Bill Metzger plumbing did a wonderful job replacing our water heater. Called in the morning and had it installed in the afternoon. They replaced the entire system with new equipment and worked until it was completed.

The two plumber technicians that came out were courteous,, clean and cleaned up the area once completed. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company for being timely, doing great work, and doing it at a reasonable price.

Luis and Rambo were amazing! They came earlier than expected for our first service and when we needed a follow up they came right away and fixed our problem. Two days later, we experienced a completely unrelated plumbing problem and Luis and Rambo came to our rescue! We've found our family plumbers!

I am extremely impressed with Bill Metzger plumbing.
I had a sewer line back up on a Sunday morning and they sent Monte out within an hour. Monte was great and had us all fixed up very quickly!

Shortly after that they sent out Arthur Rambo to further diagnose the root cause of the problem. I can't say enough good things about Rambo. He and Luis spent many many hours helping me diagnose the problem in great detail.
The office staff is also very nice and helpful.

Overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues!!

We came home after our daughter's soccer game and found water in our garage and had no idea where it was coming from. Bill Metzger Plumbing (Josh) came to our rescue (at the time they promised), identified the problem and fixed the leak in a timely and professional manner. Josh took extra time to explain what the problem was, the solution options and pricing before moving forward. It was apparent that he truly cared about us and the quality of his work/craft. He even identified and repaired a few minor issues that we had to prevent additional problems. But in the event we do have plumbing issues in the future, Bill Metzger Plumbing (Josh) will be our first call.

I wanted someone to check our water heater to flush. Chris, the technician, came to our house yesterday. My husband and I didn't know we had to flush water heater every year, so it's been over 10 years. He was very patient and knowledgeable to answer all our questions. He was very thorough to check it and gave us some guidelines. We definitely want him to install the new water heater when we decide to have it. Thank you!!

We're so happy with the service and expertise here. Although I don't want any more plumbing issues, they've been so great so we'll continue to be customers here. We noticed that the water pressure in our home was too high and a previous plumber wanted to charge us thousands to replace our entire water pressure valve system. We had a feeling that wasn't right and once this pressure issue caused a leak with the fridge, we found this plumber on yelp to get immediate help and a second opinion on the whole house pressure issue. They were able to come within hours, repair the valve, and fix the pressure issue with the house more efficiently and did not want to overcharge us unnecessarily!! No need to replace the whole system and a simple valve replacement in a couple places. It cost so much less and has fixed the issue. Since then, we had our kitchen sink back up and they were able to fix it with ease. We're very thankful to find a trustworthy and skilled plumbing company in Orange County.

After a little trouble getting my tankless hot water heater repaired Bill Metzger Plumbing (Rambo) came to fix it. He was knowledgeable very professional explained everything to me, got the part on order soon as it came in came and fixed it went the extra mile and actually brought the rep out to help me set up times for it to turn on so we always have hot water at the right times also fixed the P-trap in my upstairs shower and installed the new valve. Five stars. Everything came out great truly appreciate them working on my house.

Excellent service from start to finish. Technicians arrived on time and completed all work within the estimated timeframe. Art Rambo was awesome. He's extremely knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Cleanup was quick and thorough. Our main plumber Alfonso went overboard to find the cause of a major leak and clog in an area of our condo that was difficult to reach. I originally called another plumbing service but I did not feel he knew how to fix the issue. In calling Bill Metzger Plumbing late on a Saturday, I received a call back from Alfonzo. Upon arrival, he knew exactly what to do but ran into some complicated hurdles. I doubt that the average plumber would not have come up with the correct repair plan. During each step, he made videos to show me what he was encountering and the corrective measures he was taking. As the job was complicated, with our water heater also going out, it took an additional day to complete. As the job required assistance from other Bill Metzger plumbers, Art and Will provided excellent teamwork to accomplish all that needed to be done.

I have Bill Metzger and Alfonso on speed dial. They are the best!
