We heard / suspected a slab leak in our kitchen and we got immediate help from Jenri. He was so thoughtful and thorough in diagnosing and sealing off our slab leak the day before Thanksgiving !
The next day Sal and his crew repiped our entire home above ground with PEX. The 3rd day Frank fixed all the drywall. Our home was left clean and passed the City of Laguna Niguel's inspection with no corrections needed!
Could not have been easier!!

My shower control valve stopped working,, try taking a hot shower this time of year. I've used Metzger Plumbing before and requested Jacob, he's very knowledgeable and efficient, I thought he would have to cut through my drywall to replace my control valve, to my surprise he was able to replace the valve by removing the plate saving time and me money. Thank you Jacob.

Having used Metzger Plumbing many times over the years for big and small jobs, we were always very satisfied. However, times and people have changed. Todays work was a follow up to work done two days ago and not not successful. It took a supervisor, begrudgingly, to honor the written guarantee of pricing on the correction of the garbage disposal. When done, they would not put in the on / off switch without an additional charge. When i talked to the supervisor and wanted them to complete the job, he said it was too difficult and that i was being aggressive with him. My aggression was to tell them that were "" FIRED "" and this would be their review. Look elsewhere if you want to be well treated as a customer !

Bill Metzger Plumbing is fantastic. A few weeks back, we had issues with our tankless water heater. Called Bill Metzger Plumbing since they were experts in my water heater. Called at 8:00pm and they had a crew out by 10am the next day. Rambo and Luis came on time and were extremely professional and provided the most cost-efficient recommendation. Based on the issue, they suggested two different repairs. They were easy to schedule the follow up appointment for the repairs to be done. They came on time and did a tremendous job on the project. Rambo and Luis go above and beyond on their customer service and their attention to detail. I will only use Rambo and Luis for any plumbing repairs moving forward!

Bill Metzger plumbing did a good job repiping my entire house after a slab leak was discovered. Unfortunately after the repiping was done, things like my dishwasher getting no water, my shower getting no hot water due to the fact that re-pipes to that shower were incorrectly attached (crossed up). I am awaiting for them to correct the dishwasher issue. Understanding the complexity of this type of work, the crews from Bill Metzger were professional and were at my house early every day.
