septic & run a camera to check the field lines. He's a nice enough young fellow, they both were, but why are they trying to gouge a firefighter so badly? I guess they thought I knew nothing about plumbing. Anyway, he was supposed to call & have the truck out to the house the following morning, which I had no intention of letting that happen at that price, but I waited and my wife called a few times to see why there was no return call that morning (she still believes I'm going to overpay by leaps & bounds & she really just wanted it done because we were having family come over the next day). Jarred calls & says he's been busy on another job & that he is sorry he didn't call earlier. Then he proceeds to inform me that """"after talking to his supervisor"""" my steep hill where the septic is located on my property is going to need a """"special"""" truck & instead of $2250, the price is now $4250. To pump a septic tank & check the field lines Billy Bell Plumbing wanted to GOUGE a public servant (meaning not flushed with money) for $4250. I told him to just call back whenever this supposed """"special"""" truck was available. No callback. Chris Mote Pumping Service came out the next day after I called them. They had zero problem with our steep terrain nor did they have a problem getting their """"non-special"""" truck in our driveway. Septic pumped for $475. Maybe these people at Billy Bell Plumbing think everyone is an idiot or maybe they've ripped enough people off in the past that doing an honest days work for an honest days pay no longer appeals to them but they should certainly be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

Bill and Brandon responded immediately to our plumbing emergency; very happy with their professionalism and fixing our water leak. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again

Avoid this company unless you want to get ripped off. I called them about a main water line leak I had. I took them directly to the spot where there was standing water where the leak was. When they came out they wanted to do a leak search to check for additional leaks. 6 days later I had a bill for $3050, $550 for leak search and $2500 for extra time they spent searching for non-existent leaks. I told them to make the repair where I first directed them and to do nothing else. They didn't even cover the hole they dug to make the repair. If you want to get ripped off, this is the company you should call.

Came and repaired the shower cartridge today and quoted me outrageous amount for less than 10 minutes of work. Since it was an emergency I had to bite the bullet and paid for the installation. During this Covid time, both technicians showed up without a mask. I supplied all the parts for them as they came without anything, not even any accessories for being a plumbing experts. If anyone has any emergency situation in the future I recommend you call someone else as you will pay way too much for a simple job.

Started out okay but then fell apart with delays and the """"Bull in a China shop"""" technique of operating an excavator, tore up my yard, trees, and everything else I didn't think would be involved in digging my new drain field for my septic system. When I called Billy, he said he would come over and see what was what after professing to doing me a deal on the quote and whining about an excessive amount of pumped material he had to now get rid of. I told him that had nothing to do with how the job was not finished as they were supposed to come back after I paid the balance and finish the grading and cleaning up the piles of dirt. I guess Billy and his crew don't care how they leave a long time customer after they destroy their property when the quote falls short on their end. Won't ever call them again and advise anyone reading this to not call them in the first place.

I had a bathroom sink that I could not get to shut off. I didn't scream and yell but I called Billy Bell. They were there within twenty minutes and completely fixed my issue. Nick did an excellent job from start to finish and they did not ask for anything in return. I have always and will always use Billy Bell for my plumbing needs and I truly appreciate their hard work and Godly attitude. Remember Don't scream and yell. Call Billy Bell!!

I called Billy Bell Plumbing to fix a water leak the water company notified me. I requested a full home inspection to find possible leaks. The next morning the plumbers Cosy and Joss stopped by the house. They looked at the meter and determined the problem was in the main water line. So he immediately said I needed a new water line for $8,763.00 USD!! He didn't even look for the leak!. I called another plumbing company and they repaired the leak and did a partial reconstruction for 6 toilets for under 1,000 USD. I will never call Billy Bell Plumbing again.

For making a 7:30 p.m. house call to replace a leaking hose connecting my washing machine to the cold water line cost $267.50. It was justified as """"an emergency call"""" even though the water line had been turned off long before the repairman arrived. I was billed another $30 for the new hose which the repairman said could be bought at Home Depot for that amount. Yet, the next day, when a friendly handyman came over to replace the hot water hose to the washing machine (since the Billy Bell repairman only had one), he said Home Depot charged him $24.95 -- for a PAIR of such hoses. How ironic that the Billy Bell repairman wore two large Christian crosses. Does he think that absolves him of such business practices?

Work was performed before the agreement of the owner of the property. The price quoted, which was not agreed to was $650 to fix it and $350 to patch it. I believe the prices were based on the occupants of the house being women alone. When told that the male owner would have to give permission for the work, the 'plumber' did the patch in 5-10 minutes. When asked by the owner for a warantee and if the job was done to code he replied that jobs aren't done to code for that price. He became aggressive in a way people do when they are caught doing wrong. After storming off he returned to say that he was going to remove the repair work which would have left a main pipe leaking. I paid the bill to prevent this happening since being in the right doesn't prevent a flood. As a Professional myself I find people like this embarrassing. I would recommend using him under any circumstances.

Adds on bogus fees for a """"septic clearance letter"""" which they will never give you and they refuse to give you an itemized receipt to fight it. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about you. Tried to scam an extra $4000 for unnecessary work. Thankfully got another opinion instead of walking away from the house I was buying.
