I had noticed a puddle of water in my garage that looked like it was leaking from below my water heater. I turned off the main water to the house and called Bill Metzger Plumbing and asked for Rambo. He had done some great work at my mom's house replacing a shower fixture that no one else wanted to touch for a reasonable price. They sent Rambo out the same day I called and he quickly found a leak in the wall. Due to his knowledge and expertise he was able to use new ""no weld"" fittings to repair multiple issues on my old thin copper pipes. This company answers the phone, has fair pricing and they work hard to get you scheduled right away. I highly recommend Bill Metzger's plumbing and Rambo is the best!!!

We had a great experience with technician Jenri of Bill Metzger Plumbing; Jenri quickly diagnosed our lack of hot water getting to our master shower and found the replacement Hansgrohe cartridge that was clogged and restricting hot water to our shower.

This was the least invasive repair and solved the problem. I will be calling Bill Metzger Plumbing and Jenri for plumbing repairs in the future.

INCREDIBLE PRICE GOUGING!!!

7/17 Called for service to fix a non-emergency dripping bathtub faucet.

They replaced the common Delta valves in about 20 minutes and charged me $575!!!

These valves only cost $18 & $25 at Home Depot.

They were quick to respond on Yelp even though I expected them to be closed for the day. Easy to work up leading up to the service! On the day of work the tech communicated what was wrong and repaired within the hour. I recommend to anyone who wants no hassle with plumbing repairs!

Extremely thankful for these guys - called around 9:30am because my less than 24 hour old washer wasn't getting cold water in panic mode, I was officially out of clean clothes. By 10:30 we had someone here to look at it! WOO!! Oh no, need 24 hours notice for the other unit to turn off water and fix the issue. Guy leaves until then. Panic again!! No worries, they called our landlord and got everything approved to fix asap - WOO AGAIN!
Steven comes back, Steven is determined to fix it today, Steven comes through and my washer is working perfectly by 1:30pm! LETS GO STEVEN!
