These guys are the real deal. High-quality work and great customer service. We've used them for several jobs over the years and they have always done excellent work. Most recently we had drain pipes repaired and a water softener tank installed. It's a really old house and we had really old plumbing. The service technician's name was Parker and he did an outstanding job. He gave us clear communication regarding all of our options and didn't push for any extra services that we didn't need. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing to anyone for any of your plumbing needs, big or small!!

I will only use Bill Metzger. He has the best technicians and availability. He communicates arrival texts and is never late. We used him for a simple garbage disposal and a major main line leak. Both techs, Jacob and Jenri were extremely professional, nice, honest and give me the full break down. Bill also sends out a pic of the technician just so you know who to expect. I will never use a different plumber. Hands down the best and quickest service! Thanks guys!

We have been using Bill Metzger plumbing since July 2021. Since that time we have needed the service on several occasions and each time we have been very pleased with his total service and the people that work there. An example is today we had a technician named Tristan. He was very professional, efficient and a pleasure to have performing the work. After living in our home for 48 years and having different plumbing services, Bill Metzger Plumbing is the best.

Earlier this month one of Bill Metzger's technicians - Jhenri - came to my home and after looking at the problem I was having, explained to me the issue with a pipe leak inside a wall in my garage. Jhenri came back the next day and fixed the problem, at a fair price. Again, what I was impressed with was how Jhenri explained - in detail - everything that was going on with the leak and specifically how he was going to fix it. Great job Jhenri! Thank you.

I'm sorry to have to give this poor review, but I had a leak under my kitchen sink last week and it cost $2,083 and was still leaking because Jacob did not fix the air gap assembly which was the main source of the leak. I gave him carte blanche to replace anything to get rid of the leak. He ended up selling me a new faucet from his truck. I insisted on a brand new cap cover for the third sink hole but he put on an old scratched one. So today when I called to say it was still leaking, they said it would be $362 more. So although I'm a disabled 65 yo woman, I went and got a $10 Home Depot air gap kit and I fixed it myself. When he came, I told Jacob I had new tile and carpet put in that very week. He wore his dirty boots, did not put a tarp down, and left mud everywhere not even wiping under the sink. The pipe from the garbage disposal to the air gap is too short and he didn't change it. The new faucet does not cover the eroded porcelain around the sink holes which look black although I scrubbed off the rust that Jacob left. Jacob did not finish with silicone. The faucet hose gets stuck when trying to pull it out to spray dishes which he wrote in the contract was acceptable. Maybe to him, but not to me. On the bright side he did remove a small filter on the end of the bathroom sink faucet for free. Bottom line: They are too expensive and unprofessional. With water leaks, we get too desperate. Find someone who cares.

Rambo is a true professional! He thoroughly checked out our water heater, explained what we can do to prevent our pilot from going out and we were not charged. Great service!

I had a pin hole leak in our down stairs bathroom in our neighbors bathroom as I live upstairs in a condo . I called Bill Metzger and they Sent Chris out within a couple hours thankfully to help prevent any further damage and to cut out the pipe and replace it with new pipe . Thankfully they don't charge weekend emergency fee's .
Chris had the job done within 30 plus mins . He took all the pictures and supplied me with a detailed receipt in case I was using for insurance purposes. Thank you very much Chris and Company for responding right away and for all you did !!!
