Bill Metzger Plumbing is a great company. I originally called about replacing a hose bib on my patio. Parker came and completed the job quickly and it looks perfect. We had a discussion about our old water heater and decided it was time to go tankless. Parker was very knowledgeable and gave sound advice when making our decision to get the tankless water heater. We spoke on Friday and scheduled installation for the following Monday. Parker and Ryan arrived in the morning and had the old tank drained and removed promptly. Installing the new equipment and getting the venting just right was an all-day process. It was a good price for the tankless water heater. We will also get a rebate from SOcal gas company. They cleaned up along the way and the garage was spotless when they were through. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Rambo and Ryan showed up on time and did extremely thorough examination of the work
that needed to be done.
Such knowledgeable people, although we had asked him to Flush our instant hot water. He asked if we had done it previously and when the answer was no, he said it would do more damage than good.
Thank goodness for his knowledge of the system. We could've done a lot of damage to our appliances and faucets if we have proceeded with the flushing of the tankless water heater.(12years old)
We ended up getting a new water heater. They did it quickly, and they also took the time to clean out the various faucets that have been clogged up with the calcium being released by our tank.
They also quickly fixed a shower, that another plumber had said would be a major job.
I am so pleased with the service, I feel Rambo is one of the best plumbers I have ever done with. Conscientious, considerate, knowledgeable, and fast
