I would like to relay a great appreciation for this company! In particular, Monte and his assistant, Riley, did a fabulous job. The two gentlemen arrived promptly, were very capable, courteous and professional! Wow! Awesome service!

They carefully listened to my description and concerns about a stopped shower drain. They thoughtfully, discussed the options for resolutions and did the work quickly and cleanly. I would certainly request them for any plumbing service I might need in the future.

Called about what I thought was a main line water leak between my meter and my house.
Spent a few minutes and isolated the leak! Because the leak was in my irrigation system I could fix it myself ended up being a faulty water valve leaking.
Cost $39!

5 year old townhome with second floor toilet drain clogged and builder float kit and wax ring failed. I shut off the supply and was addressing water leaking into first floor when B.M. Plumber arrived within 20 minutes of phone call; so response time was great. Job took under 2 hours and included pulling toilet, snake drain approximately 15-20 feet and reset toilet with new wax ring, float kit and supply lines. The bill was $884.00 which I felt was high, but I was stuck and left thinking I've been gouged considering the small scope of work. So today I called around to other ""larger"" plumbing companies who provided me with lesser quotes. Afterwards I called Bill Metzger Plumbing and spoke with operator who said management would call me back tomorrow. Within 15 minutes I got a call back from a representative who I discussed the scope and bill. I mentioning that I've reset toilets, wax ring, float and supply lines in the past and know the amount of work involved. Home Depot 5 minutes away to rent a snake. Nonetheless and to no avail was told "" I could always do the work myself"". Okay I agree and perhaps have no justification with this post other than expressing the feeling of being gouged. Service was good, but as noted on other post seems very costly and although I have used Bill Metzger Plumbing in the past (water heater emergency install), unfortunately this is my last experience specifically due to cost.

Once again I am
Overwhelmed by the superb service done installling a new Toto toilet in our half bath. The plumber today Crockett was exceptional, professional, and did an amazing job. We went with a recommended higher seat toilet due to our ages and the color was a complete match to the tiled walls. I am extremely impressed with this company. Their service is impeccable and everything is in top shape cleaned and as it was found when the job is completed!

One of the employees put a 1/2 inch dent in our copper line. I didn't notice it for a couple days and when I asked them to come back I had my mother in law meet them because I was away. A different employee came over and actually raised his voice at my mother in law because he became defensive, denying that Bills crew did the damage. I reported the incident to Bill and he dismissed the subject of professionalism and rather than apologize for having an employee raise their voice at my mother in law he cut me off to tell me, ""look we fixed the pipe"" insinuating that the issue is done and there was no point for me to continue.
Also one of his employees submitted a report to my insurance company stating that we did not have water damage. Thankfully my civil engineer disagreed.
Also when discussing the best way to diagnose our plumbing leak I was trying to get creative w cost by asking questions about various diagnostic methods. He called me a jack ass and said if I didn't submit to his recommended method at his demanded price that he was gonna walk from the job.
Well we went w his recommended way, paid a pretty dollar, and they missed the diagnosis drastically.
***for some context, these events happened back in 10/2020. I did not go on yelp today to write a plumbing review. Rather, I went on here to give a 5 star review to the Wahoos on beach and Warner. In the process, yelp asked me what I thought of Bill Metzger plumbing. Well honestly out of our whole flood and remodel situation that took 9 months, one of the most stressful parts was working and talking with Bill. I hope this helps someone who is looking to remodel or rebuild. Of course every interaction is different so definitely check out other leak detection or remodel reviews.

We just moved in to a new place and we were having some issues hooking up the water line to our fridge, these guys were so quick and professional had the whole job done in 5 minutes! And they were able to make it by within a few hours of our call since it wasn't an emergency. Had a great experience with them and will call again!
