Horrible Company! They were supposed to hydro jet a drain but didn't finish the job--yet they charged me full price as if they did.
I called and talked to Daniel who told me he was the manager and had ""access to Bill Metzger"". I told him what happened he said he'd talk to Bill Metzger and get back to me.
Never happened! I paid another plumber to come and hydro jet and finish the job Bill Metzger should have done. (That company gave me a video of what BMs plumber left behind) DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! These people don't believe in quality, integrity or customer service.Wish I could give them a ZERO to match their work!

We had a great experience with the Bill Metzger plumbing team. We called them to fix a clogged drain, and even though it was a Sunday, they were extremely responsive, coming within an hour or so. Rambo was refreshingly professional and efficient, keeping us informed and getting the job done quickly and effectively. We'll definitely use them again when needed.

A few weeks ago our neighbor needed a new water heater, Rambo came out on that Sunday and replaced the unit. The water damage was such that Rambo had to ""do"" a temporary install that worked fantastic. The insurance company completed the required repairs from the water damage. Rambo came back out yesterday and move the water heater back to its throne in the garage. Thank you again Rambo and Metzger plumbing.
