I have used several plumbers in the South Orange County area over the years. I have now used Bill Metzger Plumbing twice. Both times the experience was characterized by 1. Excellent communication with the office person. 2. Easy scheduling. 3. Plumber showed up on time and prepared for the job. The most recent involved replacing leaking pipes in a wall. The plumber Vince and his helper were efficient, unobtrusive, showed me the job with estimate before any work was done, documented the completed work, and charged a fair price IMO. My experiences with Bill Metzger plumbing were far better than most others I have had. I do not plan on using another plumber in the future.

I contacted Bill Metzger Plumbing to have them come by and rebuild two external hose bibs at my home in San Clemente.

Upon arrival, Alfanso, the service man, told me company policy was that a bib install would cost $300 - (per bib). I was shocked. I had estimated this to be a around an 1 hour job. Sadly, I had no choice.

Upon completion of the job, which took around an hour and a half, Alfonso told me he would only charge me half price for the 2nd bib. Great! That brought the cost to $530. Suddenly the company pricing policy had become fungible. What a rip off! Cost of the project was over $350 an hour. Absurdly high, even in todays world. (Note: I already had the new bibs on site ready for install.) The quality of the work was fine. But NEVER AGAIN. I'l look elsewhere for my plumbing needs.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. I spoke with two people about scheduling a specific person. They committed a 12-4 window. The person never showed up! I called the office and they didn't have him on the schedule. I wasted a whole afternoon waiting. It is acceptable as far as I am concerned and now I will find another plumber!

Had a very pleasant experience with Evan from Bill Metzger plumbing this morning. Thought I had a major leak and Evan was able to determine the cause of the issue and resolved it quickly. Will definitely reach out to Bill Metzger plumbing agin when the need arises.

Just as we were we're finishing up getting ready to go to the Super Bowl party at my parents house. The plumbing decided to back up. We called Bill Metzger plumbing and they came over within a couple of hours and cleared up the problem. Jacob was the plumber and he was very personable and nice and it only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it. Knows his stuff.

Bill Metzer Plumbing responded to my call regarding a potential slab leak and they arrived within the hour. Better yet, the person they sent (Rambo) was beyond my expectations, courteous, very knowledgeable, professional and a hard worker, he found the leak. To keep my water on he tried to reroute the pipe, however, the piping he needed to access to make the repair would require severe damage to my cabinets so he had to stop. Four days later we had a total repipe.
When I asked Rambo what I owed he responded, ""I found your leak but I couldn't solve the problem so I can't accept payment."" I have just found my go to Plumber: Fast acting, nice to do business with and honest. Thank you Bill Metzger Plumbing and thank you Rambo.

Excellent quality work. Was recommended by my brother-in-law, now I will recommend. Very honest and transparent. Fixed the slab leak by rerouting in 2.5 hours. Then found a problem with the water regulator and replaced that. Vinny is a fantastic technician. I was impressed with the professionalism of the whole crew.

Metzger Plumbing has helped me with two large drainage issues in my home. They are a well organized business and their service is responsive as well as excellent. Every worker I have met has been professional, patient and highly skilled. Recently, Alphonso was the point person on my job and he did a great job!
